Brought my family which includes a toddler and infant and the hotel provided very good service. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful too. Though the hotel looks a little old on the outside, it was in tip top condition on the inside and the central location really cuts a lot of travelling time, especially if you are travelling with kids. By the way, do book your breakfast in advance, you won't regret the wide spread that greet you each morning. Good food indeed!

Good safe location that is within walking distance of the BTS. The Premier Club lounge is on the ground floor which makes it a handy place to grab a coffee if you are shopping nearby. Only complaint is that there are no light snacks in the Premier Club lounge outside of the 5 pm to 7 pm happy hour. If you are peckish, all you have to eat are cold biscuits and macaroons.

My wife and I stayed for three nights in early May. The reception experience was very friendly and engaging. The highlight was definitely coming back each day to our room which seemed to be an air conditioned oasis in a very hot Bangkok. The room itself was really appealing - very modern, comfortable bed, plenty of bottled water and very polite and proficient cleaning staff. Breakfast featured a healthy and diverse selection of food to start each day. If you like hot food it pays to eat early a... Read more

After checking in, the first thing I noticed when i stepped into the room was the horrible musky smell which was over-powering. I immediately inform the bell hop who promptly arranged for someone from Housekeeping to look into the smell. Housekeeper came in within minutes and knew the problem and had some odour removal spray with him. We left the room shortly for lunch and shopping. All seems well. There were cockroaches all over the breakfast area (in the dining area and near the food). Food for the breakfast was not replenished quickly and quality was sub par. Rooms were visibly old but generally clean. There were very few staff working at reception at all times, and even Accor online booking counter was not manned.

Novotel Bangkok Siam Square is conveniently located. It's across the street from Siam Paragon and a few minutes walk to MBK and Erawan Shrine. The BTS (Siam) is literally at its doorstep. Great eateries surround the hotel and not to mention massage parlours where we went almost everyday to massage the tiredness away from our bodies and achy feet after a day of sightseeing and shopping. The room was clean and the bed was one of the best we ever slept in! Will definitely return!

Being an Accor Gold member assisted I feel and even allowed me to leave my large bag whilst I did a 6 day side trip. Breakfast was satisfactory but a test if groups were there. On the last day it would have been a 45 minute wait but I was invited to the Premium room which was excellent . Pool is good and staff helpful. Certainly on my list for next time.

After staying at 2 other Novotels in Thailand this was average. Travelled with family and received below average customer service. Hotel slippers are the paper ones obviously catered for the bus tours or business people who stay a night. The hotel located in the center of Bangkok. Easy access to Paragon shopping malls and night street market. foods are easily accessible & plentiful. only problem is the road is very busy and also the traffic jam is bad. The good thing is that there is a sky train station within walking distance. Hotel facilities and service is good. Only issue I had was having a bathe in the room. To have a bathe you need to climb into the tub, and since i have short legs,it is a little troublesome for me.

This is an excellent and modern hotel, centrally situated close to train and bus routes. The restaurant food is great and the service from the staff is excellent. Rooms have apple tv and wifi with great views of the city. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel has a lot going for it. Despite there being renovations ongoing during our stay, we did not notice any inconvenience. The staff were all wonderful. Room is well appointed and clean. Location is excellent, out the side door you are ~20m from the staircase leading to Siam BTS and through to the Paragon mall.

I stayed here for one night with my 2-year-old daughter. The hotel is a bit dated, and the room is quite small and needs renovations, especially the bathroom. Also, no hairdryer and toothbrush were not in the room, and had to ask for them. Still, I would rate this hotel because of this amazing location, just 2 minutes from Paragon shopping mall, which beats all other negative factors. Overall I think this hotel is great, and I would stay here again.

Third time staying in this hotel. Its near everywhere and inexpensive. Paragon is just opposite, foot massage just beside. Behind the hotel is bustling with shops and restaurants. Staff are always so friendly and efficient. Kudos!

They have just done renovating the lobby and it looks fabulous. The staff are friendly and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and very pleasant. For the price we paid it is great value for money. We had a corner room which was really spacious for my family of 4. The location of the hotel is excellent. There are massage parlours just across a small street and shopping are all around the hotel. It's about 5 mins walk to MBK, Siam Centre and Siam Paragon. There was so much to do a... Read more

We asked for a quiet room in our reservation and got a room next to a wall of external airco units. We couldn't sleep all night and the personel couldn't seem the care about it. The bathroom got some light renovations but there was still some rotten silicone at the bathtub and the water was brownish and smelling. THe swimming pool has some dangerous wires and holes in it, be careful! During our stay there were renovation works in progress altough they should have been ended months ago. The... Read more

What makes Novotel Bangkok Siam Square (NBSS) so special to us? They are not just a hotel. They are not all about comfort and security. They are not only good food and drinks, nor just fitness walk and talk. NBSS is all HEARTS. They are in the heart business. When they greet you, theirs is a genuine heart-felt greeting. When they undertake a task for you, they do it with heart-felt gladness. When you have a concern, they open their hearts to receive and go away immediately to heartily fix it. ... Read more

This hotel stay was awful. The key cards never worked. Had to go and get recoded every time we wanted to get into the room. The fish buffet was horrible. Both of us are still suffering from some kind of bug. Of the wine that was on the wine list, none were available. The AC in the room was leaking leaving a huge puddle of water on the carpeted room floor and let's not even mention the smell of mold. Never stepping in a Novotel again!
