Have stayed at the hotel most times when in Taipei. A nice business hotel very central and walking distance to Taipei 101d many quaint eateries and cafes. Evening you can go to the night market nearby. It's also near to the convention centre.

In Taipei for a meeting at the convention center. This is a good balance between cost / location / amenities. Located at the top half of a large high rise, the hotel is above the din of the street traffic. Staff was very helpful. I would consider staying here again.

The location is great as its walking distance to Taipei 101. Metro line is also close and their is a 711 & Family Mart a block away for quick supply runs. I mentioned thin walls. The first few days I could hear people walking in the halls very clearly. You get used to that. But on the last night, a few folks were having drinks and enjoying themselves which means we heard laughter, loud talking, and toasts for 1/2 the night. Hard to fix that. A couple of the cabbies and uber struggled to find ... Read more

The location is excellent if you have to stay in the area of 101 and TICC. Despite some reviews, I found it very easily coming from the bus stop of airbus (1960). I took the room at an early booking rate, which was very reasonable. As I saw in past reviews, full rates look actually excessive, to me as well. Metro station is very close and shopping malls, restaurants and one night market are at walking distance. Rooms are silent and meticously cleaned, with lots of accessories (e.g. slippers, too... I had a pleasent stay, staff is very kind and helpful, rooms are huge and fully equipped. I will be there again in 2 days I am sure I will have a great stay again. I also appreciated breakfast with plenty of food to choose from.

This is not your typical hotel chain, but more of a business stay residence. I was just here for a few days, and it was far superior to a hotel. It has excellent facilities, fantastic staff who were kind, personable and attentive to a level that I'm not used to. I was surprised by their kindness and attentiveness - supreme customer service! Taiwan is a wonderfully friendly country, and this hotel is no exception!

Hotel is a little hard to find when you first get here, and you check in on the 11th floor. They have a very nice breakfast restaurant serving Chinese porridge and western food. The gym is so-so with just 3 machines. Room very clean and modern. It is walking distance from 101 tower.

Stayed at Pacific Business Hotel during a recent visit to Taipei. The staff were uniformly helpful as I learned to negotiate my way around the hotel, the city, and back to the airport. The rooms are very comfortable with an excellent shower. There was a coffee maker in the room but not a good selection of teas to drink. There was a fitness center located in the hotel but it was very small and very hot. The breakfast offered a wide range of food choices with something for most tastes.

Very helpful staff. Met every request immediately and were extremely helpful. Most spoke English or found someone who did. Highly recommend hotel. Great location, close to shops, 101, and dining establishments.

Friendly Staff, clean and good facilities. The hotel was convenient to access from the Taipei station. Perfect for a layover. The hotel staffs were very efficient and hospitable. Wifi in the hotel is great, as well as the breakfast. Rooms were spacious enough and everything was close to perfect. Would definitely come back to stay here.

We stayed for two nights in the Pacific Business Hotel. The shower place is well designed and taking shower after a long day of sightseeing was such an enjoyable experience in the humid summer. The night city view from our room was excellent. Very good breakfast too. The neighborhood is not too busy or quite, but plenty of places like convenience stores or restaurants to hang out.

Very good experience with courteous staff, polite and eager to help. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I also used the conference room for our meeting, their package included snacks, coffee and lunch. Breakfast had lots of variety. The restaurant, which we visited for lunch, was good value and the food was fresh and presented attractively. The hotel is accessed via elevator, with lobby and check-in located on an upper floor. The room was well laid out, bathroom came with an electronic t... Read more

We stayed in family room this time. The room is with 2 queen bed and big enough for four of us and clean. The location is convenient and very close to Taipei 101. The staff are very helpful even though we had some requests at late night. Hotel lobby is at 11th floor.

I stayed in room 1807, and the entire floor including my room had a stench. My friends were on the 15 and 20th floor, and their rooms were fine. The closest train station is a 15 minute walk. While 15 minutes may not seem far, you must consider the extreme heat during the time I was there. Other than that, I would say, you get what you pay for, and this place is very cheap by Taipei standards. Breakfast is actually EXCELLENT! which was a surprise!! It was a nice surprise and was probably the... Read more
