So it was a nice trip again going to Bangkok. It's my first time in the Country (i'm, with my family) The Place is so nice! It's like a modern local designs of Bangkok. very relaxing. The lobby has bigger ceiling and the designs of the ceiling are all cool with a beautiful chairs. The interior designer has a good sense and taste of art! So, upon arrival The staffs has a limited smiles at all (not in some hotels where all the time they are smiling :) It's really hard to communicate with them beca... Read more

I have previously stayed at this hotel before around 4 years ago and just recently stayed there, i would say the hotel itself if decent and nice however the staff are not very helpful well the women behind the front desk. We were told we could not check in straight away which is fair enough then it got to around half an hour later the time she said we could check in and i mentioned to my partner to go up and ask if the room was ready and she said yes. This slightly annoyed me as we were hanging ... Read more

Pleasant Hotel fairly centrally located. Breakfast was more than adequate, rooms very comfortable and staff helpful and courteous. Pool area on the 5th floor was pretty good although I would think that a peak season, you would struggle to get a sunbed.

Loved our stay at Century Park Hotel in Bangkok, good location but highly recommend getting a taxi (very cheap) or organised tour to see the sights. Century Park far exceeded our expectations, especially after reading some of the reviews on here, it is spotlessly clean with spacious bedrooms, flat screen tv, free WiFi and great views over Bangkok. Breakfast although nice didn't offer a massive choice. Would highly recommend the Italian restaurant, great food although a little expensive and a s... Read more

I had a Junior Suite which was very nice and spacious . The staff were always friendly and helpful . Great Gym and pool set up . The hotel is close to a major Bangkok shopping district about half a kilometre down the road in two direction and close to the Skyrail. I spent 2 weeks here and it was a good stay.

Stunning hotel. The breakfast was so good lots choice good value to. Free WiFi every where. Don't get taxi from hotel flag them down on street always barter and ask for meter if possible. This is a kind of an old hotel, old amenities but with a very friendly and attentive staff. Rooms are clean, free upgrade for the club floor was very generous. Breakfast was very average. Rooms not properly lite up, need more lighting. No additional power sockets to plug the laptop or a phone charger always have to disconnect the TV or a lamp to use power. Stayed here for 7 nights and had great time. Staff lovely, pool beautiful and food superb. So near victory monument for the BTS sky train which is so cheap to travel and explore places like the chaophraya river and markets. It's about 10 to 15 min walk from the baiyoke tower which is tallest building in Thailand. Easy access to motorways too. The basic rooms are really big and the lobby is just gorgeous. All air conditioning throughout. Free WiFi and a fridge in the room

We spend every year one week at this hotel. At the nearby (10 min walk) square Victory Monument you can use the BTS (sky train) or tens of bus lines to explore every corner of Bangkok. At the wonderful pool on the 5th floor you also can really swim in one of the two basins. Clean tasty furnished pleasant rooms, rich breakfast, kind polite staff. Every room has its own safe. Very good hotel for a very good price. We cannot wait to visit it in November again!

No one's fault or anything just an observation. Staff is nice and helpful. Most speak great English. Rooms are typical. Didn't use the pool but it looked nice. Enjoy!

Fantastic location, you are only a stone throw away from the Skytrain, water taxi's and shopping, whatever your taste. The breakfast was sublime, good choices, wherever in the world you are from. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room is modern, spacious and clean. The lobby and bar were beautiful. So why did I only give it a 4 out of 5. The Century Park was a welcoming hotel considering its large size. It is outfitted well for business meetings. Its location north of downtown gives it good access to the airport (great choice if you are only there for one night on your way to other international locations). It also has easy access to the sky tram. Use this whenever possible to avoid the gridlock on the Bangkok streets especially during rush hour. Our room was very nice on the 16th floor. The hotel room was nice and quite comfortable. The only issue is that the traffic was bad, but good thing that it is not very far to the BTS station. Therefore it makes sense to use the BTS during the rush hours. Near to Victory Monument, distance average about 12 mins away, in fact there is a night market near there where you can get a pretty decent bargain at the night market. Hotel staff are friendly and quite helpful, in fact my stay there was pretty pleasant.

This was our second visit. Once in May 2015 and the other this year. A very nice hotel. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast buffet was good although I would prefer an egg station to a waffle station. Not a bad location and easy walk to the sky train at monument so you are only a short ride to other areas of the city. Rooms are clean and spacious and it has a nice little pool area. Would definitely come back for a third time.

We stayed at this hotel several years ago, so hopefully it's changed since then, and we were fine with the room cleanliness and comfort, lobby, etc. However, we were really dissatisfied with the front desk and concierge staff and their ability to answer questions about the area, recommend restaurants, contact a restaurant for us, or even know the name of some of the most popular restaurants in Bankgkok. Bangkok, is a very busy vibrant city, whilst the hotel is well located for the airport, getting into the city centre by road is a nightmare 8kms can take an hour. Everyone fights for every inch of Tarmac. The hotel is of modern design but is sadly getting a little tired, the staff though do try to be helpful.
