I was expecting much more from this hotel. Rooms are pretty small and bathrooms are tiny. My room was extremly hot due direct sunshine to the room - no aircon is available. WiFi is slow, not reliable. On the other hand - breakfast was superb very good for a hotel.

We received a warm welcome and had great service from the minute we approached the reception desk to when we checked out. We were able to choose whether we had shower or bath/shower with our room and also requested a room on the highest floor available - all accommodated at a time when the hotel and Stockholm were very busy and hotels were 98% occupied. All arranged easily and quickly. The room was spotless and well laid out, with high thread count bed linen and extremely comfortable beds. T... Read more

you feel so safe in scandinavian hotels: efficient, clean, minimalist and perfect at all levels. At Elite you have a littel touch of elegance but not superlux, and a good value in details and comfort. Breakfast was very good and rich, room are may be small but with all what you need and ok I have visited a few hotels of this same chain and all are to recommend. You feel well there.

The hotel is well located, 10 mins walks from Odenplan tube station. My room was tiny, bathroom is ok, it seems recently renovated. Carpets needs more cleaning, but ok. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was not my cup of tea. Overall it is a bit pricey for what you get. Believe me tiny room.

Stayed here with a business group, very nice room, excellent breakfast, attentive and helpful staff. Free Wi-Fi, no problems at all. I will certainly stay here again if the chance arises. My bed was rather low and a little on the soft side but perhaps that's just personal choice. Certainly not a problem

The hotel lies about 30 minutes walk from the city centre, but it is in a nice area mostly developed between the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century, with nice buildings with art nouveau elements. The neighbourhood also has lots of restaurants (from the ubiquitous sushi to beer & burger places), so you are going to be spoilt for choice if you want to eat out. The hotel is clean and has some pretence. I was given a single tiny room, which was adequate, but not too spacious. Stil... Read more

We stayed here on 26.5.2016. The rooms were good enough and all seemed well till we went down for breakfast next day. No one checked our key cards at the entrance of the restaurant. We sat down at a table and went to the buffet. It is not too far from metro station, even it can be considered in walking distance from main tourist points but hotel is situated on hill therefore it is not for every day walking. Rooms are very clean, correct service and staff. You can get bike city card form reception with discount.

I stayed here for two nights on business. It was perfectly fine, clean, big suites, clean, good breakfast. That being said, for a tourist, it's too far from the attractions, like the old town and harbor. So, if the location is good for you, it's 4 stars, but if it isn't, it's 3.

The room was great, big, clean and modern. The cleanliness was excellent as well and they tend to put a lot of mini shampoos conditioners body lotions and shower gels. The breakfast was the best we have ever seen with a lot of choices for every taste. The receptionists were very kind and helpful to us. We even found a receptionist who was talking greek! If I have to say something bad for the hotel it would be the spa services that were pricey so we didn't have the chance to use the services. But... Read more

I stayed at this hotel for work and enjoyed it very much. The hotel looks elegant and funky (in a good way) and the staff are very helpful. The location is not very central so be warned about that -however it's not that far from the centre (Stockholm is not a massive city) and it's convenient for traveling from /to the airport and the University. The Elite Palace is a really nice hotel. It's in a more residential part of the city, and as such felt a bit more of a journey into the city proper especially with a four year old in tow, but there were regular buses plus the metro was only a shortish walk away. It was a mistake to stay here on business due to the proximity of local office. Single rooms are impossibly small, some without windows (and none have A/C). I appreciate the quality of services and the availability the breakfast was particularly good with a large choice of products. The location is very practical when you come from Arlanda airport. The room was very quiet even in the morning

Perfect spot for staying in Stockholm for a short period. Facilities are good, rooms are clean, WiFi was stable and breakfast pretty good! Front desk members were very friendly and helpful in supplying relevant tourist information regarding sight seeings, restaurants and nearby public transportation possibilities.
