Hotel lobby at level 9. We went as a family with young kids. Not suitable at all. Room is small with limited area for our luggages and walking space. Luckily its only for one night. Wall is very thin and neighbour can hear our kids playing and fighting in room. Keep knocking on our wall to signal us to lower volumn, very annoying. Breakfast at other branch just a walking distance and its lousy too. Looks more like a staff canteen with many people and cannot find a proper seat. Pros is only the l... Read more

Hotel lobby is located on 7th floor of a building. Not so easy to find, but it is a convenient location as it is in Ximending. Hotel reception is friendly and helpful. Airport transfer service to airport via taxi is convenient at 1000 NT. But room is quite poor. Very small, no windows (claustrophobic) and has a musky smell (maybe because poor ventilation). There was barely any space to put our luggage. Toilet was clean and decent. Walls are thin and soundproofing poor. We could hear noises fro... Read more

It's fine for a budget hotel. Great location, lots of shopping and restaurants right outside. Metro is a short walk. Rooms are clean but very small. They offer an airport pick up and drop off which was nice.

Arrived late on a Sunday night, the hotel very helpfully sent a car to collect us from the airport, it would have been tricky to find otherwise. Check in was easy, good English was spoken by the staff. The room had no window, which is very disorienting, at night there is a red light that stays on (maybe the smoke alarm) which is very bright and a little disturbing. The walls are very thin, meaning you can hear your neighbour's conversations. We didn't try the breakfast as it was a walk away in a... Read more

Location of the hotel is at slightly end of Ximending Shopping District which took us some time to locate it as the signboard and lift are not facing the busy street. However, because of its location, shopping and finding food are all easily accessible, and we can eat/shop our way from the station to the hotel. We booked a standard deluxe room but we were given a free upgrade to a family room. :) The room condition is beyond my expectation and spacious than I thought. Washroom is simple, clean ... Read more

we book twin beds but given triple (which was kind enough) but be careful of the slippery floor of the bathroom. the room has a bath tub, hence, getting of from shower must be very careful. no anti slippery floor mate provided though... the room has build in universal adapter which was great!!!!

Great hotel for easy travel in DQ ximendin. Cozy room with decent breakfast value for money stay. It's walking distance from the heart of ximendin. The breakfast better was decent with freshly cooked local cuisines

Coach from the airport dropped us opposite the hotel, the access to hotel is at the back. Check in was easy and the staffs were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 4 nights and booked double, twin and quad rooms in different nights due to time of booking. The staff was kind enough to check us in triple rooms for 3 nights and at no extra charge so that we won't have to change the rooms. The rooms were generally clean and quite big. The hotel is located within 10 to 15 mins walk from the trai... Read more

I would suggest that you take a taxi to this place - Shi Zi Lin building from the airport if you're traveling in a group. It's much cheaper and easier that way. It only costs about 1000-1130 TWD. Upon entering the building, it may turn you off a little as it looks nothing like a hotel at first instance. Just an old run down building with a stinky old lift (but it isn't that bad in the morning - I guess they did try to maintain it as best as the can by spraying some aroma stuffs). Don't fret, C... Stayed there in November . Overall it was a pleasant stay. The staff very friendly and were patient while giving us directions to head to our destination. Satisfied with the size of the room and the location as it was near to the station. Only thing was this hotel was hard to find as it was located on hte 9th floor. Would come here again the next time I go to Taipei.
