It is a nice boutique hotel with quite low reasonable price It is located near the train station. It has nice lobby and outdoor garden outside. A nice hotel if you're in a budget. However far from eateries, except there is 7 Eleven down there.

The hotel is easily accessible by the airport link. It's only 10 minutes walk from Petchaburi MRT. There is 7/11 beside the hotel. If you walk further up, you'll be able to find massage parlours and food stalls. There was only one lift available for guests which was slow. Sometimes we ended up going down the stairs. The room was simple, clean and it was equipped with basic amenities except for a wardrobe but hangers were provided. The toilet was small. Besides that, I had a really hard time... Read more

I had seen some previous reviews about this being a basic hotel and it was certainly true, very basic indeed with the painted concrete floor, there was also a very plastic feel to the place and a bit worn down. It had everything, fridge, in room safe deposit, flat screen TV but not much in the way of storage, a desk and plastic chair to try an accommodate your laptop, clothing and any other bits and pieces, no shelf in the bathroom to lay out your toiletries. The buffet breakfast was the most ba... Read more

It was not the easiest hotels to locate by car or foot. Taxi drivers were confused. Hotel reception team were welcoming upon arrival and quickly sorted out the air conditioning, which did not initially activate with my room key. Good night sleep. Comfy bed and shower was OK. It's about half hour by taxi from the centre. Best to go via the highway but you'll need to pay a 50b toll. It's fine for one night upon arrival into the country. There are better and more convenient hotels that I may ha... Read more

Bedroom and bathroom were good size but not quite clean. We got 3 bottles of water everyday as we stay at triple room. Breakfast menu always the same everyday but OK for start the day. Wifi was in good speed. Location was close to MRT Petchaburi & Makkasan Airport link station. Taxi was easy to found from the hotel to go around bangkok.

We stayed 4Ns at the hotel. It was accessible to malls (pratunam, center world plaza), train, etc. It's 20-30mins away from the airport. The staff always clean the room. Service was good. Will definitely go back to this place.

This place is located conveniently near the Makkasan station which connects to Suvarnabhumi airport, and is also next to the Petchaburi metro station. We booked it for our last night in Bangkok as we had an early morning flight and wanted to take the airport train. The room is extremely basic, which was expected, given what we paid. However, some things just weren't acceptable. The wifi stopped working an hour after we checked in and the reception told us it was because it was raining. It didn... Read more

After a late arrival into BKK needed a place to stay close to the Airport Link. Previously stayed at FX right at Petchuburi MRT and 5 minute walk from Makkasan Airport Link Station but noticed this hotel a further 2 minutes down the road and 20% cheaper. For a short stay it was fine - comfortable bed and clean room. I wouldn't stay here longer but great budget option for Airport link

Hotel is conveniently located near Makkasan airport link station, simply walk towards the MRT and then take MRT exit 3, from there it's a 5 minute walk toward the 7/11 sign which is next door. Good price and cheerful staff, was upgraded to better room on top floor (7th). Wifi was rubbish and keep disconnecting, reading other reviews it seems to be when it rains it doesn't work? Given its the rainy season you might want to consider that. A/C in my room was average and despite being on 16 degree... Read more

If you would take the train from and to airport its a great place to stay. Its clean and the staff will try to help you with the best they can. Wifi is ok acceptable in area's standard although you need to reconnect everytime in room connection. Room tip: Ask for backside room, since its along the road, you will hear car noise if you have the roadside room.

Very basic hotel. i stayed 2 nights here with my husband. We had a standard room. The room wasn't very big, just enough space for 2 people. Very limited choice for Breakfast. Only a few minutes' walk to Petchburi BTS station. Staff was super helpful.

I don't think it has much to offer except a convenient location. Also the sky train to airport is not the best option if you are a family. taxi will be cheaper and more convenient. The hotel as it is OK, rather good for the price you are paying.

We stayed here unfortunately only one night. Is a really great hotel. Well designed and clean. Is such in the photos. The room was big and the bed too comfortable. Have a really great connection with the international airport. Really great staff! They helped us with the check in. The only negative thing that I can say is that they should renovate the hallway in the 6th floor.

Rooms are clean, but small. Also, we were not very lucky with outside window view. Staff was very kind and frankly. Breakfast is OK. We took it for 1 night after arrival Bangkok, the location is very good in terms of logistics - close to Makkasan station & metro line. To summarize, for 1 night stay the price/conditions are OK.

I stayed here the night before I was flying to Dubai. The location is great if you're coming from central Bangkok and going to the airport. At the end of the metro and just before the airport line makes it the perfect location for the airport if you still want to explore the city a bit. The room is pretty much standard of a 3 star hotel. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

This hotel was ideal for us as we just needed somewhere to stop over before our flight. We arrived using the airport rail link and got off at Makkasan. The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the station and is also located beside a metro. We also decided to head into Khaosan Road for the evening and used the boat taxi which was a 5 minute walk from the hotel and took 20 minutes followed by a 20 minute walk. The boat cost 10 baht each way per person and was an experience in itself. Proper Thai transp... Read more

I ummed and ahhed a lot before booking this hotel instead of a cheaper room at a hostel in a more central location. As I was staying for 8 nights, I decided to pay extra for my own room with my own bathroom, rather than a small room in a hostel with a shared bathroom. Overall, I'm glad I chose this option. It was nice to feel more 'at home' with my own space. There were pros and cons. Pros: - Hotel is really close to Phetchaburi MRT station. Take exit 3, face the main road and turn right... Read more
