We had a fantastic stay at this hotel overall. On check-in, we received an upgrade to the Alpine Executive King Suite (for our Intercontinental Gold Ambassador membership) and the room was amazing. There were some minor maintenance issues in the room, which were very quickly fixed - though I'd expect the cleaning staff to be more attentive to such items (e.g. missing parts to the bath faucet). The food in the restaurants was excellent and at are price point compared to other offerings in Davos (... Read more

My best experience ever in an hotel. The Staff is committed to problem-solving so that your stay will be memorable. I travelled with my newborn daughter, and any request was satisfied quickly. I can't ask for more. Extremely recommended.

Best hotel in Davos but not a 5 star hotel. Incredibly busy during the conference would likely be better on a different week. Great staff and lovely setting. Probably the best place to stay in Davos if you are not devoted to skiing

Gorgeous Hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were very friendly & the rooms were of a very high standard. The Wi-Fi was the fastest in any hotel I have ever stayed in and for that alone I would not hesitate in returning to this hotel.

Stayed there on an ambassador weekend. Super upgrade to suite, stayed with family (wife and 9 year old son). Good restaurants and cocktails, fantastic sun terrace. Fireplace could be located somewhere else since it's directly drawing air from the entrance. Great selection of whiskeys

We traveled with a tour group in early June. The hotel had our group and one other tour group staying in a very large, uniquely designed "Golden Egg" property. However, the on-site dining facilities, including the two bars, were not open except for breakfast and for a group meal on one night. Otherwise, we had to travel into Davos (2.3 miles) to find food/drink. Few restaurants were open in Davos at that time of the year, so there were not many choices. However, with the help of the concier... Read more

Large rooms, stunning location if somewhat 'interesting' architecture, the top floor balcony offers an excellent panorama over the mountains. Food was good quality with decent wine list. Large conferencing facilities. Good value summer option.

This is for my stay from last year... Check-In Was very efficient Julia T was very nice and welcoming and she was able to help me with some questions during and after Check-In. Also Isabelle P was there and gave us a warm welcome. Room: I had the same view from my stay last year and needless to say the view is breathtaking! I do always appreciate a room upgrade. I like the open concept of the suite and also the foldout bed is of great quality! So far the best from an IC have been at,... Read more

We spent five nights here during July. If luxury is your thing, this is the place for you. Everything is immaculate: the rooms, the service, the common areas etc., it's all perfect. However, and on the other hand, if what you are looking for is a 'Swiss Alp' experience, this hotel may not be for you. Aside from the spectacular views, we could have been anywhere in the world and there was little in the way of a Swiss feel to the place. It actually felt a little 'corporate' in nature. Great... You can't miss the golden egg that is the Davos InterCon. Modern luxury with alpine touches, great locations, insanely fabulous restaurants. The spa with it's indoor/outdoor pool is marvelous. Love the simplistic, chic decor throughout. The suites are ENORMOUS

I stayed one night in this hotel Place is clean, quite and staff are very helpful, I wish I could stay more but the weather was going to be rainy so I decided not to extend my stay, free mini-bar, free outdoor parking, rooms was lake view and the hotel has a lot of relaxing facilities like spa and swimming pool. I recommend the hotel.

We stayed for 1 night. The lady at c/i Janine was very nice, she was friendly and was happy to talk to us. The hotel itself is very modern, the architecture is impressive, rooms are spacious and all have balconies which is a big plus. The downsides: evening room service was very slow. Due to low season, only 1 restaurant was open - studio grigio, which was nice but not wow. The service was good but not to a standard which you would expect from these types of restaurants. Definitely not a spa h... Read more

It was business trip but it was for Fun :-). This hotel is really amazing & luxurious! rooms are very good with snowy mountain view, the staff were very friendly, helpful & patient because we were a big group so they help us a lot. If you will go there in Winter you can rent Ski equipment from the hotel! It's small place inside the hotel. For Sure, you should try the tape water WOW! The staff will tell you. What a week I had at the Intercontinental Davos hotel! The way there is picturesque, than you arrive to this futuristic hotel on a green hill overlooking a blue lake. The front desk staff were professional, courteous and accommodating. The rooms are HUGE, a lot of storage room, spotlessly clean, with a large balcony overlooking the views. Everything in the hotel works quickly, the staff is AMAZING, I cannot start naming names cause the list would be endless... Restaurant team, Chapeau! From th... Read more

The rooms are large, spacious and excellent, especially if having the view towards the village! The rooms are very Clean. The minibar is free and refilled every day (only soft drinks) Lovely pool and SPA. Breakfast is excellent offering a large variety of food including even a glass of Prosecco! We also had dinnerincluded during our visit. We were served pasta with 3 different sauces for 7 Days. The dinners did not match what can be required from a 5 star hotel! The general service is not to b... Read more

Spent a weekend with friends there using Ambassador Weekend Certificate. The location itself and the modern design of the hotel are pretty nice but that's it... The soft product aka service was absolutely underwhelming, if not horrific. We even talked to manager during our stay and mentioned couple of issues, but on the next day things weren't much better: - booked Club room, but there is no breakfast served in Club lounge, only at the main buffet - evening spread in the lounge wasn't ready even... The gold steel structure design is Zaha Hadid inspired - and stands out from a mile as you approach it- is infact modelled on a simple cone taken from the nearby forest and therefore , at least in theory, in tune with its locality. Infact from the interior it adds to framing each balcony view and is in no way at odds with your enjoyment of the space. Oikios architects should be highly commended! It's a large scale hotel and therefore you can't expect the super personable and highly consistent s... Read more

This hotel is located in very good location in Davos. It has very modern look and it has very spacious rooms. The room has nice view to the city and mountain. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Thought we made a mistake in our booking and instead of king bed we booked other room and they changed our room. The breakfast buffet is amazing with variety of choices and amazing service. All the staffs all so nice.

Attended a conference here in July, exceptional customer service and beautiful location. Davos is a seasonal town, but I was stunned, basically it was closed. Hotel room was stunning with great views over the town, we were also given free passes to go on the cable car as part of our conference, really nice gym and comfy bed with refreshing shower. Food was nice and you must try the green honey!
