The breakfast was the best we have had in the last 6 weeks of travelling through Spain, Estonia, Morocco, and Finland. All lovely and fresh, and a wide variety. The bed was comfortable and room reasonably spacious. We could open the window, which is nice. Our room was quiet as we were on the rear, away from the main road. The planes landing didn't bother us, especially if the windows were closed, and I don't mind them anyway. The sauna is good and gym extremely well equipped. There is go... Read more

Was there for a long extended stay in 2012. The rooms were really great, very well maintained and clean. It was in a quite part of the town, but for me it was a good distance (15 min walk) to my place of business. Breakfast was superb and i even loved having my dinner at their restaurant. Not much restaurants around then, but a short walk will take you to a huge mall and also you can walk up to some small eateries nearby. There staff were awesome, always with a great smile...!! Really loved my s... Read more

Very nice place. One of the few times I've felt home away from home. People are super-super nice. Rooms are tidy and quite large for the price. Then if you are a sports enthusiast, well - the gym is HUGE. You can use foc the sports equipment (rollerblade, kayak, bikes) that the hotel have. You can even freeclimb on the two routes on the main facade! The only downside is that it quite far from the city centre.

Good hotel, with local, modern and smart design. More young and easy going that business and for very 'active' people. Breakfast is very very good and smart, and fresh orange juice for me is a key point . Essential service but smart and effective. Room quite basic but clean and good for sleep. Good choice value for money

Basic hotel with not even a proper reception and telephone working in your room. no air condition either. I would say a 3 star maximum. Breakfast was good though and location is not too bad easy access to tram and change to metro to reach the city , whole trip less than 30 mins. You can also buy tickets from the hotel. Did not use the gym and sauna so no comment but heard its good. Room cleaning not so great. no Face towels and the feet towel was placed on top of the toilet seat which was not pl... Read more

We visited this hotel during very quiet period (midsummer). I have stayed few times here before, but years ago. Hotel have gone through many improvements. Our room was nice and big. It was the cheapest one with window and double bed. Breakfast was good, much better than few years ago. Staff was very helpfull and nice. There were bikes to use with no extra fee. Also some other sport equipments, which we did not use. There were also outside climbing wall outside the hotel wall. Need to come back a... Read more

The first thing I noticed as soon as I walked through the door was the friendly staff. I was promptly greeted and given my room card and I was on my way. I arrived during the Midsummer holiday, so the hotel and surrounding area were very quiet-- and I was told the city center would practically be a ghost town. The room was simple, yet comfortable. Don't expect tiny bars of soap and little bottles of shampoo as there is a single bottle of liquid soap that should serve your hygienic needs. The free... Read more

I stayed here 7 nights. The room is big, modern, comfortable. Iron and coffee machine, hair dryer, good wifi. TV. Books in swedish in the room. Magazines at breakfast (swedish). Sauna, gym (I had no time to use these, just saw). Free bicycle to rent with parks nearby (other sport materials available, too). Good breakfast, I've always taken some fresh fruits and fruit salad. Bus across the street (176 and 177), it takes you to BrommaPlan, from where you can take the subway to Central Station or ... Read more

Mornington bromma is a great hotel. The rooms are nice size, the breakfast is one of the best I have been to, they have a lot of options and its healthy. The gym is amazing, they have almost everything you can imaging, and they have longboard, canoes, bikes and inlines to rent/borrow. The downside of the hotel was, the cleanness of our room. I don't know if it hadn't been used in a while, but it was quite dusty. The shower wasn't the best.

My father booked us two rooms in this hotel and I had no advanced knowledge of it before my visit. I should add that I'm male and approaching 50. The hotel is an interesting combination that reflects the mixed nature of its urban locality. It combines sporty possibilities with a pleasantly informal, slightly industrial, IKEA-type design. Bromma is characterized by both its warehouse / airport landscape (landing planes can be heard flying overhead) and - like many over areas of Sweden - its wat... Read more

We chose to stay here because it's a short bus journey to the friends arena and we were off to see the football. Rooms were good size and beds comfy enough. The breakfast was pretty awesome and it's cheap compared to most hotels I've seen in Stockholm. The tube stop though is more of a 10-15 minute walk not 5 like the advert says so not great if you have issues with that but you can get a bus that drops you off outside the hotel. I would give this hotel 5 stars but what let it down slightly is ... Read more

In spite of its 4-star ranking, this hotel was quite cheap compared to others in and around Stockholm. It quickly turned out to be due to its location, which is somewhat poorly connected to the inner city (especially during the evening) and very close to Bromma Airport, meaning that there will be some noise during the day until late. The hotel itself, however, had some positives, the biggest of which was the very good and large breakfast buffet. The staff was also friendly and helpful. The ro... Read more

Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good (and the guys do a good job in keeping all items always available / refilling). Spacious room and comfy beds with two types of pillows. Clean. Free parking. Free Internet with good speed. Location was relatively good (near public transport, away from city center but very near Bromma airport and easy to reach Drottningholm Palace by bus or car). Overall good value for money. The hotel is listed as a 4 star, but it's rather a good 3 star, so... Read more

The hotel is located about 6km from Stockholms city center, so if that's an issue for you then you should probably avoid it. However, if it isn't, then the hotel offers great value for money. I stayed 1 night. I arrived around 8pm and checked, got my free parking ticket valid for the hole day. Both the day of checkin and checkout. As I planned to run a cycling race that started 8 am on Sunday morning I asked when the breakfast opened, and was informed that it opened at 730 am. I said that was ... Read more

Modern, well designed rooms, with nice little touches like a selection of books to read. Great breakfast, with lots of choice. Gym & sauna facilities included. Excellent value over the weekend. Only drawback is that the location is away from other amenities like shops & restaurants. But good bus routes very close to hotel.

Staff was very accommodating. Spent the night here after flying in for a cruise leaving the next day. Arrived at hotel at 8:30 am, only had to wait an hour until a room was ready. Rooms are nice and clean, unusual shower but useable. Airport very close (not the one we flew into from USA), landing planes were noisy. Also, train tracks right next to our room. Both were fine with the window closed, but we were enjoying the fresh air. For the price we paid and the friendly staff - would r... Read more

This is a terrific alternative to the sometimes higher priced hotels in central Stockholm. The hotel is easy to get to by taking a train and then a very short bus ride. The bus stop in less than two minutes away. Thereafter, there is a subway (fifteen minute walk) and tram station (ten minute walk) that will take you to central Stockholm. The check-in process was easy and took less than three minutes. The hotel reception area is small but the nearby kitchen and quiet seating area (consider taki... Read more

Stayed for two nights whilst attending meetings in and around Stockholm. The hotel is clean and comfortable and located about 5 miles out of the city centre with easy road links for commuting around Stockholm. The bedroom was spacious and clean, the shower could have been a little more powerful but did the job. I only ate in the restaurant one night and had a pork dish with herby butter. There was far too much butter which made the dish very sickening unfortunately, I would probably eat somewher... Read more

I read previous reviews and decided to book here for a leisure trip to Stockholm. I knew it was out of central Stockholm but was pleased with the public transport options of bus,Tvabarna (tram system) and connecting Tunnelbana (metro).Tvabarna station 5 mins away and buses 3 mins.Ask at reception for directions and maps as staff are very friendly and helpful. The 2 best options are bus 176/177 to Solna Centrum Tbana on the Blue line and Tvabarna at Ulvsanda to Alvik Tbana. The former will del... Read more

Although the hotel is further from the city centre than I would have liked (about 5 miles), there was nothing else to fault. My room was modern, clean and very comfortable with a small sofa, writing desk and books making it an attractive space to unwind. Staff were friendly and check in was quick and efficient. The hotel has a bar, sauna and gym (although I didn't try it) and is easy to get to via public transport. On the whole a good place to stay for a comfortable few days.
