The Ibis Styles overall is a great hotel. It's got modern style, convenient location within walking or metro of city center. The front desk was very helpful. Booked single room, one of the smallest rooms I've ever stayed in (including Japan). The walls are thin so you'll near your neighbors. The wi-fi was strong and steady. Breakfast was quite good and I appreciated the 24-hour automatic coffee machine. If you don't mind a tiny room and a little noise from your fellow travelers, the hotel is h... Read more

I got a very spacious room with large bed plus sofa. The real cool thing in the room was a big old tile stove in one corner of the room. Real nice mixture of old-style hotel with modern funky spots, liked it a lot. One big minus: the breakfast - though included in the room rate - could be served a bit more attractive to the eye, not like a heap of salami and cheese in a bi container

From the moment I arrived the staff were friendly, attentive, nothing was too much trouble. So helpful and considerate. The room and all the extras were fantastic. Best hotel Experience I've had. Near to Odenpaln metro and various shops.

The location is great. Staff friendly but..... My room had a private bathroom cross the corridor. That turned out to be more cumbersome then I had thought. The private bathroom was split in two and there was a never ending game with keys. So, if you stay here make sure you have a room with the bathroom en suite. I missed that small detail as the description said private bathroom. I missed the cross the corridor bit of it. Also... there was no soap in both dispensers (bath and toilet).

The staff was very rude. The room was at the ground floor and the window doesn't open. I try to change the room with another BUT the receptionist decline my request. People came more after me and receive the room at upper floors. They make difference between tourists. Very very dissapointed. Mihai

This hotel was a BIG dissappointment. Lack of information regarding parking possibilities. When we ordered the room, the website said there were both outdoor and indoor paying parking, but when we arrived, it turned out to be only two indoor parkingspaces and you had to book them in advance and finding outdoor parking in Stockholm is impossible. Futhermore there were a broken window in our room and very bad indoor climate because we couldn't open the windows, because there were a gigant scaffold... Read more

I was here only for a few hours to work. I was allowed to sit in the lounge and use the free wifi which worked very well and was offered to take coffee from the machine. When I left and asked how much I should pay, I did not have to pay anything! It was really convenient that I could use their service, for free even though I had also been happy to pay something. The staff were really nice and friendly.

Appalling service, appalling room, smelly room, uncomfortable and overall disgracefully and disconcerting experience. Receptionist double charged me. Although i mentioned to her that the room was already paid.

I travel a lot and I was very happy with my stay here. Front desk staff were really friendly, and the one rude person was a kitchen staff person (older grumpy woman) but otherwise was a positive stay. Rooms are a good size and value for the money.

Nice little hotel in a good location next to a subway station and to different bus stops. We had a problem with the reservation for 2 rooms of 2 people. They tried to put us all in one family room. Finally they gave us the 2 rooms as booked but it took some time to talk and argue with the reception.

I stayed at this Ibis hotel for six nights during the Eurovision week last May in Stockholm. I stayed as a single person. On the first night, the room that I was given was very small and narrow. There was also no drawer to put my belongings into. The single bed seemed fine except for one thing that I was to find out by surprise. The top outer metal corner of the bed base was exposed through the worn leather covering which would not have been bad, but I was unfortunate to cut my leg against the m... Read more

This was probably another older hotel earlier as it now feels like an Ibis branded old hotel, partially updated and modern but partially worn and old. The service was friendly though not very attentive. The room was crammed into a tight corridor in what seems to have been apartments or offices originally. The room was clean and bathroom okay, although narrow and in a space that seemed to have been a walk-in closet. The breakfast was okay with the usual amenities but nothing extra. For a very goo... This was one of the biggest disappointments i have had. As a long standing member of the ACCOR club, we reserved and fully prepaied our room more than four months in advance. Upon arrival, we were given a small (very small, more like a nun's cell in a convent or a prisoners cell in a jail) room in the basement with just a little window near the ceiling. After complaining we got another room. From the basement we moved up to the attic in a slightly larger room under the inclining roof. (watch... Read more

I had chosen to stay at Ibis Styles Stockholm Odenplan because of its location and business meetings I had agreed in the area. The hotel was overbooked and I was thrown to another Ibis Styles in Järva, outside the city. I asked to get to some other hotel in the downtown area because that's where I needed to be but the request was rejected. I also asked for a refund but that request was also rejested. The hotel I ended up staying at refused to do it and Ibis Styles Odenplan claimed that they ... Read more

Unlike other IBISs,this hotel seems to have been converted from old house/apartment.Only a couple minutes away from TRAM station,so this gives very easy access to vqrious parts of the city. Also the room we had was fairly large and very comfotable one.

Almost hilariously cramped. But the kicker was the shower with no toilet! The toilet had to be accessed from across the hallway. This was not mentioned in the booking. Wonder why... If you're going to sell an inferior product - at least be upfront about it so people can make a fully informed decision. Not coming back.

The hotel and service was very good but the only thing was the room i book was very small for 2 people. It was more like a single room. Location was perfect for what we needed and Odenplan underground was only a 2 minute walk. Many bars and restaurants in the local area..

We were delighted to find the room was big and beautiful, tastefully decorated. Beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was good quality. Staff was helpful and friendly, we good tips regarding directions, thanks to Nadia. The only downside was the lack of airconditioning but it was an unexceptually a hot day. The area is beautiful, peaceful and well connected to other areas of the town.

This is a cozy hotel at a very central and convenient location in the center of Stockholm. It is very good for a family or couple vacation, "on a budget". It is not very spacious but large enough for families but it is clean and has a very pleasant atmosphere. The advantages of location and price make this hotel a nice choice. If I would visit again I would consider and might choose the same hotel. Some more details The staff is very polite and helpful The breakfast lounge is a bit small and... Read more

Some rooms are so tiny they are claustrophobic. I doubt two people could stay in them. I got a huge room but the noise started early from the construction workers. Rooms that face the street have balconies which are nice to sit on in the evening. The breakfast offering was wonderful. Great selection. The hotel is in a fabulous location. It cannot be beat. Very close to trains and walking distance to good restaurants. No bar in the hotel.

This IBIS style hotel was a pleasant surprice. Newly renovated and very fresh rooms. Very comfortable beds! Only drawback is that some of the rooms in the 6.th floor had so high windows that it was not possible to neither look out of them or open them... Very close to metro station and several very good restaurantes. Nice neigbourhood with classical architecture.

We booked this at short notice to compliment our Sweden visit, we had the family room. After being used to the ACCOR level of hotels I was surprised at what was on offer here, and even more surprised that a Capitol city like Stockholm only offers three Ibis hotels and now of their main brands. I believed that to gain Hotel status the facility must have a restaurant / Bar facility, this has neither, the rooms have no safe, mini bar or tea / coffee facilities either, or A/C, and are very small. This is a wonderful Hotel, around 1.5 km from the train station. We stayed for one night and unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to try the breakfast. The room was really nice, extremely clean and with a nice view of the square, opposite of th Hotel. The room was really nicely decorated and rather spacious with a great bathroom. Totally recommended!

I had a one night stay here in June. The hotel was generally nice, and I was given a large comfy room. The decor was very tasteful. The bathroom was functional, but very small. Not much room to use the toilet or shower. My room had a couple of big cracks in the ceiling - a bit of maintenance work is needed. That aside, the room and bathroom were very clean. The room was a bit on the warm side, and I was disappointed to see that there was no air conditioning in my room. The window did ... Read more

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights while visiting family in Stockholm. We all enjoyed this hotel very much and it is in a great location. As you leave the hotel, turn left and walk 1/2 block to the street. Cross the street and turn left again and you are at the first entrance (elevator) to the Odenplan subway station. Go a little further and you are at the next entrance. So convenient! Outside of the elevator entrance there is a grocery store, which we used several times. The hotel is... Read more
