My family and I stayed at CityInn III for 5 nights. Booking was easy and the hotel responded promptly to questions and requests. We arranged for late check in and a car to pick us up as we were arriving at Taoyuan Airport around 8pm and everything was booked properly. As I booked well ahead of time, I received a call a day before our flight confirming our arrangements. Upon landing and going through the airport formalities we readily found our driver. He helped us as well to pick up our pre-arr... Read more

We were warmly welcomed by DuDu and his staff the moment we arrived at the hotel. DuDu gave us many good advices from where to have good breakfast to custom plan our itinerary for a day trip to Yilan. His warm spirit made our trip in Taiwan very enjoyable. We will definitely return to this hotel in our future trip. Thank You DuDu!

i like the hotel but i do not quite like my room. Do try to find the way to hotel via flat road. There is a overhead bridge which can link from taipei station to the hotel. But I find it impossible to do so with my big luggage. Luckily i spot the traffic junction which leads to the hotel. It takes around 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to taipei station. The hotel has unique design and the room is innovative as they have tried to put in everything you need within the small space given. The ... Read more

It's a great hotel, cheap, good service and really well situated. There's no breakfast but you have lots of places to have breakfast nearby (kfc, McDonald's, 7 eleven). My room was a little bit small but it's worth it 100% for the price. Thanks city inn, thanks Taipei!!

The receptionists are very informative (where to travel (Nice place) and eat (Nice food) around the Taipei city). Well done guys! Especially would like to praise David Lee for his custom plan itinerary for a day trip to Luodong and YiLan for me. Definitely will back here again. You guys leave a wonderful sweet moments for us. Stayed here for 7 nights in Mid June with my sisters. We booked the family room with 2 double beds. Room is clean and comfortable, but a bit small. There is no closet for us to hang our clothes. Nonetheless, we received great service from the moment we checked in to our check out. The reception staff were very friendly and gave us directions to the mrt station/ bus station which was a 10 minutes walk. They were very helpful in giving us pointers on where to go for our day trips and where to find... Read more

We stayed in Cityinn branch III for 3 nights after coming back from Yilan. The hotel is located near the Q square. You can walk through the underground "Taipei City Mall" & get access to Taipei Main Station, a major transport hub in Taipei. Just a minute walk from hotel can find 7-11 convenient store and there are few fast food shops nearby. The hotel has free laundry machines and small pantry at lobby which provides free coffee and water. It's better if the room can equip with small fridge al... Read more

We stayed twice at this little gem of a hotel, which is within 5 minutes walking distance of Taipei Bus Station - don't be fooled by the name, it's actually a bus terminus dedicated to quite a number of private inter-state bus companies. The building itself is a multi-use complex, and it's connected by a network of underground passages to Taipei Main Station. What that means is you can walk from Taipei MRT (or train/HSR station) to Taipei Bus Station building, locate the nearest exit to Chang'a... Read more

Having used TA to select this hotel, I can endorse previous reviews. Delightfully friendly and helpful people who make it a great experience. I'll sure that I'll remember CityInn fondly. Clean and modern room (711) on a corner at the back of the hotel so no outside noise. Airco good and fairly quiet. Japanese style toilet with warm seat etc. Snall fridge. Tea/coffee. Beds and pillows are pretty firm. Can't think of anything that I'd recommend improving, except a 'save the planet' option for towe... Read more

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. 1 is twin room and 1 is quad room. Branch III is located beside Branch II and the decoration of III is much more special. Branch III is closer to Taipei Bus Station / Q Square where is opposite of Taipei Train Station. If take MRT, better to find ??Taipei city Mall Exit Y7?? and then walked to the MRT station. It provided free drink in the public pantry. It was fantastic to have unlimited iced milk tea or lemon tea in hot summer. Except a man who wearing g... Read more

The reason we booked this hotel was because it was very close to Taipei Station, it was walking distance, and close to major department stores and plenty restaurants near by. The hotel was very clean, staffers were polite and professional. The room was so small, it was difficulty to place our luggages, no closet, but few hangers, some snacks, water bottles, small fridge. The bonus was free washer and dryer. So, if you just need a clean and safe place to crash for a night with reasonable price... Read more

Stayed 3N in Branch 3 and another 3N in Branch 2 in September 2016. Both hotels certainly lived up to its high ratings on TripAdvisor. Generally excellent staff with good customer focus and service. Special mention to Dudu and also Tim, Willie, Ida, Ting, Jane (housekeeping), etc. They gave excellent advice, always willing to check information about places I wanted to visit, and obviously represent their hotel with pride. The staff also recommended us a breakfast eatery nearby, which didn't disappoint. A 5-10 minutes walk from Taipei Main Station. The hotel is located near to the Taipei main station; about 5 to 7 mins walk to and fro from the Taipei main station. There's a Lor of exits at the Taipei main station (north, south , east, west).
