We chose this hotel because it seemed a reasonable standard & price and we were staying over New Years Eve - it seemed quite difficult to get a hotel at this price. The MRT train stations were about a 5-10 min walk but I didn't mind this at all because there were a lot of shops & even a small market in between. The door staff & reception staff are polite. Nice and friendly staff. The room was big and clean although it is an old hotel. It is in a convenient location, with many shops and eateries around the area. We could just walk to eateries around even for suppers. There are a few 24 hours convenience shops.

This hotel is good because there are many restaurants and convenience stores on around this hotel. The peripheral map that you can get it from concierge is very convenient. Breakfast is delicious. In the room, It is old but clean. Single bed size of twin room is narrow.

Clean, well-kept rooms with serious efforts to upgrade their facilities. Breakfast spread is rather good, with a wide range of dishes with a juicer available for you to make your own fruit juice on the spot. Very near MRT station and vibrant night life.

Hotel is clean and personnel is polite as everywhere in Taiwan. My previous visits were in other hotels on same area, Gloria Prince does not exactly reach same level because it seems to be a bit old, but only for that reason. Everything worked well, absolutely nothing to complain.
