The Via Loft Hotel is a modern, clean small hotel. It's two blocks from the MRT (metro) station. We took the bus from the airport to Taipei Main Station, then took the MRT two stops and walked to the hotel. It was all very easy to find! Our room didn't have any windows (but there are apparently rooms with windows). It was small with air conditioning (very very nice to have!) and a spacious bathroom. Although small, they have designed the room well to make good use of the space with a sm... Read more

Kaei and Ivan has been extremely attentive and efficient in making sure our check in and room facility was suitable to our needs. The room was amazing and was beyond my expectation in terms of the facility and extra added touch (baby playpen and bathing tub) for my little one. I felt just like home being under their care. There was a lot of great suggestions as to where we can shop, eat and find certain entertainments.

Kaei and the staffs including housekeeping were all very friendly and helpful. Exterior of the hotel building wasn't very pleasant but the interior was beyond our expectations. Common area was always stocked with array of snacks and drinks! Location was not the best but convenient enough for a 5-8 mins walk to subway station. Rooms are pretty decent and you can also do your laundry for free!

Room was small but toilet was amazing if you like to see the outside of what people on the streets are doing. If you dont u can simply pull down the blind. Though the room was small, the tv was big and room was cozy. The only downside of the room is probably the water pressure. You have tried several times before the pressure comes to a high level. The plus i like is the mass waiting area where its served tidbits, breakfast and supper there. And the best part is: it;s all FREE! They have puddin... Read more

Our room is clean enough and comfortable bed provided All the staff are helpful and willing to help us ,espcially Kaei. She is helpful andprovided us lots of idea about the attraction in Taipei. A nice talk with her. however, the soundproof of the room has to improve and it takes around 5-7 minute from the metro

No proper entrance on ground floor as it is located in an old commercial building. Lobby on 2nd floor. We were given the smallest room (according to the floor plan). It was really small as there was hardly space for even keeping our suitcase. No room to move about for 2 people. Yet clean and tidy as it was still look new. Should add some hangers in the bathroom as there was no place to put your clothes except the toilet cover and the small space near the washing basin!

This is my second time staying in this hotel during my trip to Taiwan. Overall a pleasant experience, despite the smaller rooms than usual hotels, everything is clean and tidy, the receptionist are equipped with sweet smiles that makes you feel like home. The only thing I do not like too much is that the wifi is just so slow, but every hotel I have stayed is more or less the same speed, and it's free wifi, so I can't really complaint. Meanwhile, I would like to take the chance to praise a st... Read more

I love this hotel and I stay here everytime I come to Taipei. As usual, the room I stayed in was very clean. I was surprised that they recently upgraded their toilet to include those Japanese-style bidets. I was there during the supertyphoon Nepartak so I hardly left the room but had a great stay, as always.

It's a 7 minute walk fron the red mrt line and the bus stop from the airport is a 5 minute walk. There is no restaurant in the hotel but there are lots of places to dine in in the area. They serve snacks and drinks in the lobby. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. I love the design of the hotel! The bed is awesome and the rooms are clean.

I have only got great things to say about my stay in this hotel. Spent 6 nights from 7th to 13th September 2016 & I told myself that I have got to write them a well-deserved review upon reaching home. The staffs were simply incredible; Kaei, Ivan, Alice, Evolin & Eva were extremely hospitable & helpful. They assisted my girlfriend and I in all ways possible especially in getting to points of interest and arranging transportation for us. They were also very polite & friendly which makes us feel v...
