The location is closely to shopping area but the hotel is actually in a congested small lane that is negative. Rooms are spacious. Staff is not helpful at all. The breakfast is horrible and the Indian staff who are employed there are worst. For vegetarian this hotel is not the right choice. When asked the restaurant staff said rice is there for breakfast ????? He says paratha will take time. I would say if you want quality there are better options at this price. Not a good choice as my booking w... Read more

I booked this hotel through a Makemytrip package. Pros: Courteous staff Clean & spacious rooms Economical Cons: Right at the centre of a local market Narrow lanes (you have to CARRY your own baggage for about 200 metres as the lane is so narrow for the car to pass)

A few years back my friends and I stayed in this hotel. It was comfortable and cozy, facilities were ok. However things were not the same as before. One issue was on the room card. Every single night we have to approach the front desk to reactivate the card. It was quite a hassle as we have to travel up and down to get it fixed. Next issue was with the water pipes. We have times that we do not have water in the room and we have to call the technician to fix. Overall a good budget hotel near t... Read more

You can find siam discovery and mbk couple of blocks away.stop reading all the previous reviews because I have personally been there on the 5th and 6th o... Read more

3-Star Hotel????? How??? 1. The hotel is situated right in the middle of the Market which is totally inaccessible by a car because of the narrow lanes. 2. The whole area stinks of the street side food sold in these narrow lanes (makes me feel nauseous even thinking of it even though I am a hardcore non-vegetarian) 3. Somehow you manage to survive the rush and the smell of the streets and enter the hotel to check in to one of your rooms only to find out the rooms are very small and WHAT THE HELL... Read more

Hotel is located in the main market which is so good thing about this hotel you can easily go to the shopping hubs with tuk tuk. Hotel is clean and well managed, rooms are good, breakfast is also upto the mark.

This is the worst hotel in the world.. no customer service, very bad ambience, no towel, no door mats, no required facilities, no hot water, food not good, room service not good, bad behaviour of hotel staff..

The room is big, look modern, facilities is ok, kettle seems old but usable. Consider as windowless as the glass window (unopenable) face out to corridor, anyone can see thru the gap into your room, if you accidentally leave the curtain with a gap. Toilet was small, hot water unstable. But bed was comfortable, the wifi was lousy and have to keep reconnecting. The saving grace was it is near the Airport rail and have alot of cheap street food outside the surrounding street but the street was su... Read more
