The main building and lobby were under renovation when we arrived, which would have been nice to know beforehand. Glad to say that the reception much improved from our last visit - even though temporarily in the residence building in the restaurant area. This time, welcoming and quick to respond. Some slight inconvenience having to use the service lift whilst the lobby is closed, but the works were kept quiet and did not disturb us at all. In room dining is pretty decent food and good value. We stayed at Bandara Suites Silom, in a 2 bedroom residence, for 3 nights. This is in a good location in Silom. It's around a 5-7 minutes walk to Silom Complex and Sala Daeng BTS, and away from any noisy main roads. Service from the hotel staff is quick and prompt. The actual room however, has some issues, which, along with the price, contributed to the rating. I didn't think I got value for money.
