I gotta be fair, from location, it could not be more centered. It nestled behind the tallest building/ hotel in Bangkok. But poor quality for room, bathroom and service. The breakfast is a tad better,, although for the price we paid, we could easily get a breakfast buffet at a nice place for the same or less price. No window, and the safe box held our passports and valuable "hostage" when it locked itself even from us. There was a mini fridge, and sort of "mini bar" in the room, so we can put ... Read more

Best place if you like shopping. You can shop all the night in night market and can walk to Platinum Mall. Hotel is just behind the Baiyoke Sky Hotel. Good Room service. But rooms are not sound proof.

I have stayed in Baiyoke Boutique 5-6 times. But I guess the hotel is getting old and service staff at reception cannot speak or basic english. They are really unhelpful. Bad points: Peeling of paint from the bathtub, leaking aircon with noise, yellowish towels, holes in blanket and bedsheet, making up of rooms but toiletries not top up, noise made from drilling of holes, low pressure from shower head. The housekeepers are always talking & laughing loudly early in the morning, when my room is 2... Read more

I have stayed there 4 nights last week and i can say the staff are very welcoming. The breakfast buffet is very good. The only problem is wifi connection in my room as its quite slow. I intend to go there again this year. The package is quite interesting as it offers you access to baiyoke sky hotel swimming pool, 50% discount on their buffet and free view on the tower where the view on bangkok is simply very very beautiful at night..

We've been staying here a couple of times a year for 15 years now and it's like a home away from home. The view from the rooftop bar, breakfast buffet and other restaurants is fantastic. The international breakfast buffet is huge and quality, do not miss out on breakfast it is a highlight! Nice pool on the 20th floor, not big but surprisingly uncrowded for a hotel of this size. Hotel guests get 50% discounts at the spa & massage and also discounted meals at the seafood dinner buffets and other ... Read more

The hotel is in a good location in the city. Loved that aspect of it. However, it looked old and rundown. My relatives were also feeling kinda creeped out with the hotel. Lights were very dim and room service took long to arrive.

Great Location near airport express rail, night markets and pratunum mall. Breakfast average. Aircond very noise. Room is big but smelly, facility need upgrade. Lifts not stop at floor level, you got to walk half floor up or down. Free wifi but can't connect, got to go lobby or coffee house then you get wifi. We stayed 4 nights bedsheet never changed. Never stay against.
