Front desk staff is very friendly and super efficient; check-in was done before I could even realize it has started! Room was clean, not the biggest but sufficient for 1 person. AC/heater is quiet. Breakfast... I was expecting more choice, but what was available was good; coffee was ordered and brought to the table quickly. Location is very central, which makes it a great hotel for tourism or business meetings. Really shocker was the price, close to SEK4000 a night for a simple room. Definitely ... Read more

We booked a superior room for 5 nights, arriving on Sunday 15th. Check-in was fast, straightforward and cheerful, we were assigned room 656 on the top floor. As the room was to be ready in 5-10 minutes, we've been offered a welcome tea in the internal courtyard on the ground floor which was absolutely stunning. Our room was quite large (apparently one of the largest on the floor) and was furnished with stylish items in a minimalist nordic taste. Please have a look at the attached pictures to see... This hotel has a perfect location, nice interior and lovely breakfast. However, I cannot quite recommend it to anyone who needs a good night´s sleep. Sounds of traffic and normal busy city life can be expected in a centrally located hotel like this, but the real problem is the nearby nightclub which can be heard clearly in many rooms apparently. The service is formally polite and efficient but perhaps still missing the personal touch and commitment typical to five star hotels in general. Howeve... Read more

We spent two nights in Nobis. The location was absolutely perfect! Rooms were quite small but pretty. Breakfast was great. However, I wouldn't describe this hotel as a 5 star hotel. The service was only okay, not like service in 5 star hotels usually. They didn't have those small details in their service "mentality" and that was a bit disappointing. For example, our bags weren't carried upstairs. In addition, this was my birthday trip, so I expected something from the hotel - for example a birth... Read more

This hotel is located in the best and most central location. Most everything you want to see and do in Stockholm is almost within walking distance. Additionally, the staff at the hotel is one of the most amazing we have seen. The regular rooms, and even the upgrade from the regular rooms, are so tiny that it is difficult for two people (and certainly with a baby crib) to turn around in; and the front of the hotel has no ramp for a baby carriage or for schlepping heavy suitcases up and down. ... Staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Excellent location - shopping nearby, within walking distance to the sea/canals and the train station. Excellent on cleanliness of room and hotel. Had a lovely room which faced the square. I am a lifelong Starwood supporter (SPG Gold for Life etc). This is the worst Starwood in which I have ever stayed. The signs were not good at the outset - the reception area was chaotic - the two concierges and the receptionists were at the same desk with disorganisation and chaos everywhere. Skipping lines etc. Long queue in the middle of the afternoon. The room was dire. I had been told that I was upgraded. It was the smallest room I stayed in ever.. There was just over a foot c.40 c... The Nobis Hotel is very centrally located within walking distance of great restaurants and the major tourist sites. It is close to the tram and the T-bana for longer journeys. The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Have a question about Stockholm? They have the answer. Our room, which faced an interior courtyard, was very quiet and cozy, albeit quite small. Comfortable king bed and nice TV. Overall, a good choice for lodging in central Stockholm.

If you are looking for a cool hotel with great location for shopping and explore the city and prefer modern interiors this is it! Had yet another great stay the other week! If you choose a room with view overlooking the Square or Berzelii Park I would recommend to order breakfast thru room service and sit in the window sill and look out - the breakfast buffet is nice and very fresh, just half a step down from the reception but it lacks of views and windows. The hotel itself is probably turn of last century with many renovations which transformed the interior into modern, even funky style. The great courtyard and interesting lobby lead to expectations of a great room. Sadly this is not the case: the rooms are tiny and the furniture sparse. 1 Desk chair, a plank of wood is meant to be desk and a bedside table which is a lamp and quite useless. The nice photographs of the communal areas in no way prepare you for the cupboard-sized bedrooms at prices which are way over the top.

It is a short walk to the Palace and Gamla Stan and slightly longer to the Djurgarden. Our room was very generous with a King bed and room for a couch, table and chairs. A lovely hotel, with excellent customer service and a very good breakfast buffet. In my opinion the rooms are too small for a 5* hotel. Because the reception is also a bit small, it quickly gets quite crowded. It is very well located, on a square in the city centre.

Wonderful boutique hotel. Great location near shopping, restaurants and the water. James the concierge is FANTASTIC! He was super helpful before and during our visit. His expertise not only covered restaurants, but also helped us to optimize our time. Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. Rooms were well decorated and normal size for Europe. Would have given it a 5 except for the noise. The hotel is near a night club and you could hear he techno music well into ... Read more

Desapointing but not a catastrophy though I would note recommend this hotel, too expensive for what it is ! The sauna Hammam area doesn't permit to relax, it s in the changing room of the sport center, the rooms being tiny.

Chose Nobis because of location and heavily discounted price in July and we were not disappointed. On booking in we asked for a quiet room and were given just that, which included a slight upgrade free of charge. Nice room, comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with walk in shower. Front desk staff very helpful and pleasant and on the one occasion we had to query something it was dealt with and sorted out very efficiently with no fuss. Breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely room - efficien... Read more

Nobis Hotel is in a central location in downtown Stockholm. Close to the restaurants and shops. Walking distance to most tourists attractions. Room is contemporary, spacious and with the view of the square. The bathroom is smallish. Lighting in the room could be better. Buffet breakfast was more than adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were happy with the restaurants the front desk staff recommended.

The Nobis hotel is well located, a few blocks from the sea and close to quality shops and restaurants. The service personnel are very responsive to the needs of its customers. Everyone appears to speak English even though many of their customers do not. Our reservation came with breakfast which was extensive and very enjoyable.

Stayed at the Nobis Hotel Stockholm for 3nights during a family holiday in Scandinavia, overall I have to say how impressed I was with the service of this hotel. The staff were attentive and quick to respond to any requests we had... They were very accommodating to our needs regarding our 5month old son (gaining access to microwave to sterilise bottles etc..) The room was lovely - overlooking the square with plenty of space, well decorated and very comfortable. My only criticism is the noise ... Read more
