I use to be a fan of the Eslite bookshop. Now I also became a fan of the Eslite Hotel opened in the end of 2015. The location is very good. Easy access to the subway, near the 101 commercial area and restaurants, big and minimalists rooms, rooms with a balcony, a almost private garden and cultural area and a great staff. Kind , diligent and very professional. The reception staff, and Annie Liu, in particular, is jewell in a good hotel like Eslite. Concierge John Chen is also a great source for i... Read more

We only spent one night at the Eslite hotel. When we check in, the staff is very friendly and explained all the details that we needed. As we celebrated our anniversay at this trip, the hotel even prepare a cake for us. Hotel is convenient and room is spacious and modern. There is also an Eslite shopping centre next door where you can dine and shop. The shopping more open 11am to 10am. We will definitely come back again.

The hotel is very comfortable with amazing view facing taipei 101. Also in close proximity to the culture zone. Free books available for reading at the lounge which adds to the cultural atmosphere. It is however located between 2 metro station which takes quite some walk under the sun. Taking a cab would help a lot.

After a terrible hotel experience in Taiwan I ended up at the Eslite and I couldn't be happier. The hotel is very clean and new and the staff is amazing - so friendly and helpful. My room was fantastic with a comfy bed and all I needed for my stay - the view is gorgeous too. Food was to die for. I am definitely coming back to this hotel and want to take my husband with me next time.

I stayed in this hotel during a business trip, on the first evening I arrived at the hotel late at 11pm without having any dinner and realizing there isn't any room service after 9pm, and there's no restaurant opened at that time (11pm only) so I ended up having nothing. Reading about the hotel with the guide available in the room, and I learned that their restaurant closes at 10pm, and also there's a full day cafe open from 6am - 12am. On my 2nd day, I came back from work at 9:30pm trying to ... Read more

This was my second visit and this hotel certainly keeps up its standards. Great experience and love the whole library foyer and bar. The Eslite department store next door is beautifully presented with the Eslite book store covering the whole top floor.

Loved this place as it makes you feel at home! They have a beautiful lobby area where you can relax and read for hours while enjoying some drinks from their coffee shop. And you can see Taipei 101 from the hotel!

This is a boutique hotel and a bit arty farty with a quaint mall next to it. The mall is not big but house a basement with a food court and many quaint shops. Location is not very central although it is walkable to Metro within 10 mins (however it was not pleasant for us in summer heat). Taking a cab is relatively cheap but not convenient as the hotel entrance is at the a dead end road. Room is great, spacious and modern. My family of 3 adults did not get into each other way. The lobby is ... Read more

Understated tasteful hotel quietly hidden in the heart of the city! If you know the Eslite Bookstore, you will be familiar with the hotel style. Hotel staff are friendly and all smiles! Fitted with designer and designer-inspired furnitures, the place offers a peace of mind in the bustling Taipei city. Situated right next to a boutique plaza and walk out to open square, where there are often street shows and events particularly on weekends. Lots to do, and you will never be bored. Restaurant... It is my second visit and I still like it a lot! I stayed there after its opening and loved the suite much, the layout of the room, the lovely balcony and the view, facing Taipei 101! Breakfast at The Chapter was good, enjoying quiet moments and could pick a book and read! Lovely neighborhood and can browse around the area, including the Eslite Book Store! I went there for afternoon tea today with some friends at The Lounge and had a relaxing weekend! Will surely be back soon!

This is an offshoot of the Eslite book/retail chain and is attached to a mall featuring one of their bookstores and some rather posh retail. The green space at the back is stunning and a pleasure to stroll through on the way in and out of this rather interesting Taipei neighbourhood. There is an arts/cultural cluster located in this former industrial site and more of the same on the way apparently. The Taipei Dome presents a futuristic addition to the skyline. Our room had a more than genero... Read more

this is a recently opened hotel and the staff could not be nicer or more attentive. We were really impressed with their attention to us. The folks at the front desk were always friendly and helpful; the guys at the front door welcomed us by name each time we passed! The hotel is part of a larger complex which includes a smallish shopping center and an entire lower floor of restaurants! I personally don't like the greenish color scheme of the hotel, but with the niceties in the room, the courte... Read more

Always dread buying books from Eslite and having to carry all the way back to the hotel. There is no better solution than staying in the hotel by Eslite. It has a wonderful collection of books for browsing at the lobby. The design of the room is thoughtful, spacious and relaxing with reading materials in the room too! I will return to the same hotel again!

The ambience and service are exceptionally nice. Probably due to bookstore is eslite main business. You can feel the lounge is a bit library feel. The staffs at reception, cafe and room service are very helpful, polite, and efficiency. The sound system in room are nice too. love it. I just can't stop playing Spotify for that. Location wise, it's not a perfect one, about 10-15 mins from the nearest metro station. There are plenty of taxi waiting right outside the hotel. Some suggestion ... Read more

The hotel is in a great location connected directly with a lifestyle department store. There are also plenty boutique restaurants nearby so you won't get bored with the food options. Once you step into the hotel, the overall atmosphere is cozy. The check-in speed can be faster but overall speaking the staff service is at a good level. I was upgraded to a studio room with a balcony and nice view of Taipei 101. The room and amenity quality are great and the bed is comfy. The overall room product i... Read more

Eslite hotel has excellent service and everything about the place is quality. It's clean, classy, and the staff is so nice. The lobby really does seem like a nice cafe bookstore with a wide array of titles and genres to choose from. The style has a Japanese feel. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of food from which to choose. There are also nice places to walk around the hotel.
