Our family stayed for 6 days at the Lebua. It was a great place for a family. We got upgraded to the upper floors which was an outstanding view. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. Our room included a sitting area which was a nice inclusion when travelling with children. The bathroom was also very spacious and clean. Very good. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever experienced. So many choices and so many cuisines ... japanese, chinese, thai, european ... the baked goods... Read more

Food and drinks might seem expensive when you compare it to the rest of Thailand, but the view and atmosphere make up for it alone. Lebua is definitely one of those 'bucket-list' items that needs to be ticked off! Make sure you get The Hangovertini!

Recently did five rooftop bars in Bangkok, I have 30 years hopso experience. Lebua was easily the worst experience. Lovely location, welcoming friendly staff but that's where it stops. Cocktails were extremely expensive, no happy hour, which we were surprised about after reading reviews here. Went to record some video to show family and friends and was told there was a no video policy! I watched others filming on their cell phones and a Gopro. Place is overrated, there are many other rooftops in... Read more

I recently stayed at Lebua for my honeymoon. We stayed for 3 nights and can honestly say it's a stunning hotel with amazing service which is worth the cost! The breakfast is great and so is room service. The hotel location is also good for anyone's first time in Bangkok, easily accessible to the trains as well as a quick car ride from most attractions. I would recommend making a dinner reservation at the hotels restaurant Breeze, which is one of the most beautiful venues I've dined at, the food ... Read more

I visited two years ago and again last night, both times Lebua had outstanding customer service. The food is something else. Extremely good, lots of options. I would suggest this place to everyone but be aware of the cost, I know personally I have been caught off guard by the price and also some of the 'normally' free thing you receive, such as water. Apart from that, soak up that view with a drink!

We stayed here for one night before flying back to the UK mainly to visit the skybar. We upgraded our room and it was definitely worth it for the views although the balcony was not safe for children. Room service food and drinks were a little pricey compared to what we had gotten used to in Thailand but is hardly surprising considering the location. We used the babysitting service for a couple of hours to enjoy our only bit of alone time on the trip to visit the sky bar and the lady was very lov... Read more

This is a must visit place if you wish to see entire Bangkok. Bangkok looks beautiful and lively from this place. View is wonderful and the ambiance too. Unlike other hi end places guests and staff here do not make you feel out of place. You don't need to dress up extraordinary elegant or classy way to be here. Just decent clothing is good enough. I like being here.

Scene from the movie, Hangover. Nice views from above but that's about it. Food was just alright. Nothing great. Service so-so. Bar stood out more than the restaurant did. Wouldn't be in the rush to return.

What an extraordinary experience staying at Lebua. We stayed on the 57th story and the views of Bangkok were simply amazing. The service was also excellent and the Sky Bar and restaurant were absolutely phenomenal. Worth the money for sure. I strongly recommend Lebua! I can't wait to stay here again upon my return to Thailand.

I cannot find the right adjective to describe the degree of politeness exhibited by this hotel's staff. The manager sent a hand written note requesting a meeting in order to check whether we were comfortable. The concierge was very knowledgeable and helpful. He gave us very useful advice as to how to visit Bangkok. The hotel also agreed to keep our bag for a week while we were visiting Phuket. The family room was huge. Balcony caught the breeze so it was quite enjoyable to have an evening drink outside & enjoy the night lights of Bangkok. The morning breakfast buffet was to die for !!! We had previously stayed at Lebua and had enjoyed the experience. The only negative is that access to the entry of the hotel by car is via a back alley and this does not create a great first impression. I travelled there from Siam Square with my family just to view Bangkok from the top. However they told me I can't wear flip flops . I don't see a point of having a dress. code just to be able to go to the top floor. I had to trade shoes with my daughter and we had to go seperately. It's silly I think. Rooms were ok but compared to 5 star in Ireland there was no comparison. The lifts take quite a while and after a while can get a bit frustrating. This place was an absolute dream. I travelled with 3 others around Thailand and this was our last stop before the flight back. The staff upgraded the 4 of us to a 2 bed apartment which was outstanding. The breakfast is an absolute banquet! high quality stuff, the pool is decent, the gym is clean and well presented, the staff are helpful, the hotel is spotless. The only negative is the hidden deposit fees that I was not aware of. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay again :)

Service is amazing. Rooms are really clean. Food (especially Thai) is good with spice tempered for less adventurous. Gluten free options are limited resulting in a lot of salad??? Location is ok - it is easy to get to the sky train and you are 15 min from Siam Paragon mall. Definitely a return visit if I come back to Bangkok.

Our experience was exceptional! The hotel is beautiful, well situated and the staff is very kind and welcoming. The room are very spacious and cozy - the only disappointment was that the balcony with the amazing views was locked because we traveled with kids. But then again, we managed to have a visit to the Skylounge bar to enjoy the view in all its glory. Breakfast is fantastic as well Definitely plan to come back next time in Bangkok

My time in Bangkok was incredible and additionally so because of my stay at this hotel. It is a beautiful room with your own balcony overlooking the city. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The Spa was incredible and the jet lag massage was AMAZING and I highly recommend treating yourself to that experience. I am still smiling over my trip to Thailand and this hotel was a big part of that wonderful experience.

We were a bit disappointed as instead of the stated city view, we had a view of an adjacent building. We spoke to staff about this and were moved to a different suite after the first night. The suite we had was very spacious which was great but the decor and fit out certainly did not meet the expectations of 5 star. The interior of the rooms badly needs a makeover. The staff, however, were great. They were very friendly and helpful which redeemed the tired interior.

Stunning views of Bangkok at night. Extremely expensive if you want a drink of champagne from their bar! I would want a full bottle rather than just a glass at their prices!
