This is one of my favorite neighborhoods in Taipei. Central location, near 2 subway lines, also near major shopping street (Zhongxiao). The Da An district is the "Bel-Air" of Taipei. The hotel is on 2 fairly quiet streets and has a boutique and personal feel. The staff are attentive and professional. The building may be a bit old and the decor in the rooms a mix of Asian and european styles. But the rooms and decor are well maintained, clean and roomy. They upgraded me to a suite, so... Read more

I am a frequent traveller to Taipei - usually at least once a month. It took me a while to find my regular hotel of choice - but Les Suites is the clear winner. If you want a reliable hotel in a good location, with great service, and a home away from home feeling - then look no further then Les Suites. It may not have a big name restaurant or bar, nor does it have a banging fitness centre or a pool - but what it has is a hotel that you can rely on time and time again for great service, and a ... Ive been to the Da an already twice , for business in Taipei. I love it because of its well though charming decor and superior service . They even give you a mobile phone for your entire stay . you will never get lost in Taipei with this . It is a very helpful and convenient touch . The rooms are very big and everything impeccable . The breakfast deserves a very high special mention for its quality and range of dishes and pastries , both western and oriental choices . the staff was really re... Read more

Second stay here: place used to be top notch (2014), now it shows the years. Can live with that since I stay for the location only. When booked with Agoda I'm quoted 370.31 USD for two nights included all extra taxes and service charges. When I check out my card both staff members persuaded me to be charged in HKD (when I'm in Taiwan country) saying I will NOT be charged conversation rate. Then charged the amount of 3,024.8 HK$. That's 390 USD. Will supply evidence and receipts. Hotel... Read more

It's so rare to find a place where one can enjoy such luxury in Taiwan. I stayed here for business and I found the apartments to be spacious, clean and luxurious. The staff were very professional and they catered to my every need. I never found myself wanting for anything. It was paid for by the company so I can't comment on the value aspect but I can attest to the excellent location and the first class experience.

Chose and stayed in this boutique hotel for 2 nights based on good reviews. After the booking was made, I contacted the hotel and requested for a plastic chair to be used by my mom in the shower. Their reply was positive and very promptly. They also confirmed that we could take Citi Air Bus no. 1960 and got off at Howard Plaza Hotel to reach the hotel. Due to the rain, we took a taxi instead from Taoyuan Airport which cost NT$1,160. I did go to check out how far the bus stop was and it was just ... Read more

Location is good. But that is the only one thing good about this hotel... The room is quite old. Honestly, i can smell the unpleasant smell from their old furniture. There are some NEW hotels around at the price within this range to choose from. we kind of made a bad decision.. And the ladies at the front desk seemed not professional at all. . While we were waiting, i could hear the senior(i supposed) lady scold her colleague. And i just waited, waited and waited. The lady at the front desk just... Read more

This property was booked for us as part of a package deal for a weekend in Taipei. Location is great, not to far from MRT station Daan, plenty of restaurants within walking distance, also a pleasant walk to Taipei 101. Room itself was pleasant although slightly dated. Enough space for two people, comfortable bed. Don't expect five star luxury but this place will be fine for most people. Staff are very friendly and helped with all our questions. My only complaint would be the rooms are really dark. Otherwise it was in a good location and plenty of things nearby to go to (DIN TAI FUNG!) I stayed here on a business trip - everyone was nice and accommodating.

Hotel is situated in a good location and near to subway, eateries and malls. The hotel environment is peaceful, clean and well decorated, makes you feel comfortable and relax after a day work. Staff are very helpful too. A home away from home! Definitely will come back again to stay here.

We loved our stay at Les Suites! The staff at Les Suites were so thoughtful, and caring, we just loved everyone who works there, they are truly awesome! And this hotel is tucked away, lovely and authentic décor, and a great, really great brunch style breakfast, you must stay here while in Taipei! I kid you not, it's better than bigger hotels with overdone reputations, I liked Les Suites better than Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, St. Regis, and others I've stayed in over the decades.

I've stayed here many times and the staff and rooms have always been perfect. The location is perfect if you are looking for things to do. Walk about 10 minutes north and explore the narrow back streets, shop at Sogo, take in a movie at Breeze or walk to Taipei 101 or Da'an park. So much to do and see nearby, along with an endless supply of restaurants to try. The rooms are extremely comfortable. The staff will quickly learn your name. A good breakfast is waiting for you each morning too. A rece... Read more

Service was very very good. The complimentary mobile phone in the room with concierge service (even when out and about) was a nice touch. Downstairs they have a well set up bar where they allow you to BYO and keep the bottle in their bar ready for when you return after a long day. Somewhat unusual perhaps but looked a good idea. My only fault was the water system could be quite noisy when someone in the room next door was using the shower etc, however it was not the end of the world. Overall, pl... Read more

The staff at Les Suites Taipei Da'an were incredible. Everyone knew my name from the moment I checked in. I did not even have to state my room number at breakfast; even the restaurant staff knew who I was. I do not believe that I have ever received this level of recognition or customer service at any other hotel. The fresh flowers in the lobby/foyer, on each floor near the elevator and in my room were a really nice touch. There was also a fruit platter in my room which was refreshed every d... Read more

It is a great place for business hotel. The room was comfy and functional wise it is perfect. Full range of stationary provided inside the room, with daily refilled fruits platter. The breakfast provided is tasty albeit lesser variety. The afternoon manager lobby reception with cakes, dessert and drinks is a nice touch, and the common library area is equipped with laptops and tablet for business use. The hotel even provided mobile data modem for free to hotel guest which is a nice touch. The o... Read more

Our business trip in Taipei Oct. 18th Oct. 28th, we are very pleased with the expected quiet and clean guestrooms. with a large selection of included buffet breakfasts, a little carelessness that goes beyond breakfast Intake. In each of the out of the lobby, front desk staff will always remember your name and be friendly greeting, which is often in the five-star hotel can not to be attention. My next trips to Taipei, The Les Suites Taipei will be my first choice.

I used to stay in this boutique hotel many years ago and stayed here again last weekend for 3 nights. Even though some small details would need updating, the place remains convenient and centrally located; it still provides a very kind and attentive service; it features a nice breakfast and it does all of it with grace and simplicity. The price quality ratio is also very competitive vs other modern hotels in the city!

Les Suites is a nice boutique hotel in a side street in downtown Taipei. The rooms are clean, all amenities are available and in working order. Staff are friendly and service is good. Breakfast isn"t bad either. The decor of the place is nice, but one should be aware that this is not the most stylish or modern hotel, and showing its age in public areas as well as the rooms. So if you like smaller hotels with a more cozy feel, Les Suites is a good option.

Not a bad place at all, but there is a problem with the carpet that is old and smells, in particular in the corridors. It needs to be replaced. Not too bad in the room though. Otherwise nice very clean suite with good bedding. The 300 NT buffet is expensive for what it is. The quantity is there but not the quality. Most of the dishes were cold. Lots of noisy Mainland Chinese tourists around.

There were five of us staying here for several nights and we all enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were quiet, non-smoking, beds were comfortable and bathrooms had strong showers and well stock amenities. The only negative was that the aircon was a tad noisy and I had to wear earplugs. There is a sitting room next to the lobby with comfy sofas and armchairs and the bookshelf is lined with coffee table books, art deco decorations and walls with interesting black and white photos. By my hotel chain of choice for both business and leisure in Taipei, this cosy boutique hotel is in the Da'an district, a residential area where one can enjoy some peace and quiet from the touristy areas in town. It is however just a short walk from cafes, shops and a metro station where one can easily get to the sightseeing spots. Their excellent service, good breakfast options and cosy lobby lounges never fail to lift the spirits of any guests.

Les Suites Da An, Taipei is located in a quiet road. Room is very spacious and clean. I like the modern decoration and service is normally very good. It's in the city center but still very quiet at night. And easy to get a taxi and a very short trip to the famous Eslite Bookstore.

Second time round at this hotel, attentive staff & good location. Staff always willing to help & have good suggestions about local attractions & offers. Only thing that spoils the stay is the issue of using Debit card at the hotel. For some reason, they can't process the payment like other hotels around the World & instead blocked the full amount on the card til two weeks after the stay. Bizarre to said the least.
