I stayed in this hotel with a middle-aged golfing group from Perth, Australia. We'd had a pretty forgettable experience with a hotel across the road the previous year so were a little apprehensive about Dream. However, we all agreed that our 5 day stay was great! The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are ideal, the hotel is presented beautifully and is clean and welcoming. The breakfasts were plentiful and of great variety. All in all a hotel that we could recommend.

Arrived rather tired from my flight 07.35 in the morning, not surprising the room wasn't ready yet, so I went for a coffee, went up to room ,nice room , but a little tired round the edges, took a look at the pool which is over the road in the annexe building on the top floor, but nobody there, breakfast was fine good selection , and eggs cooked in front of you as is normal in Thai hotels, will try somewhere different next time, as for a 5* I expected just that bit more. Friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely stay at Dream Hotel next time. All the above and hotel price make this a good place to stay.

Nice, quiet and very neat hotel. Location is perfect for business travelers as it is only few steps away from BTS. Great variety of food for breakfast too. If you are in the mood for shopping or seek for dining "attractions" Terminal 21 is 5 min away. Check-in was however a bit confusing, as there are 2 buildings of hotel and no directions of where exactly we had to check in. However it was a very minor thing. Overall stay was satisfying and good. We chose this hotel because a friend had stayed there, as our usual favourite hotel Solo is undergoing renovation and we were not up for the noise. The Dream hotel is a dream but really only for the owner, I am sure. The staff are not all smiles and wai's. The bell staff are nosey and petulant, the front office staff were a bit frosty at times. But it is the awful odour that greets you in the lobby at times that is most off putting, not sure where its coming from, water in the lobby feature? Or ... Read more

Great location, very nice pool in adjacent hotel. Good gym on 10th floor. Breakfast excellent, lots of choice and good service. Staff are exceptionally polite and attentive.Hotel on busy street with no pavements however traffic is accommodating. Security see you cross the road safely between hotel buildings. All in all a great hotel at a reasonable rate and would definitely stay again.

Everything is still great at Dream & I have always enjoyed their really nice breakfast. Only little flaw is that water leaks out from shower area every time you take a shower. Other than this, hotel is immaculate.

The hotel may not be in the most interesting part of Bangkok, but it is rally a nice play to stay for a couple of days. The staff is very friendly en the rooms are nice. The swimming pool is in the second tower of the restaurant, but that is only a few steps away from the main building.

While trying to figure out where we wanted to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary and make it memorable, we decided on Thailand. What started off as a disaster trip with our flight having mechanical issues, causing us to make it to our connected 5 minutes prior to take off. The worst was yet to come, we arrived in Bangkok only to find out that our luggage was lost. We put in a claim and decided we just needed to head to our hotel. Upon arrival at the Dream Hotel, the staff and check in proc... Read more

Stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. Great staff, great location, great funky rooms, great atmosphere. The blue lighting in the rooms gives the room a cool feeling. Very chic and funky. Highly recommended.

Stayed here for 4 nights recently, and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The positives are many: the location is good, close to Sukhumvit Rd and 2 BTS stations, but down a quiet Soi in comparison to some of the others in the neighbourhood. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel is very well appointed. Breakfast is a big feast, with plenty of options to keep everyone happy - though the coffee was a little weak for my tastes. Staff are very friendly, especially those who looked after me when... Read more

The room was nice and comfortable as well as fairly sized with all the facilities you'd expect from hotels like this. The bed was nice, big and comfortable. Staff in reception are efficient and courteous. A special mention must be reserved for breakfast - top class!! Wide variety of quality food. I loved it. The hotel is located in a quiet soi, however the hustle and bustle of Sukhumvit is only a short walk away.

I'm currently here on a 5 day stay and it's ok. My room is tiny and the bed is very hard which is typical for Thailand I guess. It's also a king single/double bed so is very small. Furniture in room is chipped and worn and shower goes hot and cold, which is not ideal when you're sunburnt! Staff are generally nice but pool bar staff lack enthusiasm or interest. There's no atmosphere at the pool bar unfortunately. Breakfast is ok. Room service expensive as is mini bar. Location is pretty good alt... Read more

This was my third stay in Dream Bangkok and each one of my stay have been very pleasurable. It is a basic business hotel with neat, clean and well appointed rooms. The check in process is smooth and room service brilliant. It is also close to all the activities of Bangkok which is an added advantage. Highly recommended for short stays.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Anything you need to know, they will found out for you with no delay. Room service is very fast and Yoyo (Concierge) is always full of smiles and loves duck with wet noodle from the local corner restaurant.

Five years ago the nightly rate here was around $30. It was my favorite hotel and I lived here for a total of six months over three years. It has since gone up by a factor of five while quality of the hotel has declined substantially. The rooms are in decline. The paint on the doors looks like what you'd find in a cheap Khao San road hostel. The wiring is bizarre - the switch for the blue lights also turns on some noisy fan next to the door. Hardly intimate. The television is impossibly comp... Read more

We've stayed at Dream on previous visits to Bangkok and have returned because of the super comfortable bed and the location. I could deal with the slightly garish decorations while this was the case but on this stay I was surprised to find that the previously comfortable bed was gone and was replaced with the standard hard as a rock Thai mattress. Very disappointing. We also had to change rooms on checking in. The first room was incredibly musty and the smell was overwhelming, so much so that w... Read more

I can't recommend Dream Hotel more highly! This place is clean, comfortable, safe, and fun!! Great, central location with lots to do and close to BTS/Skytrain. All of the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and polite - especially Tor! He welcomed me back on my second stay by saying "welcome home!" - recognized me right away :) I will definitely be staying here every time I come to Bangkok in the future!

I finally get to stay in this hotel, it??s very accessible and the area is near to shopping mall, Terminal 21 and there are also different hotels nearby, massage/spa, and also near to BTS Asoke, it will only take about 8 minute-walk. Their lobby is artistic and cozy, so you can just sit down and relax while waiting for your check in or something. Check in process is really fast and easy, friendly staff and professional, their breakfast is the best that I had so far, WiFi is good in all the v... Read more

Great location. Little isolated from crowdedness. 5 minutes walk from Ashok station. Located in the Heart of Sukhumvit. Since well connected with BTS you can travel any corner of Bangkok like Nana, Thong lo , Siam or Mo chit for shopping. Took a smoking room which was little shabby. First day,The television was not working properly so I asked to change the room . A lady in the reception asked me to upgrade the room which I found stupid. Why should I upgrade and pay extra? Stayed in this hotel for a few nights at the end of our trip to Thailand. This was the 8th time we've visited Thailand and first time in this hotel. The hotel was brilliant "tito" at reception was extremely helpful. Breakfast is fantastic plenty to choose from ??? the only possible negative was the fact the bathroom doesn't have a proper door it's a slide door. Even after 10 years together it's not pleasant smelling your partners deli belly ?? otherwise a fantastic hotel.

AS family we have smth like 12 hours stopover in BKK and friend of us recommend us Dream hotel. Nothing could be better.... nice and fancy rooms but the most important part was the pool with restaurant next to it. we arrive quite late from our trip to Bhutan and next morning we left for Myanmar. So in fact we have some 10 hours to spent in BKK. Our teenagers ask for rooftop pool, massage restaurant and big room. The best part of our stay at Dream was not the room itself (even nice and fancy) but... Read more

It is conveniently located close to the Asoke BTS, Terminal 21 shopping mall where there's lots of food and shopping, and Health Land, a 8 storey building that offers massage and other spa services. All these within 6min walk! So can't beat the convenience. The room and bathroom is also in tip top condition. Breakfast is good too but would have liked more vegetarian local food. The only grouse I have is the really expensive cost of making local Bangkok calls from the room. I made 2 calls lastin... Read more

I spend 2 night at dream hotel bangkok. The hotel was nice, but i think it's too dark for me inside the room. The food was ok, service was ok, location was ok, not far from 21 terminal mall, BTS skytrain and MRT. It is a five star hotel, but i think the bathroom was not like 5 star quality. The bathroom looks like a little bit old.
