We stayed 3 nights and were very happy with our hotel from start to finish. Upgraded to premier room on top floor which was very lovely and spacious. Staff very friendly and professional. Easy check in/out and Non very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. The pool was great to use too, just grab a voucher from reception and head up to 9th floor in opposite building. 2min walk to Chong Nonsi BTS. WIFI good and reliable. Close to many dining options. Glow Trinity Silom is an ideal location for street food and easy access to BTS Chong Nonsi and BTS Sala Daeng (a short walk away from the back alley which is bustling with activities). Street food stalls, restaurants, cafes, 7-11 outlets were all within walking distance. The location could be a bit far off from the main road but it was just a short walk away from the BTS Chong Nonsi. I was put into the Premier Room at the next building which was 100% smoking-free with great interior designs a... Read more

Reception is lovely and then they walk you down a strange corridor to a different building with eery dark lighting and an elevator so hot it could pass for a sauna. Our room smelt of mould or something odd in the bathroom pipes and the wifi was broken from the moment we checked in and for the next 52 hours. The pool is in a different building and simply a hassle to get to. After 2 nights we selected alternative accommodation, I told the staff why we had to leave and the wi fi mysteriously b... Read more

I needed a hotel in Silom an this was perfect as its 2/3 minutes walk from the Chong Nonsi BTS station. I stayed here for 3 days and it was very comforting, the rooms are of a high standard and spacious. comfy bed and perfect location. It also has a huge pool on the roof of the opposite building. There is also a dvd player with Dvds at reception which is a nice touch. Has a bar downstairs and food is availible from a number of outlets. Would stay again.

What can I say? The courteous hotel staff was its only saving grace. The air-con was non-adjustable (always cold), the shower water flooded the toilet area (no door), the wooden laminated floor was popping, the breakfast spread was poor and repetitive (exactly the same items everyday), they don‚??t provide toothbrush, toothpaste or shavers (but courteously point you to 7-eleven).

The hotel is super near to Chong Nonsi BTS station which is right opposite Holiday Inn Express Sathorn. Pros: - Good Location - 3-5 mins walk to Chong Nonsi BTS - 7-10 mins walk to Sala Daeng BTS if you know the shortcut which is via right of the hotel entrance - Concierge is very proactive and will help you to hail for cab knowing that you are urgent even drizzling he will also wave cab by cab. For one the service at this hotel was very sub-par and the food at the restaurant was not very good for the price that they were offering. And when I had to leave to catch my flight nobody even bother to wave down a taxi for me, so I had to walk a block to get one myself carrying my luggage. All in all not really recommended.

I have stayed here 3 times now and never regret my choice. The most recent time I was upgraded to the newer building and had a balcony which overlooked the city. It wasn't the first time I was staying at this property and having had a good experience previously I expected the same. Somehow it was Murphy's law and several things went wrong. I had asked an earlier check-in considering I arrived early morning with an intercontinental flight, however this was not granted and I had to wait until the afternoon to check in. Arrived at glow trinity couple of days back with my friends. Location of the hotel is close to bts station and that makes Travelling very easy and convenient. Room is decent for the price we paid for. There's a bar (roadhouse salon). We did chill at the place and the ambience isn't that good. The bartender who served us was extremely rude. She was reluctantly taking down our orders. That episode was the major drawback for this hotel. Otherwise all was good.

The hotel is easily accessible from BTS Station (Chong Nonsi), which is approximately 5-10 minutes walk. Amenities are adequate and the staff are competent in their duties. It is also located nearby to a local market, where one can try out the local food. The not so positive feedback will be the WIFI connectivity, which was patchy.

In the mornings there is a market in the street if you turn left from out of the lobby which has lots of choices for breakfast there are also cafes on the way to the BTS. We ate mostly at the Pat Pong night market about 10 mins walk away, though be warned it contains alot of adult entertainment venues. The only downside to the hotel was t... Read more

Only 3 minutes' walking to BTS Chong Nonsi Station, some small restaurants around. But the bed is not do good, the mattress is too old and has deformation already, so the sleeping quality was not so good.

It is close to BTS but it is tucked on the corner of the street. There is too much seclution from everywhere to a point that it makes you feel like there are ghosts around plus the building is old. Lol. We had a warm welcome from staff BUT after I find them a little bit rude for thai standards. The bed is really comfortable though. But I would not stay here on our next visit maybe stay with Holiday Inn express just across the street or maybe on Siam area.

This hotel is in a great location in Silom only a couple of minutes walk from the Chong Nonsi BTS station. It is close to many nice restaurants, shops, cafes and markets. It is just down a side street and back a little from the street meaning it is still quiet. The hotel is also about 10 minutes walk from the Silom Complex shopping centre, Sala Daeng BTS station and the Silom MRT station meaning most parts of central Bangkok can be reached easily. The rooms and common areas at the Trinity Silo... Read more

Let's start with the fact that they charged me twice for my room. Then the wifi went out for 12 hours. Also when I went to check out they made me pay for a call I made to make a reservation with the hotel room. I called a landline, not a mobile phone. There should have not been a charge. They were sure I called a mobile however I only called the sky bar Cloud 47 to make reservations. The guy at the desk even got hands with me. I couldn't believe HE PUT HIS HANDS ON ME. Also one day I went back t... Read more

Formerly marketed as Glow Trinity. Now it has been taken over by CHU hotels. I was unable to book here at the beginning of my vacation because it was full, but I managed to get one night just before my departure from Thailand. Lobby restaurants have changed themes. At the roadhouse bar to the left I was pretty much ignored. The internet was very slow and kept cutting out making it impossible for me to accomplish my airport checkins in the morning. They allowed me a 1hr late departure but one pa... Read more

I stayed in superior double room on 5th floor for 4 nights under 2 separate bookings in Sep 2016. The hotel has good location and is close to BTS on one side, while it is a short walking distance to Silom Road and night market on the other side. There are few restaurants on the ground level and nearby. I stayed in Sep 2016 and I believed I got a good discount due to low season. Checkin process was quick and the receptionist was cheerful. She managed to locate my 2 bookings quickly and linked th... Read more

As a frequent visitor to Bangkok I normally stay in the Sukhumvit area, however this trip I decided to stay in silom. I stayed here for 7 nights and found the room large and clean with everything I needed as a solo traveller. As far as location goes it's perfect. Only a 2 min walk to Chong Nonsi BTS and so many local restuarants and Street Food only minutes walk from hotel. The location is also only a 5-10 minute walk from the major Silom shops/western restuarants and Patpong Markets. I thi... Read more

The hotel is in a fantastic location. There are many nice places close by and the bts is a two minute walk away. The hotel offers good value for money. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. Fyi, the gym is in a separate building across a small side street.

This is my third time staying at this hotel and it has always been a good stay. The name has changed since the last time I stayed in June, apparently they do not use Glow anymore because it was sold to new owners. But the same staff were there and the service was still the same friendly, warm, efficient service as before. The welcome drink they gave during check in was a good touch, especially after walking from the BTS station. The room was clean and the bed was nice and comfortable. The gym... Read more

Haven't stayed here for about 3years when it was a nice comfortable hotel. Not much has changed, easy and quick check in at 2am rooms have everything you need except English tv channels but that's fine. 3 minute walk to Bts plenty of food options around. All and all a pleasure to stay there again. Staff are happy and easy to deal with. I would stay again.

After a month of budget hotels and hostels i was so so happy when i walked into my room here. Very nice boutique style room, very nice modern bathroom with large walk in shower. The bed was huge, solid but comfortable with plenty of cushions and pillows. The tv was a bit small and far away but i had my laptop so never needed it. Rooms are quiet and apart from the odd noise of another guest leaving their room i was never disturbed. Breakfast was ok but nothing to write home about, the bar is nice at... Read more

Stay here many times. Staff are super nice helpful and knowledgeable. Trinity Silom hotel is the best value for money you can find in Bangkok. Location is in the heart of Bangkok, Villa supermarket in the complex also hundreds of small shops and restaurants, plus 3 minutes walk to BTS skytrain. Highly recommended.

The hotel is difficult to find. The decoration is a little bit too dark and outdated, but the rooms are large enough. The wi-fi connection is a joke, the worst we got it so far. We had to juggle to get some signal. I wouldn¬īt stay at this hotel again. Definitely doesn¬īt worth the price that they are asking for.

Stayed here for 1N and was upgraded to a larger room (thank you!). The room was great, large and extremely clean, definitely no complaints on that. Just take note that there is no complimentary toothbrush and shavers so you definitely need to get that ready prior to checking in. Alternatively, you can walk just a short distance to the nearest 7/11. The hotel is also very conveniently located, just about 2min walk to Chong Nonsi MRT, and a pretty nice Thai restaurant called Feaung Nara. The onl... Read more

This hotel located at Chong Nonsi BTS Station and only 5 min walking distance. I booked superior room and request for king bed. Yes, they offer me king bed. The bed is comfy and the hotel is clean. The only downside is most of the restaurants nearby the hotel are close on Sunday. So remember to have you dinner elsewhere before back to hotel. There is one best Thai seafood 'Lek Seafood' is nearby the hotel.

As my headline says, it was a fairly decent hotel. My room was unexpectedly spacious which was good. The WiFi was ok too. The staff were friendly and helpful. Getting around outside was generally easy since I was using Google Map. And I was pleased that the hotel also provided a taxi reservation service and the price, in my opinion, was quite reasonable. I guess the only cons that I have to say from a guest's perspective are: - not much of TV channels; so it's best that you bring your own en... Read more

Travel in early October for a short weekend getaway. As usual, it's great with friendly staffs welcoming you and the rooms are still well maintained. Although, a new management running (I was told it was the hotel owner) the warmth, friendly, value and clean environment is still there. I have a booked 3 rooms in January 2017 and hope things remained the same or it not better.

First time around I was put in a room that was in another building which was a 5 min walk. It was real poor value for amount paid. But the second visit I was in the main building and the room was luxurious. The place is very close to Chong Nongsi BTS and close to all the good eateries in Silom. If you get a good room in the main building it's an awesome experience.

We stayed for 2 nights on our arrival in Thailand. The room was large and clean, with an really great bathroom! A couple of minor updates in the room wouldn't hurt. The pool is across the road - and was beautiful at night surrounded by skyscrapers. We didn't have breakfast there so can't comment on that. The location is great - short walks to Silom and Sathorn and lots of great food places nearby. Would stay again when back in Bangkok!
