I was upgraded to a suite but it was still very small compared to other suites I've stayed at. Food from downstairs was good. Nothing to rave home about probably wouldn't stay there again as I've had nicer rooms for less in this part of town. Some dodgee massage places right next door and not the best food choices.

I have stayed in a number of hotels in Bangkok but this one has definitely been my best experience so far and in the future I will always stay in this hotel again. The rooms are really nice and have everything you need. Very clean and modern. Bathroom even has a bathtub which is a rare find in Thailand. The hotel is quite chic and the pool is nice. Fitness room is not big but it's not busy so no problem using any of the machines. The location is perfect as it is right in the heart of Sukhumvit a... Read more

Stayed for two nights in April 2016. Very good hotel. Great value for money for a lovely hotel in this very popular Sukhumvit area of Bangkok. Juice was offered upon checking in. Lovely! Hotel was in walking distance to major shopping malls like Emporium and Emquartier and other Bangkok attractions. Bonus was the hotel located near the BTS Sky Train station. The room I slept in was the hotel standard size category and it was lovely. Nice bathroom. Small swimming pool and a very small gym facilit... Read more

Most of the guest are Japanese so, the hotel is very clean, small room but the location of the hotel is perfect not for fare from sukhumvit ave and all big malls. Ideal situation for a shopping week end in Bangkok

Big spacious rooms and good location to BTS station and Emporium mall. Breakfast variety changes every day too which was a pleasant surprise. Staff are good as well. Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which was really really good, with washing machine, microwave and fridge. Only thing I find is that the bathtub should have installed some safety bar in case of accidental drowning. And maybe some rubber mats as well to prevent slip and falls in the bathtub.

Misleading description of the rooms. We booked a one-bedroom 'suite' but it was actually just a studio with a partition between the bed and the rest of the space. In another hotel it would just have been called a standard room. Half the items on the minibar list were missing - we weren't charged but they should remove the items they are no longer providing from the list to avoid confusion. A staff member knocked on the door loudly every single morning at 8am to check if we had laundry - very dis... Read more

The bed has sharp corners that cut you in the shins. The shower door leaks causing the bathroom to flood. The maintenance of this hotel is sadly lacking, and the staff do not care for the paying guest. The WiFi is unstable. I will not return.

We wanted to book a hotel near the Thong Lor/Phrom Pong area and after reading the reviews, booked this hotel. Here's our experience: Pros: - Relatively near the Phrom Pong BTS station (about 7 minutes walk) - Room was small but functional (we had one big luggage and one cabin luggage which was fine) - 7-11 across the street Cons: - Just round the corner from the hotel are a stretch of massage parlours (think along the lines of "sexy" and "entertainment"). This was both along the main street a... Read more

Location convenient. Staff helpful and friendly. Lift lobbies require updated maintenance. Rooms compact, very clean. Fridge not cold enough but nice to have. Taxi's battle to find it as the address is not clear online. Hotel signage could be better.

They have staff who can speak Japan as this is the JP area. Someone already mentioned, location is good as only 5 mins from BTS Phrom Phong Stn and right opposite to the hotel is 7-11 which is quite good. The area is filled with night clubs as its really night district you will find many Japanese male surfing around at night time, just notice about it and nothing special. We arrived early and were charged for 1000baht for instant check in we think it's a fair deal as we probably need some rest... Read more

I booked the 1 bedroom suite so that I can cook in the room. However, the utensils is being brought up only when requested. There is no proper knife as well. No detergent provided to wash as well. The size of the room is good. Everything was great except for the kitchen. The location is very convenient and near to BTS and 7-11. I have enjoyed my stay and will return again.

Service was fast. Check-in was a breeze. Receptionist speaks good English. We were given our room key in less than 5 minutes which was really great as we were tired from our flight. Bellman very helpful with our luggage. We got a superior room and it was really small, but comfortable enough for my husband and our 19-month old toddler. We slept very well (king-size bed, quality linens, hotel grade mattress). A/C very cold and fast cooling. Fridge in the room very appreciated. The photos on the ... Read more

Stayed here for 8 days, check-in was really quick. From arrival of my taxi, they opened the door and helped me with the baggage to serving me welcome drink, I'm all done in around 5 to 10min. Very efficient staff, multiple room service request calls were also attended to very quickly. Room is clean and nicely furnished. It's a quiet hotel so I can sleep late without the street or train noise in the morning. Occupants are mainly Japanese. Hotel is conveniently located within 5 mins walk from BTS ... Read more

We arrived in Bangkok late yesterday, and became totally lost in the pouring rain trying to find our booked accommodation. We asked the reception staff at Arize if they could please call a taxi for us, and although we were not even guests at the hotel, they could not have been more helpful. Thank you so much.

Room came with a sitting room, small table with two chairs, small fridge and coffee and tea amenities and bathroom. Another room is the bedroom. Very comfortable but would be better if there is another toilet. It is 5 minutes walk to Em Quarter and 2 minutes wall to the hostel called One Day Hostel which is a good place to have good coffee and breakfast.

I booked this hotel because it was steps away of shops, 3 minutes walk of BTS station and Emporium /MQuartier malls. The check in was really smooth and fast, but they didn't explain that the room card has to be placed at the lift panel to get it in motion (I guess for safety). after check in no one was assigned to guide us to the room as it is usual in most hotels, so I called a bellboy who was around in the lobby ,I explained our lift problem and he came up with us. Apart of this little mishap ... Read more

Had a long stay here. Staff friendly and nice. But problems started. Parking lot construction, quite noisy. Room cleaning got worse and worse, sheets not that clean, towels with stains, then maids all quit. Hotel shut off all power during a day while gf was ill, She had to leave hotel and wander around cause no power or a/c. No offer of help or compensation due to unavailability of room that we paid for. Finally, more construction for restaurant. This is just too much. No sense that custome... Read more

The hotel is just a few minutes away from the Phrom Phong BTS station and Emporium/EmQuartier Mall. The 1-bed room suite was clean and modern. It came with a washer-cum-dryer, electric hob and hood. Unfortunately, there was no cooking utensils or pan to cook with although it was supposed to be fully furnished. Breakfast buffet was average.

There are all complimentary to support and rest. Beautiful build in - almost wooden. It's convenient to go anywhere -near Prom Pong BTS,the Emporium and the Emquatier. But noise with beside room. I mean I hear every activity that the other room doing. It's not keep sound hotel. The air con is not cool at night. and the room is very musty. I introduce you to prepare flower spray when you rest here.
