We booked double room, 3 person-room and 4 person-room. The room size is normal but 4 person-room seems small. The glass wall of toilet and shower room is not practical and is embarrassing. The 3 person-room have a glass window above the bed head and covered with a curtain. However in the early morning, the sun light would awake us up. One of the selling point of the hotel is the Seally mattress. The quality of the mattress is normal to above average. It is quiet and can support body well... Read more

We booked two rooms for 4 adults and a baby (less then a year old). When I booked the room via Agoda.com last year, we didn't plan to have my niece to travel with us, but things got changed over the months. We wanted to upgrade a room to family size with two beds in, but the upgrade fee with Agoda was ridiculous expensive ( I guess that's the down side of booking website). The room was clean, modern, good location for good and inexpensive eats, friendly and helpful staff, great 24 hr snack lounge area, portable massage machine in the room, inexpensive cab fare ($120 - $150 NT) to Taipei Main Station, Shinlin Night Market and TaiPei 101, good housekeepers.

The Via Loft Hotel is a modern, clean small hotel. It's two blocks from the MRT (metro) station. We took the bus from the airport to Taipei Main Station, then took the MRT two stops and walked to the hotel. It was all very easy to find! Our room didn't have any windows (but there are apparently rooms with windows). It was small with air conditioning (very very nice to have!) and a spacious bathroom. Although small, they have designed the room well to make good use of the space with a sm... Read more

Kaei and Ivan has been extremely attentive and efficient in making sure our check in and room facility was suitable to our needs. The room was amazing and was beyond my expectation in terms of the facility and extra added touch (baby playpen and bathing tub) for my little one. I felt just like home being under their care. There was a lot of great suggestions as to where we can shop, eat and find certain entertainments.
