I was there for just one day but everything worked very well and the service was impeccable. The roof top pool is outside and heated which I love. The buffet breakfast was extensive and high quality. Everything about it was 5 star. for me the location is very convenient also. close to the high speed train station and also my particular work.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have been to. Excellent service, fabulous breakfast buffet, good restaurants - just perfect place to stay. I decided to bring my wife here for her birthday on a surprise Trip. I had informed the hotel of the occasion and had requested for a cake. I was to arrive at the hotel just past midnight. However my flight got delayed and I ended up arriving at 3am. The hotel staff had kept the cake ready and delivered it with a smile when we reached our room. Du... Read more

Japanese and Taiwanese are known for their hospitality, you will not be shortchanged of this at Okura Prestige. This is the 2nd Okura Prestige Hotel I stayed in Asia. Just like my stay in Okura Prestige Bangkok, I had a very satisfying experience during my stay here. I will definitely recommend travelers to Taipei City to stay here. Room: Clean and well maintained. You will have all you need in your room. Service: I am totally satisfied with the service at Okura Prestige. Location: Very conve... Read more

This is a hotel to remember, a great experience! Staff is amazing, room is great and food is delicious. Other hotels should benchmark the training they do for their staff: great management practices. Made the other hotels of my Asian Expedition just average. Thanks!

The became my first choice in Taipei. Reasons? Love their 'spa' on the 20th floor which is actually laid out like a Japanese public bath or hot spring. It is the perfect relaxation after a busy day in the city. The breakfast was good too though could have more authentic Japanese choices as it is a Japanese brand. The soba and pickled vegetables were disappointing in Japanese standard.

beautiful room with Washlet toilet ... very good and clean ... so close to night spots in the city ... 5 to 10 min walk ... close to TSA airport ... NT$ 140 ... the park is close by ... great for morning walk ... a little bit disappoint with morning buffet at the restaurant in 2nd floor ... not enough fresh vegetables

The room is really spacious and good, nicely furnished. The bed is one of the biggest bed i've ever found in any hotel. Love the design of the bathroom that can be closed and opened to make a bigger room. The bathtub have a tv which is nice. The main tv at the bedroom is too small compared with the room size. Sadly staff service from the door area until the check in area is not really good on the day of our arrival since we are dressed casually after moving from other hotel but after we dressed ... Stayed for 3 nights in April 2016. Best hotel in Taipei I have stayed so far. Grand lobby, comfortable bed, huge room with bathtub. Staffs ensure the taxi brings you where you want to go. Very attentive, v helpful. Very bright corridor and stylo.

I have not stayed at what looks like a lovely hotel but friends recommended we go here for the buffet dinner and I am very pleased they did. Years ago fine hotels were famous for their dining rooms. In an age before celebrity chefs only these wonderful scions of class and style could afford the best of everything: chefs; staff; crockery; flatware; and stemware. Now very few of these famous rooms still survive which is a shame, an age past and almost lost. However, that does not mean that ho... Read more

We stayed at this hotel for a week and everything was excellent. I stay in hotels around the world and this is one of the best to date. All the staff are attentive and well trained, service minded, nothing too much trouble. It is well located, easy walking distance to many of the tourist sights, night markets, parks and good restaurants. Most evening after spending the day around Taipei, we would round off the day sipping wine in the hotel Pearl Bar, again, excellent staff and service. We had a ... Read more
