Hotel was nice...hotel staff was amazing and helped in guiding us to the correct areas that we wanted to see. We liked the location close to the night bazaar. This was our first time to Bangkok so we have nothing to compare this hotel with.

Staff friendly, very clean, food is stunning and rooms and facilities are of a high standard. From the minute you drive into the private grounds you feel the ambience of the countryside and peace. Staff are extremely helpful. The pool area is serene and relaxing. The restaurants are beautiful and buffet breakfast has an array of choice. I enjoyed touring central and temples but did not like the big markets it was too hot and so busy

Good location, very clean and comfortable. But... My friends and I were sipping Champagne in the lobby bar when a conducted group arrived with bulky cartons. Then they decided to unpack all the cartons in the middle of the lobby to split them in smaller parcels. Everything was all over the place and we could hear tape noise for almost one hour ! Although our complaints to the staff, nothing was done. We were only told they will report to the tour guide who was not there at that time !

Loved this hotel. It is a very chic, modern property with a cool vibe in the heart of Bangkok. The service was outstanding! Front desk, concierge, etc could not have been friendlier or more helpful. The lobby has great space for grabbing a drink or socializing. The pool area is small, but adequate and the gym is large with modern equipment and chilled towels. My room was upgraded (without having to even request it) and I had a massive corner room with lots of windows. The food on the room... Read more

From check in to check out the staff were friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The shower however was a bit tacky with faded floor and silicone patch up gel quite visible. The pool looked very nice with a nice setting. Breakfast was good with a good selection. All in all I rate my stay at this hotel as a good experience.

A frequent customer at Le Meridien Bangkok, I especially value the spirit of this place. The vast lobby hall is an elegant and peaceful place to have a drink and escape from the rush of the city, just off the door... The staff is exceptionally friendly, and we are welcomed more like a family member rather than a customer. A lovely place...

The staff, service, and breakfast menu were all great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Both the concierge (I do not remember his name, but very helpful guy) and front desk executives gave me good suggestions and helped me with all little things from transportation to tea. A lady in the front desk by the name Varsha has a good sense of planning. She helped me plan out my first two days in the city so that I could cover maximum in the given time with sufficient breaks. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights for part of our Thailand trip (other part in Phuket) and we were very pleased. The first night we arrived late due to our flights (around midnight) and ordered room service. I have never received room service so quickly and on top of that it was delicious; very impressive! ALL of the staff (sorry I cannot remember names) were very accommodating and friendly, it was refreshing to see. We made use of the spa for a couples massage and it was on... Read more

We stayed here for my brothers wedding. We were only there for one night but our room was stunning. We only had a normal room and cost us £100 without breakfast. The room was fabulous a good size and decorated in a modern style. The bathroom was unusual and very clean and I enjoyed the spa bath while getting ready for the wedding. We were on a high floor and had an amazing view. The beds were seriously comfortable and the blackout blind was a real bonus. They are very security concious and you... Read more

Location is ok and about 10-15 min walk to bts station. Breakfast and eating options were great and spa was super relaxing. Concierge service was the best I've ever experienced. Any slight oversight was corrected immediately and guidance about transport, day trips and nearby services like tourist SIM cards were sorted super efficiently. Great place to stay.

Great Facilities and very good customer service during our recent stay. The Front Office Manager, Executive Chef were most obliging as were the front desk and bar staff. The Concierge was very obliging, gave good recommendations for the best tours, restaurants etc. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The only thing I would say is that there is not enough storage space ie drawers/cupboards for a couple, this goes for the executive room as well as the normal rooms. WiFi in the room and the lo... Overall is average, acceptable. But, the swimming pool and the deck area is ugly. So tiny and crowded. Nowhere to squeezed in between the over crowded sun-bathing beds. No privacy. Feel like I was a goldfish in an aquarium tank stared by anyone walking pass the spa elevator only shielded with clear glass. Most areas of the hotel are cool and comfortable to be around. But, swimming pool is a big mistake.

I stayed at the Le Meridian for a week long business trip to BKK. First off, the staff are perfect; friendly, responsive, professional, and always looking to please. The room was spacious though they could upgrade to better TVs...not that I spent any time watching it anyway. The carpet looked a little bit warn, but still quite acceptable. It's always a pleasure to stay at the Le Meridien Bangkok because of the warm, gracious, well-trained hotel professionals who operate the place. On this trip, one of the maids saw me walking toward the elevators and pushed the button so I wouldn't have to wait--those guest friendly actions are thoughtful and the norm here. Room service is quick, the buffet is excellent, and the rooms are designed for relaxing with an abundance of pillows.

Very comfortable bed, bathroom was spacious and clean - love the walk in shower. Breakfast in the main restaurant was great - a wide variety of choices - my only qualm was the lack of staff on duty at 06.30 in the morning and having to wait for coffee - apart from that - it was all good. I've stayed couple times so far and am very satisfied with this hotel. Many people I know tend to avoid this hotel because of location which is located right next to Japanese or gay related adult entertainment places but I think hotel & location is fantastic. There are so many things to do, see and eat around hotel. Some of my friends have told me guest room is like expensive version of short time motels in Korea but I like it a lot. From the car service at the airport, to the amazing breakfasts, to the kind staff, our stay at Le Meridien was very pleasant. It's located in a very fun neighborhood-- just across the street from the night market-- so we did a lot of people watching while drinking a cold Singha. Highly recommend!

As I believe that the staff work very hard to alleviate the stresses of their guests.
