Extremely good location. Exactly next to National Stadium station. Very helpful staff. I arrived very late to the hotel. I really wanted relax massage after whole day work. The staff suggested one to me which is just 1 min walk from the hotel, but I have to hurry since it close in 12am. Finally I made it. When I met the staff in next evening, she asked me massage experience. She showed her concern to me not only on hotel, but overall experience in Bangkok. Room is no problem at all. Standard Ib... Right next to BTS National Stadium. Room is clean, with daily room make up service. The only minus point is the shower area is small. But we don't spend aloy of time in the bathroom, so it is no big deal. Sound insulation is not the best, but fortunately, we only face the noise the last 2 days when a family with young children checked in. There is street food right outside the hotel and within the hotel, a 7-11 convenience store. Will stay again for our next visit in Bangkok.

The hotel provided a good service to the guests from checking in to the checking out. One thing to highlight was the room cleaner, she was very polite and helpful. When I asked her to clean the room, happened to see her, she did it almost immediately.

The room was great for our needs. The hotel is situated across the road from the MBK shopping mall and very close to National Stadium Sky train. We checked out at 12 midday but were allowed to use the hotels WIFI and pool shower before our flight home which wasn't until midnight. We will stay at this hotel again.

Ibis Siam is situated right next to National Stadium BTS and across the road from MBK shopping mall. It is very convenient and you can walk to Siam to do your shopping too. Room was clean and nice for two but if you have more than 2 luggage then you might have a problem there. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodate to our requests as well. This hotel is located in the busy shopping paradise of Siam Square at the end of one of the Skytrain routes (The National Stadium). Owned by a French hotel chain it shares the entrance with more expensive Hotel Mercure. It also shares the dining and breakfast room with Mercure. For the price the rooms are good and the staff is service minded. For a last drink there is a good bar in the lobby of the Mercure.

The room and bathroom are quite small but clean. This hotel is located right beside National Station BTS station, very convenient for us to travel around. There's a 7-11 located just at the hotel lobby, and another one less than 5mins walk away. There's also Macdonald's in the next building where we bought late night supper. Overall, it's a cheap and good stay!

The hotel is situated in a good location, close to shopping malls and BTS. Usually crowded, so check-in, check-out or some cases in the reception may take some time. There is a grocery store on the ground floor, open for sure early morning and late evening. At the Mercure next to (enter an elevator with the same lobby) an interesting view of the surrounding area from the open terrace.

What I Liked: The overall hotel ambiance, the super convenient 7-11 at the hotel lobby, their super friendly and efficient staff, and of course, how close it was to everything- right smack in front of the National Stadium BTS and MBK Mall, it's location must have been the reason why this place is almost always fully booked. What I Didn't Like: The room was pretty small and the toilet, exceptionally squeezy though. Would I Stay Here Again? 50/50. If I have the money to splurge a little, I wou... Read more

As a budget kind of hotel concept, there is nothing much you can complain about the hotel. Check in is a breeze. The hotel also provides free wifi through the hotel but there are times the devices could not connect to the available wifi. As for the room size, there aren't big but keep in mind this is a budget concept, so you can't really expect a huge room. Sound proofing can be very much improved. We visited IBIS siam with our one year kid. The property is just beside siam station and next to mercure hotel. The property is 5 star when rated for location however the rooms are too small. That is the only minus point. Staff is very friendly and courteous. There is a 24x7 shop for all necessity on ground floor just near the reception. Siam is just walkable distance and paragon mall is just nearby. Overall recommended if size of rooms are not considered.

This hotel is more so made to just dump your luggage, visit places around and come back only to sleep. The rooms are small. The bathroom super small. But the location ...SUPER.. Right beside metro rails . Walking distance from big shopping centers of Bangkok. I would 10% recommend this for people who are coming to Bangkok to explore and shop and not just stay in the hotel or chill inside. There is a 7Eleven beside the reception which is great convenience

This hotel was great for a flying visit at Bangkok. The location was fantastic, opposite the MBK and the sky train station is on its door step so everywhere was easy to get to. The room was really comfortable, plenty of storage areas and had plenty of space. The wifi worked all the time. We arranged a trip through reception and it was a great experience and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend it.

Located opposite of MBK and Siam BTS made this hotel became one of tourists favourites in Bangkok. There's also 7 Eleven Store at the the lobby that will make your stay more convenient. The only downside is the room size which is Ibis typical, very tiny and compact. So, it depends on what you need, if you need a clean place for sleep at night and store your luggages only, this is a good choice for you.

Great thing is location. Hotel is just next to BTS (train station) and all you need to do is use the stair and that's it. Hotel is located at the heart of bangkok and there are a lot of attractions among walking distance. Shopping center - MBK, etc. I am disappointment with food and service as those are quite suck. There is no one to welcome and help you to bring your luggage. If you are ok and willing to trade for location, just stay in here. We as family, went there around 2014 October.
