I am a bit surprised with some of not so great reviews.. You will get a solid 4.5 stars for the price of 2* if you decide to stay in CitiChic! The location was just perfect ‚?? close to everything yet on a quiet street (hello good night sleep!). 711 is right across the street if you need to pick up something, BTR is easy 10 minutes stroll away or a quick ride with a complimentary hotel shuttle/tuk-tuk. Rooms are spacious, clean and super comfortable. Wifi worked great both in the room and lobby.... Read more

Nice hotel and good location. Close to the the sky train. Some of the decor in the room was a bit tired and under the bed had not been cleaned. Breakfast was a good selection although the orange juice should be avoided. We both took a sip, noticed a funny taste and consequently both were feeling sick for the rest of the morning!

Relatively close to the train. Very touristy area so be warned that finding a taxi driver that will use a meter is close to impossible. Hotel is clean and modern. We were grossed out that flies kept coming out of our shower drain! The pool was small but did its job. The tiles in the pool were coming off. Left some bald spots which looked really shabby. The workout room is small as expected. Our phone didn't work so we couldn't call the front desk. We told them it was broken and they brushed it o... Read more

We really liked this hotel. Our room (deluxe double) was nice and had modern fixtures and furniture. It was lovely and quiet which we really appreciated and has a cute little swimming pool and gym upstairs which I used during our stay. The bathroom was also very nice and modern and had bathtub as well as shower. We didn't include breakfast in our booking as we wanted to go out and explore and try different places. Very reasonably priced for Bangkok and would definitely recommend to others. Centr... Read more

**Our room is cozy and spacious (with balcony). The staff are friendly and are very accommodating, they also helped us to contact a car service for our tour around Bangkok including the Floating market and Maeklong railway market which is a bit far from the city. **Breakfast food is just average (sausages, bacon, beans, porridge). Sad to say, there are no local food at the mini buffet. **Wifi was down on our second night which is very disappointing and they were not able to fix it until we che... Read more

Nice and cozy hotel with friendly and professional staff. Good Centralised energy consumption amenities allowing full control of your lightings and AC from the bed. Nice breakfast with professional staff. The issue that i faced was that I remember having accidentally left a pair of Linen short and leather belt at hotel but they could not find that which was a pity. But overall it was a good experience.

Room is really spacious and beautiful with white and green theme. The room is same as you see in the picture on the website. The hotel room, bathroom, service, location is really good. Plus point you get a e-rick every 30 mins which take you to main road/BTS station. The staffs were very good and professional. I recommend this hotel for any purpose - couple, business, single.

Pros: location, clean room, helpful staff, comfortable bed, bathtub, quiet at night time. Cons: construction site at next door, which start to works early morning and bring noise. Strong smell of sewage came into the room, if you stay on ground floor. Dark room, because of ground floor. It's better to choose room from 1st floor and upper. Swim pool closing early evening - 7 pm.

Let me start by saying this hotel is right around the corner from the W Hotel, just save yourself the time and spend the extra $30 dollars :) Granted I was on my honeymoon and expected a better hotel in general. The room was clean and hardwood. The hotel carpet was gross so dont expect to walk barefoot. BRING SHOWER SHOES. The bathroom was the worst part of the room. They caulked the inside of shower and mold had started to grow and it was black. Ew! Other than that the room was very eccentric a... Read more

Hi guys I still have to give the hotel 5 star rating despite my ordinary stay I will cut to the chase here. Avoid this hotel at the present time. There are two, yes 2 construction projects occurring at this time, across the road and next door also. Bad luck for me really as I had read from a previous post that this was the case but I chanced that luck would present itself to me in a kindly manner. Everything else is perfect. Wifi, shower, room space all excellent. The two young girls at recepti... Read more

We just stayed here for a week. The hotel is in a great location, and the price is affordable. It's great they have a fitness room and pool. Our room was modern and clean. My only suggestion is that they thoroughly clean the lobby and restaurant area. There was a bad smell that gives a bad first impression, and the smell doesn't make you want to eat there. Overall, our stay was great and we plan to go back.

I am sure there are better priced hotels in Bangkok, we had trouble with sewage smell in room. In another room the temperature control for the aircon didn't work. Staff were wonderful. Location handy to Nana train station.

Great little hotel. Perfectly situated in and amongst all the restaurants and bars. 7 min walk to nana BTS station- which pretty much gets you anywhere. A little out the way from khao San road but we just got a tuk tuk. Clean hotel, with electronic gadgets in the room which was cool!

Worth every penny. They really know how to give good service & the rooms were suberb. Best bang for your buck. If it's raining just use soi 11 or 15 to get there. Soi 11 has great bars & clubs. You don't need to spend big dollars to get the best of the best.

I've stayed at citichic 3 times before with no problems. This trip I had a few issues with the noise from the construction site next to the hotel. The air-conditioning temp thermostat changed from cold to hot without me touching it. They came up to fix it with no luck and they left a maids cart with dirty towels outside my room for my 2 day stay. Not a holiday wrecker but it just got enjoying as they didn't move it after I mentioned it to them. Final thing was the mini bar. There was a list of t... Read more

This is a standard hotel nearby Nana station. I liked it because was quiet and I could rest properly. My room was room number 305. A room was big with desk, sofa, TV, mini bar, wardrobe, safe deposit box, big bathroom with shower and bathtub (rare this days). My flight was very early morning so I did order wake up call. Reception staff was OK. I would stay here again. I did not use a swimming pool nor gym. 7-11 is just a 100 m away. Recommended. Very good.

I stayed here couples of years ago. It is getting old. Locks and keys not working. Considering price, the hotel facilities are poor. Breakfast is very very very poor.Room is not too big. I think with the same price, you may get better option.

I stayed at citichic 3 years ago which was why I booked again. Have to say it was disappointing compared to previous stay. It seems to have lost its vibe as a cute boutique hotel and looks shabby in reception and in the rooms. The pool area is adequate but seriously needs updating. Staff were generally pleasant but didn't go out of their way to make you feel welcome or provide any local information. Breakfast was below average. On arrival we were asked to settle the bill which is the only hotel ... Read more
