We spent two nights in Bangkok at this hotel. Our room was very spacious with a full kitchen and two double beds. It was very clean and the air conditioning worked well. We were on a study tour and the itinerary was packed, so we didn't have much time to see much of the hotel other than the room. The breakfast was delicious with many different food options to choose from!

Everytime when I visit BKK, I would stay at this hotel due to its proximity to Pratunam. This time I stayed in triple room, bed is hard (double room bed is comfortable). The price is exorbitantly high for end Jun which is almost end of school holidays. Towel rack spoilt, even if put in position still not secured because not screwed. Hot water flow not constant, hthis problem existed since last year. Generally not worth the price paid.

Stayed at this hotel during my trip to Bkk this June 2016. Total number of family members = 5, and we booked 2 rooms. First of all the pros, the rooms were spacious and clean, location wise near platinum and pratunum market. Now the cons, (1) I was so disappointed that the hotel insist of charging us an extra 800baht every night for 4 night for our kid cause there were 3 per room. The hotel was well situated for the purposes of my visit, which is a work trip, but it's not close to touristic places if that's what you are looking for. We found it very difficult to find decent breakfast places and coffeeshop in the area. But the rooms are spacious and service is good. The street in which the hotel is located has a lot of massage places and it is very easy to find a metered taxi on that main road.

Service still great as before with friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Ms. Nina, Manager at the Taxi Counter, with her great knowledge of place to visit and the communication with her was easily understood as well. One slight disappointment was complimentary daily breakfast. Only booked this hotel because the hotel of my choice was fully booked. The room in this hotel is very big for the price I've paid for 3 person. The bellman did rooming for us and explained quite a bit on the room amenities and nearby attractions. Was upset that housekeeping knocked on our door at 8.30am to ask if we need to make up our room while we are still soundly asleep. Service at the lobby was great, people were smiling and there is always tea at the lobby for us to enjoy. The lady wh... Read more

They have a big size and comfortable room. But they should pay attention for their restaurant. I stayed at this hotel in rainy season. I found that their restaurant got many leakage on its roof. It is not safety because can cause slippery floor. This hotel also near with Platinum Fashion Mall. You can find many clothes and accessories here with no expensive price.

I went and book my transport for the whole trip at the taxi desk in front of the hotel and was really pleased with their service! Ms Nina is really helpful in organising my schedule so I can make the best of time there! About two months after my mum went with her friends and got equally good service ! Ms Nina even help coordinate and be a translator when one of my mum's friend lost her passport . Everything was able to be settled thanks to her Help. Highly recommended ! Would definitely see ... Good value older style hotel. Immaculately clean, beautiful pool and best service we experienced in 2 weeks in Thailand. Fair to say that our room (1808) was a little outdated but great size and more than adequate. Only criticisms were that pillows were horrible and the taxi booking desk was incredibly expensive compared to standard cabs. Cab from the airport cost 450 baht, return cab arranged at taxi desk in hotel was 800 baht. (Same size van) Breakfast was below average, lacking much variety i... Read more

Everything about this hotel is great. I shall elaborate. PROS - 1)The rooms are huge and clean. Two queen beds, balcony, kitchenette, microwave, refrigerator. So perfect for a family with kids. Even more perfect for couples. 2)The staff are helpful. On two occasions, I faced problems which they resolved promptly. 3)They have facility to do your own laundry in the hotel laundry room. However, you have to pay 90 THB for one coin, which I feel is a tad bit too much. 4)The location is their biggest ... Read more

Our family stayed for 5 nights. The hotel is in a great location, being very close to main shopping areas and local night markets. It is opposite the large IT shopping mall, and Platinum Fashion Mall is just next to that. Check in was prompt and friendly. English communication was not as good as experienced elsewhere. Biggest issue with this hotel - BEWARE - The hotel asked for credit card on check in as security, no drama, most hotels do. However, they charge you 1000 baht per night against y... Read more

My 2 days stay at Centre Point Pratunam Hotel would have been awesome if not for the shower facilities. We were not able to adjust the temperature of the water despite turning & adjusting the knob. It came out either too hot or too cold, no in betweens. I have seen quite a few customer reviews with regards to the non adjustable water temperature and it does looks like they have yet to resolve this issue. We stayed on the 27th floor and if the hotel management choose to ignore those feedbacks, it... Read more

Love almost everything about the hotel. Location is perfect for shopping at Platinum Mall, room size is huge, staff friendly, near a whole roll of cheap massage palours, and a kids playroom to keep my little ones entertained. The only downside was the room i was allocated. It was 505, a handicap room with 2 king beds. The bathroom didn't have a proper separation between the wet and dry area and because drainage was slow, the entire bathroom was wet and slippery everytime we took a shower. It w... Read more

This hotel is my favourite in Bangkok. Room are huge, and the hotel is in the middle of the shopping area and close to eating places and nightlife. There are also several wonderful massage places opposite (Number One massage place is highly recommended). The breakfast is extensive and the food delicious. Staff are very friendly are most people in Thailand.

My partner and I stayed here with two other friends. The location was really good, it was our first time in Bangkok so being near the shopping, bts and airport link. The wifi was good as was the pool. The only compliant I would have was there wasn't a huge selection of food at the breakfast Buffett. I would recommend this place if you were on a budget

We booked a family room for three and it comes with 2 King Size Bed. Clean room, daily cleaning, free mineral water, free wi-fi and good lighting. Hotel is near to many massage parlor and shopping centre. Transport is convenient and it is not far from Chinatown. Nearby you can find some great dining places. And there is a street stall about 10 minutes walk which served the best papaya salad and the price is very reasonable. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

Searched a few hotels before, and I realised some hotels don't cater well to group of 3. The cost for a room for 3 pax is a good few hundreds difference from a room for 2 pax and at times it is almost as good as booking 2 rooms for 2 pax. We narrowed down to Centre Point based on reviews. The room is spacious - enough for us walk around with ease despite having our luggages opened and buys lying around. The bed is comfortable, and I like how the floor isn't carpeted which may give off a stench ... Read more

Have book a Family room with 2 queen beds for 5 days. Check-in process is smooth and without hassle. The room is quite clean and spacious. But look a bit old. The LCD TV is too small (24 inch) and placed 'off-centred'. The lift is relatively small and is crowded around check-out hours. The hotel stuff are polite and helpful. The hotel location is great and near to Platinum Fashion Mall.
