The Good: This is a very classy prohibition themed Hotel, with a great location. It is walking distance to the park, restaurants, central mall, and the train. Good size room with a comfortable king bed. the bathroom was done very nice with one sink, a large tub and shower. Check in and out was very quick and easy. The service staff was very helpful and professional. I had doorman call me a taxi and he screened three drivers for price before allowing me to go. The Pool is very nice on the 19th f... Read more

I like staying in Hotel Muse.Just a short walk to Chit Lom BTS and Central Department Store the hotel is surrounded by upmarket apartment blocks and the area is very clean and feels safe. This is a boutique hotel with an interesting decor and a rooftop pool.I am not a fan of big impersonal hotels.

Lovely boutique hotel very close to Bangkok's great shopping like Central and Central Embassy . Beautifully appointed rooms and a nice rooftop tapas bar. Small pool but ok to cool off. Have stayed there twice now and would definitely go back. A number of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets near by and of course the fantastic food hall at the top of Central Department store.

Its dark and unusual. If you like art deco then you will like this hotel. Rooms and bathroom were tastefully done. Breakfast was rather crowded as its not a big restaurant. Pool on the same floor is very small. 5 people in it and its already crowded. They do provide a shuttle down to the BTS station which is close by and that's really handy. It has beautiful views from the roof top bar on the 25th floor which is more of a speakeasy bar. Dinner was good at the Medici Restaurant and we were pleas... Read more

We stayed at the end of our 2 week trip. The suite was lovely but the bathroom a bit small. The hotel is in a good location and has friendly service. I think it is best suited to business trips rather than holidays. The main reasons being the pool area is small and noisy with construction next door and the lack of proper lounge facilities, they also do not have a spa but the recommendations for those close were excellent. Pleased we tried it at least once.

I stayed in the Hotel Muse Bangkok for 5 days while on a business trip. My room was lovely and bathroom too. The bathroom was separated by a single plane of glass. Which allowed me to watch TV while in the bath and of course there was sound in the bathroom. Shower was great too. Oh yes there was a blind that is electronically powered so that you could have some privacy if required. Bed was big and comfortable and the storage space around the room was sufficient. The deco of the place will blow you away on the first visit. Bed is one of the softest and plushest. However standard of hotel has to be maintained. There was an apparent drop in standards during my visits six months apart. Location of hotel is good, there's free tuk tuk service by hotel to the main street. Try the street stalls opposite the hotel.

Hotel Muse Boutique art deco hotel in the heart of Bangkok, great base camp for bed and board but not much else. Service. The staff were positive and helpful but sometimes lacked the expertise needed when faced with usual tourist questions - such as worthwhile temples and viewing spots. The experience with the staff at the roof top bar was particularly poor,. Food. We only ate breakfast which was an adequate buffet spread of the usual suspects - fruits, cereals, pastries, eggs and bacon. H... Read more

We had spent a weekend at Hotel Muse in May 2016. The room was great, the concierge was excellent and the location was very convenient. The only setback was the smell coming out of the bathroom pipes, but this was not the fault of Hotel Muse as the whole city had the same fainting smell. We liked the vibe of the hotel a lot. The breakfast had many healthy choices to choose from and mostly delicious. Don't expect too much of the swimming pool though, it is very small.

A couple of months ago when I visited Bangkok I went for dinner at the Medici restaurant at The Hotel Muse and loved it. Opera singers walking through whilst you ate. . At the time I thought, must stay here. The hotel is out of the box. Definitely not your average bright lit lobby and and hall ways. Quite the opposite. It's dark and funky. Lots of dark wood and black floors and walls. But the lighting has been superbly done. Normally I don't like dark wood rooms. But these are so well done and... Read more

While I wouldn't deter you from staying at the hotel because it is beautiful and has many thoughtful aspects to it, overall my experience was less than satisfactory. On the positive side, it's a beautiful hotel, the food is great, the views not bad. Initially I was thrilled with the place, but by the time I left I was quite disappointed. This boutique hotel takes the guests on a journey back to the golden age of glamour and secret passions. The elegant mix of old, French colonial atmosphere blends with vintage Asian like a perfect Old Fashion drink. The pool area and all the bars are world class , we ate at three restaurants here and each one was better than the last. The concierge gave us brilliant advice on everything and organised private transfers and excursions. The beds were very comfortable and the room itself was amazing. We only stayed here for two nights but wished we had more... Read more

I and my family stayed hotel Muse and it was definitely a good choice. From check in until check out, staff gave us warm smile and hospitality. Steak restaurant was also very good and has the best oyster killpatrick. I will definately come back this hotel next my visit of Bangkok.

Wonderful one night stay at this amazing hotel. One of my favorite. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The check out time was generously extended due to our later flight time. Will definitely come back.

I had a layover in Bangkok and had less than 24 hours in the city. I decided I wanted to stay somewhere with a great rooftop bar and close to the city so I could do a quick visit to my favorite Bangkok sites. This was the perfect choice! The hotel has a cosy reception area that is well decorated, I was spoiled at check-in and was upgraded to a lovely room. The concierge was really helpful in helping plan my afternoon, and after a few hours of exploring, I returned to enjoy the most heavenly suns... Read more

It is Right perfect if you only want to make shopping . Within 10mns walk, reaching the Bts station or you Can use skywalk to all malls. The room is confortable , good mattress. Buffet Breakfast is good. Room service Quick délivery . The minus is the lack Of consistency In the service provided: excellent or poor !! Pool area is quiet small and not well maintened..finishes issue..! The dust In the room easily visible with the black furnitures .!! The chair & wall In the restaurant were also di... Read more

Stayed at the Muse for only one night , on my way to Koh Phangan. The hotel is very good and I loved the decoration, very old world charm and elegant. My room was very large, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also beautiful. The terrace swimming pool is small but lovely and the service at the bar very polite. Breakfast was a buffet , it wasn't bad, but I've had much better breakfasts when staying at the Shangri-La or the Peninsula before. What really disappointed me was the check-i... Read more

Excellent rooms, with excellent service to go with it. I am a regular patron at this hotel and the high standards set had always been maintained throughout. The hotel makes it an effort to know on how I would want my bed to be done. The welcome drinks are also a differentiation to other hotels. This is definitely the hotel to go for if you wish to have an good night sleep and its gym facilities are excellent as well.

Me and wife are frequent travellers in Bangkok and we wanted to try Hotel Muse for the first time because of its unique design and because of our Accor Le Club Platinum membership. Also the location was perfect for the short stay in Bangkok. We stayed at the Dusid Duplex room for four nights. We got a very warm welcome by the hotel staff at the check in which was very prompt. We waited for our room for about 15 minutes because of early check in but the staff took us to the Le Salon lounge for co... Read more

A luxury boutique hotel, with beautiful interior space. The mood is dark, if classy and romantic. Loved the room, the shower, and the touches in design. It's a 5 minute walk to the BTS (Bangkok Transit System/sky train), with it being very close overall to the major shopping areas of Central World, Siam Paragon, and MBK. There's also a reasonable currency exchange, and a few convenience stores such as Lawson nearby. I miss staying here already. I would love to go back. It was around $120 ... Read more

Had a great stay made even better every morning by the friendly welcome of Polla. She went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted - she also makes a good spicy Bloody Mary. A must have when on holidays the morning after the night before. Food is yummy - service is efficient and gets you off to a good day in a busy city.

Loved the prohibition era theme - right down to the staff uniforms :). Our room was lovely, food at both restaurants was great and the concierge very helpful with information about how to get around Bangkok and what to see. Never been greeted at reception with shot glasses before either :).

I can highly recomend this hotel. Nice location, very nice lobby, rooms and resturant. Eventhough the pool is rather small, its nice located high up in the building with a perfect view of the surrounding skyscrapers. The gym is well equiped and also have a nice view.

Stayed in this Hotel a few years ago so I knew it was a nice place, I booked a great suite but the one I booked was not available for a couple of days, disappointed but still good, they gave me a Limo to the airport as a sorry which was nice of them, had dinner down in the Medici restaurant, it's really nice, dark colours would have been romantic if I wasn't on my own, the Opera singers were a great touch really good fantastic, I ordered the Sole Meunière which I booked before arriving, it's on... To be honest, I was expecting a bit more. It looks beautiful on the pictures, but in reality the rooms and furniture are run down, it's very dark everywhere, and when we were there, we couldn't use the pool. Other than that we had a pleasant stay, but I wouldn't come back. For the price I can find something better. :)

I recently stayed in Muse Langsuan for the second consecutive time, having enjoyed myself thoroughly earlier this year. The stay was great again until checkout. As I booked my room through Accor website on a prepaid rate, I was taken aback when I was told that my room has not been paid in advance. My confirmation email has clearly stated that the full amount has been prepaid upon booking. Things eventually got sorted out but the unpleasantness during checkout marred an otherwise great trip to ... Read more
