Far from MRT; smelly room; not enough socket to charge my phone; noisy in the afternoon; small room. Just totally beyond expectations - no lift and they gave us at 4th floor (OMG); dirty room - just arrived and already feel like all not good- let see for the breakfast menu tomorrow.

price, location, and rooms have all you need, and are clean and well maintained. staff are once again Taiwan style, corteous and efficient. great value for money. breakfast is varied and caters for all tastes. in the two days we stayed, food was varied, and service from staff, catering, reception, and room service, was more that appreciated, respectufull and corteous. Hotel very clean , and far from simple, everything you need is there in your room. perfect!

It's far from city and not much shop or restaurant around. No lift so need to walk up and carry the heavy luggage by myself for 3rd floor. It's noisy as only a thin wall and you can hear anyone who walk pass. The air-condition is off at midnight and as informed that was the hotel policy, unluckily i stayed there in summer.

This hotel is more like a hostel or dormitory with paper thin walls and the basic of basic amenities. Noise goes straight through the walls. The only thing going for it is the bed which is comfortable but alas, the constant stream of noise keeps me awake all night, the free cable TV, and the free wireless internet. The breakfast is a joke. T... Read more

This is a hotel of unwelcome surprises: discovering just how out-of-the-way it is, discovering that there's no lift, discovering that your room won't be available until 9pm... This was my first time visiting Taipei. The city is quite well-connected by public transport, but it really helps to be on the MRT. The hotel is close to a bus that runs to the MRT, but the bus isn't very frequent, and it's an added inconvenience when the buses stop running at night. The room we stayed in was small but ...
