Stayed at this hotel twice. The stayed was on 19-May-16. Second day requested cab to take us to another shopping complex and we showed the bell boy and concierge the address and they told the cab driver the location of the shopping complex with a fix rate fare. I specifically asked and asked the bell boy if the cab driver knows the shopping and being told the driver know. The driver sent us to the wrong destination and requested additional fare and we have no choice need to pay. When we left for... Read more

Grande centre point hotel ratchadamri is different from grande centre point. That being that it is nearer to siam station instead, and about 15-20 minutes walk to pratunam. For those who do not mind walking or taking a cab/bts, I would recommend this hotel without hesitation. However, tho bkk is full of 7/11s surprisingly, there weren't any within a 5 mins walk of this hotel. That being said, the hotel was great in terms of cleanliness, pool and they even have a collection of DVDs for you to bor... Read more

Location is wonderful as Ratchadamri BTS and Siam BTS are within walking distance. What a wonderful surprise to find a huge absolutely clean room and amazing service. Right from getting off our taxi to , check in to cleaning staff and especially the staff at breakfast. Not only was the food really good, the service was the cherry on the cake. Our heartful thank you to Cai for going out of his way to serve us. Thank you Cai. We hope that your efforts will be recognised by your management. Great ... Read more

Hotel was considered grand with a big beautiful lobby. Bellboy was very helpful during check in and check out. Location was a little far off from Central world area (8-10mins away) but at least it was quiet area and yet quite near to shopping areas. Room was huge with small dining area which is good enough. Room comes with microwave, big fridge, pots & pan, utensils and a washing machine. Only bad point was hotel was not near any massage parlour. There is a 'supermarket' near hotel but choice se... Under normal circumstances, I would probably have a very good review. Unfortunately, I had to miss the first night when my partner got sick elsewhere in Thailand. This complicated check-in, for some reason, even though I was courteous enough to email them to let them know I would miss the first night. I understood I would forfeit the first night pre-payment, which was not an issue. This was made worse when a pushy lady kept trying to sign me up for their frequent guest program in the middle o... Friendly staff (other than the reception desk staff, who were friendly but seemed stressed). They promised an early check in, and promised the room in one hour when we got to the hotel, however it took double the time. Having two kids, just after a plane ride was not easy to stay in the lobby for two plus hours. The next day, as we went in for the breakfast buffet, we got there just on closing time, but the staff was very pushy for us to finish off fast. Since we went in at the last moment I di... Read more

Was upgraded to 1 bed suite/apartment - great and well equipped suite - good size living room with good bedroom, bathroom again well equipped - only downside was that it had no shaving mirror . Because of my job, I am living in hotels for the past 4 years. I stayed on 4 continents in some of the best hotels in the world. Recognized brands and literally the best ones. I will be honest - this hotel is THE BEST I've been to. It's luxurious and all that but that's not teh main reason why I LOVE this place. It's the people. You'll never see better trained staff than here. Let's start with the people from the coffee show downstairs where you have breakfast. They are anticipating your needs... Read more

Arrived early morning and was greeted by a staff member who opened the door and welcomed me to the hotel. As mentioned in the title, staff is friendly (could be more professional) but the hotel itself is disappointing. The room is very spacious,(and has a kitchen+washing machine) but because of the set-up, feels rather empty and cold. The view from the 23rd floor is beautiful, and the high floor also made sure for a quiet nights sleep. A number of small mistakes and a lack of a nice atmosphere r... Read more

What a fantastically luxurious hotel. Slap bang in the middle of Bangkok, right near the Erawan Shrine and designer shops/skytrain, is this wonderful place. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite on check in - oh my, what an end to our holiday! We spent two nights in pure luxury. The pool area bears no relation to the hustle and bustle of the city below, you'd never realise you were in the middle of one of the busiest places in the world. Definitely worth going!

It is a five-star hotel which is less famous in these years due to the openings of many new hotels in Bangkok. However, its service and facilities are as good as always. We have stayed in a grand suite which is actually an one-bedroom suite. It contains everything you need for travelling especially a wish machine with washing powder.

Good Points: Hotel very central and grand. Rooms clean and big. Service excellent. Beautiful large quite pool. Fantastic breakfast. Bad point: You cannot purchase alcohol as it does not have a bar area, but you are allowed to bring your own into the hotel. Just like your cheap and cheerful Asian restaurants in the UK. So for that reason this is not a 5 star hotel.

It is located perfectly in the centre of Bangkok. We reached there by a sky train (metro) which was just a stone throw away. The lobby was quite grand. The receptionist was quite efficient too. We took a 2 bedrooms apartment. It was a large room, had own kitchen, clean and neat. It was good for a family of four like us. What I don't like was the breakfast, it was so less varieties, less tasty. The swimming pool was big and not too crowded but the green base made it look dull.

A beautiful hotel with excellent amenities, and very friendly staff. In a great location not too far from the airport with lots of great restaurants in walking distance and a small supermarket next door. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the front desk was very busy at one point and we were waiting ages to check out, they didn't seem in any rush to put more staff on the front desk in order to lessen the wait, Albeit I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed for two nights in a 2- bedroom suite . There were 5 of us. The 5th bed was placed in the living room area as the bedrooms could not accommodate it. Suite was spacious enough not to feel crowded. Suite was comfortable with most amenities provided, even a washing machine n detergent were provided. But we couldn't find any dish washing liquid so we could not clean the crockery n utensils after using them. Had to wait for Housekeeping to clean them the next day. Hotel is in a good location - ... There isn't enough hot water for you to have a shower, even after 2 hours of replacing the water heater the water system wasn't working. Looking for a quality hotel in Bangkok? You would not go wrong by choosing Grande Centre Point Hotel in Ratchadamri. The hotel room was very spacious - we had a one bedroom suite. It was very nicely decorated and and comfortable. Breakfast the following day was very good - a nice selection of morning foods. We both very much enjoyed our experience at the hotel and would describe it as good value. The hotel was very central, close to shopping etc.. We would most definitely return to Grande... Read more

I've stayed here a few times now, both on solo trips and with groups. The hotel has several things going for it: great location, good price, and a comfortable experience. The hotel is just a half-block from the sky train, 12 blocks from Bumrungrad Hospital, and it is maybe 3 blocks from the American Embassy. It is so easy to navigate from here, or you can get information or a taxi from the concierge. The cost of this hotel is much lower than comparable hotels that are literally across the street... Visited with our family of four during a quick stop in Bangkok. Located in a good spot just around the corner from the Erawan Shrine. Pricing was extremely competitive and check in was friendly and efficient - great after a late arrival from airport. We were also upgraded to a suite, which made the stay even more enjoyable. First time in Thailand but certainly won't be the last. The service here is second to none. People here can't go out of their way enough for you. From them ordering you a taxi and telling the driver what price we (the customers) will be paying, as they can get very cheeky and try and over charge you if you're not careful to making sure your room is perfect at all times. This hotel was brilliant and I would advise anyone to stay here. The views are stunning also, I'll add a few photos of the room... Read more

There is a kitchen and fridge. The hotel is within walking distance from the world trade center. Asian tourists are flooding the hotel . There are also tourists from Europe and America.
