Stayed here for 2 nights as a solo traveller. Staff were very friendly and the room was a decent size. I would definitely stay here again! There is a decent bar next to the hotel also which does a great English breakfast. The road the hotel is on is good with a few bars and not far from the main sukhumvit

I travelled to Bangkok with my friends, and the reason why I chose Citadines due to the 2 rooms suites. As expected, the rooms were spacious and cleaned. There were kitchen equipped with essentials, i.e. cookware, utensils etc. Although we didn't cook (Bangkok is a place that won't make you hungry), but all these were convenient for those who have kids. The minor imperfection only on the water heater was not hot enough for me. Maybe this was only applied to me, as both of friends were no issue... Read more

Loved the rooms and service, only that the road along the hotel is noisy because of the pubs and clubs. The facilities,as any Citadines it didn't matter if you took the breakfast options as there are plenty of 7elevens for you to buy stuff to make your own with the awesome kitchenette. The tuk-tuk was the best,it could send you and fetch you to Nana/Asoke BTS which is a blessing to our aching feet. There's plenty of eating options as the location is near Nana and Asoke.

We stayed in Citadines for 4 nights and we couldn't have asked for more on this happening soi in this hotel. Our room was cleaned everyday, and all the everyday essentials were present, the staff of the hotel are ever smiling and always so helpful. I'am definitely recommending this hotel to my friends and I'am going to be back whenever I get an opportunity to be back. I love the convenience of this place.

I might be writing this prematurely, as we are still at the hotel. We chose this hotel due to the location, close to the Burmrungrad Hospital and all the great stuff in the area. However it is a very busy area. As always when shopping online for a hotel, you should never go by the hotel website, it will always look the best. The room we booked was the Studio Executive, it looked great in the photos. It is rather small, but doable for what we need. We had no hot water the first day and stil... Read more

Pathetic place to stay. Rooms size are too small. Street is so noisy in night which make hard to sleep. Hotel staff is not friendly at all. If you coming for long stay then laundry will be a nightmare as they have common washing area.. so be prepared to be queue for washing clothes...

We stayed in a "Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment," but I cautiously say that there was nothing "deluxe" about it. Don't get me wrong, the stay was "okay," but maybe we have higher expectations of what constitutes a deluxe unit. For example: no clock, no TV channel guide, our room certainly didn't look like the room advertised, no hot water until I informed maintenance via the front desk folks, no luggage stand, noise (bass drum bump, bump, bumping) from the night clubs went on until the early mor... A tired but functional place that needs freshening up. Good location in terms of choice for restaurants and bars. Close to the skytrain on Sukhumvit Rd. Self catering rooms are convenient but the place is 'tired'. Not the location to make a good impression.

Room: I stayed in a Studio Executive apartment - room only, no breakfast. The apartment exactly resembled the photos as featured on the hotel booking website, so my expectations were met. The room was in good condition and clean. The toilet and shower were small/compact which was acceptable - only one issue was that there was an old, dingy shower curtain which was not commensurate with the good standard of the rest of the apartment. One would expect either a sliding or swinging glass door. As a ... Read more

The hotel has a real feeling of apartment in it. The room was well equipped with variety of household appliance and accessories especially the cooking tools, yet it also had the charm of suiting the need for night-out or hang-out lover as it was very centrally located in the bar/pub and night entertainment area. Also it was very accessible to other parts of bangkok by BTS station. It takes less than 300 meter walking from the entrace of the hotel the the station. You have a sense of home and t... Read more

i stayed here for the second time and checked in on 21st night at around 2.30 AM. The person at the reception was extremely helpful and nice. Barring, him for rest of the stay all the staff was extremely arrogant and rude. They did not bother to help and got annoyed and irritated when asked something second time. The day I checked out I requested for a weighing machine and was told that it will be provided in the night when I checked out. In the night I was told that it was not traceable. The st... Read more

The location of the apartment is good but very noisy from the activities outside. The apartment (unit) overall is clean even though aged. The bedroom has a slight musky (unpleasant) smell & the aircon in the room blew out some unpleasant smell after turned on 1 hour or so. We didn't sleep well for 3 nites we were there. The water heater is inconsistent, sometimes very hot, sometimes cold. The 6th floor corridor was consistently filled with curry smell especially in the evening! Thank goodness ... Read more

Our group of 4 had a pleasant stay in Citadines Sukhumvit. However, you need to know that you're staying along a row of bars and over the weekend, things get rowdy so this may not be the place for light sleepers. Service was pleasant, and we had a decent stay.

When a special offer came up at this Citadines, I cancelled my original Bangkok hotel booking and stayed here instead, for the first time. It was perfect. So close to bars of all nationalities (in the same street), including Cheap Charlie‚??s, and a branch of the famous VILLA supermarket to stock up for self-catering, and Nana station (5 mins walk). Studio (411) was compact and completely furnished for two; but 212 (smoking) was larger so suited my friend (who liked to entertain new-found girl f... Read more

All good just need to clean the little kitchen thoroughly. Free tuk tuk service from Citadines to Nana BTS station is great, in case you can't wait, still can walk there about 5 to 6 minutes. Few selection of Thai street food, need to walk further.

Has a great location as Soi 11 has everything you need e.g. bars, restaurants and cheap eats all on your doorstep - however unfortunately there's a construction side across the road and even using earplugs i could hear the noise and feel the vibrations (i stayed June 2016). No hot water in my shower - told reception and was met with indifference and issue was not fixed during my stay. Postives, Wifi was fast and housekeeping do a good job e.g. sheets/towels changed, floor vacummed.

The neighborhood is full of delicious food stalls & interesting service such as thai massage. Great location for people who want to spend their nights at most famous clubs in town. However it can get a little bit noisy at night, so request a room on higher floor if possible. Helpful & friendly staff. Tuk tuk service is wonderful. The location is a little bit far from BTS Nana

we have stayed here 3 or more times and always find it convenient and quiet- ask for room away from road frontage. The small pool is wonderful and the kitchen in room easy to prepare breakfasts and snacks. Free tuk tuk down the road is very much appreciated. The bed can be hardish. Bedroom is light and airy.Plenty to see in this area and sky train fast and convenient.

It was a good experience overall. The room was clean and the ambiance was nice. However, the toilet was too cramped and could have been a bit more spacious. The front desk officers have scope for improvement in terms of dealing queries.

The place was overall a value for money . The only tip I want to provide is that you need smarter and more cordial people at the reception. You also need a travel section active and may be asking the visitors if they need any help.

This place is probably the best value for money in this area and is of a pretty good quality I'd personally found the beds in the two rooms I stayed in too hard for me but I know many like hard beds so that's just my preference The staff were nice and helpful when I had an issue with my aircon - they quickly transferred me to another room with no fuss There is a good sports bar attached to the hotel that is great for watching any sport - we watched the Australian football and they put it on ... Was recommended by a friend and we were very pleased and surprised how fully equipped the room were. The Nana BTS station is within walking distance, less than 7 mins. Alternatively, could take a tuk tuk to the station which is a free service offered by Citadines. The tuk tuk could do drop-off at the Terminal 21 shopping mall as well. Such convenience!

Breakfast was a nightmare experience. First reception did not give breakfast coupons to all. Then, the restaurant keep bothering to bring voucher from reception.
