The staffs are good in giving the information that you need. It's nearby the airport and the bus stop. For train it's a bit difficult since the road to the train is under construction so it's a little troublesome for the first time.

Very good price-quality ratio. Excellent choice of food for breakfast Although near the motorway, the room is surprisingly quiet and peaceful Close to the public transport and for a total of 20 minutes can reach the city center. A small criticism for a hard beds. But praise for the free hot drinks 24/7

We stayed here for two nights during our Stockholm trip recently & had a decent experience. Talking just about the hotel, some of the good points were helpful & polite staff, great breakfast, extra facilities especially the massage chair (give it a go) and proximity to public transport. With its location, anyone travelling from or to to Arlanda airport does not have to go through the main city as it is in the way. The room in terms of space & comfort was good. The room was also without noise or ... Read more

Hotel is located near train station but lacked any exterior signs facing the station. On arrival had to wait about half an hour for the room, has the computer system was down. The assigned room had no light, so had to change to another room, wich was just fine. Breakfast with few choices, quite poor. Nice hotel for a cheap rate.

One big complain-room without window. It is not acceptable for me. In fact the description of the room contained that information but i was not clearly indicated during reservation. In addition-no bonus (welcome drink etc.) for Accor club platinum status. Good localization-close to the rail station.

Rooms are not quite! You can here everything and everyone who is passing next to your room. Breakfast not according to EU standards. Breakfast area smells bad. But really nice Front Office service. I would double consider before next stay. But you try on your own, maybe I just woke up and started my day with left foot

I was in this hotel for the Eurovision Song Contest this year in Stockholm with a friend. It was a great trip because of the contest, but in the hotel there's nothing exceptional that i can recommend. In our room we didn't had wifi, i told that to the receptionist but the answer was "I don't know how can i help you". The breakfast was good, and at the reception you have a little corner with two massagers sofas and free fruit and coffee. One thing was a little chock for me (working as a welcomer ... Read more

Super efficient - Swedish design style hotel. Good for people needing a room for one night. Good price. Good location, close to the Ulriksdal station, and about 25 minutes away from the hotel. Nice that they have free coffee/hot chocolate.

Had a reservation, came late only to find that there are no rooms available. The hotel offered to send me to Ibis Stockholm Spanga by taxi and then bring me back by taxi the next morning. Had no choice but to agree, but find this very customer unfriendly. First of all, the hotel I was sent to was old, cheap, and run-down. Second of all, I wanted to hit a bed for a morning meeting, not to waste a total of 40 minutes of my life riding in taxis. Third of all, the hotel tried to pull something - th... Read more

Booked double bed, got twin. Different pages saying that there´s free parking(including this one here) but they charged us 20 ? for two days for that, saying that all the other pages got it wrong and there´s no such thing as free parking in whole Stockholm. There was free parking even in the central of Stockholm and their own homepage wasn´t running in english. Food wasn´t good: some really oily bacon, some eggs, few other things and that´s about it and you have to wait in queue for that.... Read more

Overall it's an okay hotel but i wouldn't say 4stars, more like 3 maybe. Also many different sites say that there's free parking but when we arrived we had to pay about 10? for one night. Hotels own website doesn't work sometimes so it's difficult to find information that's actually true. Also we made a booking with a remark for 1 double bed but they gave us 2xtwin beds and didn't offer anything for compensation. Breakfast was also a bit poor for a 4star hotel.

Okay we all know that price - quality needs to be in balance. This was just at the wrong side... The rooms where just too small, there was an extra seat which just fitted in the room. So it would be better without it. My biggest complaint was that they mentioned that there is a restaurant but it was closed because of summer!? The main reason to book this hotel was that there was a restaurant....

For a 4 star hotel I was wondering of the service in the Hotel. A specialy on the Hotel Bar, we are asking to a like a coctail as on the web site shown, the answer from the staff we are not in Italy or Spain. Unbeliavble for me I am a travel Agent and never before I get this unfriendly answer from anybody. Also for the breakfast, the milk machine was not cleaned after breakfast, Staff are very unfriendly and no smile on the face. Sorry for my next visit in Stockholm I will book an other location... I love travelling across Europe and very often I stay in hotels Accor network because they accept dogs. For the first time I stayed in Accor hotel with no restaurant. Of course you have breakfast but during the day and in the evening restaurant is closed. In the hotel area you have a choice of hot dogs on a gas station, extremely bad pizzeria or Scandic hotel across the street. Location is good - 4 train stations from downtown of Stockholm

Hotel is not in central Stockholm but close enough. It is about 5 to 10 minutes walk to the train station and less than 20 minutes train ride to Stockholm Central station. I booked only a few days in advance and tried to get the cheapest single room. I had been here previously for work so I know the area and aware of how the hotel was like. This time, the room I was assigned was clean but really small (only half the size of the single room I had when I was here the first time), almost li... Read more

Beds nice and very comfortable as always. Room fine but a tad tight. We stayed for one night and had paid the garage fee but back late at night the garage was full! Considering the size and location of the hotel odd to find so few parking spaces. And to oversell!! Not good. Not very warm reception at arrival but very helpful and nice people at departure.

Booked this hotel based on being a more affordable option than a city hotel. The hotel is 27 mins by train from the airport and just a 5-6 min walk from the station. Ideal location for transport. The train to the city takes 11minutes and runs often and on time. You can buy a 24 or 72 hour pass for greater value. Check in was easy an we got a wheelchair accessible room. I stayed in this hotel recently for three nights with my sister. The facilitates are good and it is only takes about 10minutes from Stockholm City Station door-to-door. Even though the hotel is currently close to a building site it has great potential and I'm sure the area will look great when finished. It was a shame however that the steam room wasn't working but we did have full access to the sauna. The staff were really helpful and our room was of a good size and clean.

It's one of the "old first world" features. In number of different countries across the world this would be a 2 star hotel and/or would cost fraction of the rate. And then it would be OK. It's not all bad. Location is 2/3 way from principal Stockholm Airport to the city center. Car ride in the morning rush hour to Stockholm took about 15 minutes. The Ibis Styles Jarna hotel is easily accessible from the motorway, but also from the Ulriksdal train station. The room without any window is a bit weird and the bathroom will need soon some renovation. The price was high for this kind of room. I stayed 4 nights, but the bed wasn't done after the 1st night. It was done after the next night after I had complained.

For the price, this hotel was far better than I expected. And it had a very nice breakfast buffet that ran for four hours. The hotel is bright and clean. The lobby ceiling is 5 or 10 stories high, which i loved. The hotel staff were efficient and helpful. The hotel was just 5 minute from the commuter train station, which was just 3 stops out of Stockholm Central Station. It was worth it to ride a few stops out of Stockholm to enjoy the cool, clean, comfortable country air.

I stayed in this hotel for a night in September; It is very close from Ulriskdal train station, lit takes like ten minutes to Stockholm central station. The room was nice, cosy and clean, facing indoors towards reception. Breakfast was normal nothing special,a lot of vegetables, something cooked and no croissant. Anyway, I would not have stayed more then 1 or 2 nights in a room that i could not open my window. So I would say it is good for a short stay.

Nice hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. Ample buffet breakfast. Room near the elevators was quiet. When we travelled in September there was a lot of construction nearby, so if you are using the trains you may want to print out directions so you know which way to walk to the hotel. Once you know where you are going it is an easy walk to the station.

I'll be honest: I wasn't expecting much staying at this hotel based on other Ibis Styles experiences (though in other countries), but with all other hotels booked, I settled for the closest location to our offices.
