Last month i go travelling to Bangkok with my whole family..Just stay here 1 night, because the next morning we should go to Pattaya..The location is good, but 1 thing is disturbing me..In every floor we stay here there is one issued problem. After we exit the elevator we still must use stair..its sound weird because we all know when we travelling we must bring a lot of luggages..For breakfast menu is ok ..for 3 star hotel..

room is lousy with 'not so friendly' customer service, and bad experience from the tour guide counter located in the hotel lobby... please re-consider if you want to stay here, just the location is good

Baiyoke Boutique hotel exceeded my expectation overall… Things I liked about the hotel: Excellent location in CBD Pratunam where you can find all the major shopping mall closeby. Good access to Indian & Thai restaurants around the vicinity. Access to public transport is also very good. If you want to avoid bus/taxi, the sky train BTS is less than 5 minutes walk which will connect you to all the major location in Bangkok. You can just pay THB40 to get to the Suvarnabhoomi airport in just 20 m... Read more

I like to stay there. Because the hotel is the tallest building in Thailand. And I can see the view of Bangkok nicely. The room, the hotel itself is a bit crowd, probably I saw a lot of tourist. The food in room is good and fast.

This is worst hotel I ever stayed in,even the rats moved out, service of stuff is bad, hotel room is dirty and smelly carpets was from an old hotel, shower was terrible ,rat holes in the ceiling, stayed 1 night and the next day I checked out and went to a good hotel (holiday inn express) for the same price in the Silom area was 1000 times better, location is good for shopping but area is a nightmare....
