In one of the best locations of bangkok, Sukhumvit Soi 11, also very close to Nana BTS station. The whole street bustling with bars and restaurants. the hotel is a new property with good spacious rooms and decent breakfast. i stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed my stay. very affordable pricing for a Holiday Inn property.

The front desk staff are very helpful. The room is very comfortable, everything was perfect. 7-eleven is just few steps away, super convenient. For me, the location is the only drawback, it took me around 10 mins walk to bts Nana. But, along the way, there are lots of local eatery stalls, convenient stores and currency exchange counters.

Just completed 3 nights here. Location: 3 balls It's near Nana BTS, but it's near the end of the soi and a good 5-7 mins walk, and dragging a large and heavy luggage up and down the soi on uneven grounds which may be occupied by street stalls was a treacherous experience for me. Good thing about the location: it's a stone throw from prominent eating places and bars such as "Pizza and the City" and "Above Eleven" as well as a big 7-11. If not for these places, i would have dragged down the ratin... Read more

One of those no-frill hotels in the heart of the city & near to the happening places. The Hotel is very clean, good for stay, no food other than breakfast. Rather food options are plenty in this area so we do not miss even if the Hotel does not have any restaurants. However you can call for food from any local joints & they allow delivery to the room. Please be aware of the worst traffic condition of the main Sukhumvit road. In case the taxi driver is aware of the by lanes, you should be OK. Tax... Read more

What can I say- the hotel is great for a low cost hotel. Exellent room- good size- with chair and couch as well as bed. The bed is very comfortable and room is clean and moderb with plabty of electric points. The free wifi is powerful and once logged in forst time no issues. It is a couple of huundred meters from the main road though dgood bars cafes etc closer. Very easy to get to main road on Tuk tuk or motor cycle for the adventourous. of few mins walk. A great hotel- great value

Stayed in this hotel from 2-6th June 2016 and had a wonderful time. Location wise, you have to walk around 600m to nearest BTS (Nana), sometimes in the evening, you get to see a couple of women by the sidewalk. It is a pretty narrow alley, but high in traffic. Sukhumvit is like a tourist alley, where you can see plenty bars and hotels along the alley. As well as streetfood carts in the evening. It is a very lively alley even when you get there by midnight. Although the alley is pretty daunting, ... Read more

Hotel is just too basic, don't waste time and energy going there. there are lot of better options in bangkok. Staff was not helpful, reception told me that -they are upgrading me to superior room when I arrived! But in reality I had booked Superior room in the first place.. my receipts mentioned - Superior room, pricing was for Superior room, however hotel's S/W system was showing booking for basic and staff kept behaving like they are doing me some favour.

I have stayed in April 2016. Location is considered good, can walk about 10 minutes from Nana BTS station, easy to grab a taxi from the BTS station or in front of the hotel. There are many café/ restaurants / street food stall around the hotel, also supermarket and 7-11 just walking for less than 3 minutes from the hotel. Check In: Smooth and prompt. I like the fragrance use in lobby, very nice and refreshing when you step in to the lobby. Room: Room Size is bigger than I expected for HIE. ... Read more

I stayed there for 4 nights with friend. Its nice hotel.Rooms are new and clean.Wifi speed is good. Only thing is it have very less option for breakfast. Also be careful when you hiring the taxi from outside the hotel. If you visit any place with this taxi they will get a costly ticket for you, and not guide you properly, what I feel they have commission in it.Better book a package. Many tourist operator available nearby the hotel location.

Location in soi 11 was perfect there are lots of places nearby for eating and drinking. The breakfast was included and had a nice selection of hot and cold foods. Will stay here again next time in Bangkok.

Stopped for half a day and night in this central newish hotel. Hotel public areas small but bright. Did not stay for breakfast as I had to leave very early next morning. My room was overlooking Street which was busi with traffic restaurants and bars but was quite. All in all a decent short stay....I have stayed in many express hotels but this was more basic.

Stay for 3 nights in this hotel last week. Overall i feel surprised with this small hotel. The room is quite big for Express Hotel. They provide an adequate size of bathroom, two types of pillow (Soft and Firm), and complete facility. The internet is working well in an acceptable speed. There is two elevators from the lobby, never waiting too long as its not a tall building. The room: spacious, comfortable, clean and comfortable bed. Bathroom excellent with shower big enough for 3 people. View was a construction site which was a bit of an issue in the morning as construction workers were on the same level as the room so c... Visited there for 4 nights first week July'2016.. Very well maintained and located (Soi 11) property. Nice staff... There is a 7/11 right outside the Hotel for most basic requirements. Just that they could do with a few more vegetarian options for breakfast for the Vegetarian Guests. Nice rooms.. All in all, value for money.

Soi 11 is extremely busy at all times, but especially at night. The hotel is at the end of the soi furthest from Sukhumvit, which can mean a long drive in the evening. However, the hotel is very new and has great service. The included breakfast is fairly good for an HI Express. You can easily find motorcycles at both ends of the soi to take you to/from the hotel to Sukhumvit. And although the street is very busy and noisy, the rooms are quiet.

Ok Location is where most of the happening places in Bangkok are , Night life , Food and Restaurants right from Italian to Indian , but I prefer local delight so Thai Food is in itself is favourite . Have stayed here in the past due to its location and accessibility to transportation, restaurants and night life. The price was quite competitive considering the area. Breakfast spread was mediocre but that's to be expected from something that's free. The hotel was maintained well and the rooms were quite clean. The toilet on the other hand was a pain. I had to call the front desk at least a couple of times a day to unclog the toilet. It wasn't like I was throwing whole trash bins down the toile... Read more

It's room rate is very competitive, which includes breakfast, free WIFI, everyday room cleaning, two bottles water & facilities of making tea & coffee in the room. I would give this hotel a 5 stars for its amazing value if it were not for its inconvenience. Its located at the end of Sukhumvit soi 11 poses many problems. For one, the street is often clogged with traffic and it will likely take you at least 10 minutes in a car to travel the several hundred metres from Sukhumvit road to the hotel during busy periods. Getting to the BTS also requires a 600m walk down the soi (many sections of which have non-existent sidewalks) in sweltering Bangkok heat - or w... Read more

Stayed here five nights because it's so easy to access the Skytrain. Nana is five minutes walk. It's at the far end of soi11 but that merely means more food options enticing on the walk back. Near the tripadvisor top tailors, fast food chains and convenience stores. I stayed here for a night and it's pretty flawless. It's a new hotel and somewhat no frills but you just need to walk to reception for toiletries and they will happily give complementary. Water is free and extra free ones are available. Location is great. The hotel claims its 5 mins walk to Nana BTS but it's probably closer to 15 mins. Price is good whether done online or you just walk-in. Breakfast is simple but tasty. Wifi and TV are great. I'm happy to highly recommend this place.

After staying at 5 star hotels this hotel really shows the difference of a 4 star vs 5! The room is smaller and the washroom is small with no bathtub. A real concern is the shower room. The water pressure changes in a second and turns into scalding hot water that will burn you if you don't get out of the way fast! This is a safety hazard!
