The service at this resort was impeccable. As soon as we exited from the airport there was someone waiting to take us to the resort. It took us about 15 mins to get there from SLU. We were greeted by staff who offered us a cold beverage and a seat, while they prepared our check in documents. Then they took us to our beachfront room via golf cart. Our room was a 2 bedroom suite facing the ocean. Our butler came in and showed us around as well as how to operate the AC and electrical appliance... Read more

Recently my wife and I visited the Island on St. Lucia and stayed at Landings. The Island, the resort, the people, the staff, all simply amazing. The staff was very friendly, I thought at first oh, they're just being nice because they work here. Once I stepped off the resort I realized, the staff is nice because the people on the island are very nice. The room was incredible (it's a Villa) The food was amazing, the head chef would walk around from time to time and speak with everyone. My best fr... Read more

My company paid the bill, so I can comment on the price, but I can tell you that the rooms were lovely and quite spacious. The beach us arming, and the outdoor dining venues there were wonderful. For the food alone, I would give it a 4 out if 5, as I think it could have been a bit better...but over all, this place was pretty great. One thing to note though, this place is pretty far from Castries, and Soufriere (where many if the island's attractions are)...and it's also quite far from the air... Read more

My wife and I spent 5 days in this resort in St Lucia. The resort is beautiful, well kept, and run by some of the best service staff I have encountered. We stayed in a 2 bed suite on the ground floor with private jacuzzi. The suite is well furnished with washer, dryer, well equipped kitchen. The suite interior decor was very tastefully done up. The hotel staff are so wonderful, they are friendly and treat you like family. I especially love their sense of humour. The beach club at the resort is l... Read more

This was my first trip to The Landings and I had a great time. The rooms were very comfortable, and on the ground floor units, there is a private hot tub. The house staff was helpful and nearly invisible. The Butler we had in charge of our area was outstanding. I had my 91 yo mother along, and she (along with the rest of the staff) kept an eye on her to make sure she was happy and safe. This alone gives it 5 stars. The trips were fun. The spa was very good. We stayed here for the first few days of our honeymoon and loved it. The room was immaculate and huge, with beautiful views of the marina and pigeon island. The food was delicious, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We took kayaks out into the bay, which was a lot of fun. The beach is very nice and relaxing. Great location, because it rains much less on the causeway than the mainland, so we had great weather almost the whole time even though we could see rain at Rodney bay. Staff are extremely friend... ‚??One word- FABUSOME! I gave this 6 day trip to St. Lucia to my husband for his 65th birthday. It was a surprise, until a few days before we left NY. This may be a bit TMI and lengthy, however I will break this review down in a few categories, as I think it is helpful to future guests: HOTEL - THE BESTEST! We never wanted anything, it was already in our room! The view is breathtaking and the layout of the property (5-minute cab ride to Gros Islet Friday night Street Party (rain or shine), whi... This is the most comfortable resort I have visited. The resort rooms are large condominiums and in exquisite condition. No chipped paint, no cracked tile, virtually no signs of use. The dining choices are limited, but more than adequate. Each restaurant rotates daily specials and they are cooked to perfection. The beach is very well cared for and smaller than your typical American resort beach, but larger than you will find most elsewhere. There is splendid security. The island itself does no... Read more

The apartments here are without doubt some of the best you will find anywhere. They are spotless, spacious and have everything you might need. The beach is very nice and well maintained. Lots of options for water sports which we all tried and our older teenage children really enjoyed. The food is only ok and can take a while to come out and the drinks are very overpriced. One round of drinks for a family of five can be as much as $52! More menu options are needed. We ate out of the resort a numb... Read more

Overall the resort suited our needs, but we would not return unless we were planning to use the place more like a condo and cook meals ourselves than treat it as a resort. The good: The marina was a lot of fun to watch and the boat we chartered for our wedding was able to dock at the resort to pickup the wedding party. The resort was small for those in our group that had difficulty walking distances and would send a shuttle to pick you up and shuttle you to the beach or restaurant. The forma... Read more

Staff are very friendly and the hotel is very well kept. Breakfast is good but could do with a bit more variety. The beach restaurant is great for lunch, wraps being very good. Watersports are good. We stayed at the hotel for 12 days, all of which were full of relaxation and enjoyment. During our first week the hotel was relatively quiet, which only added to the peace and tranquility of the location. Neither my husband or I had ever been to the Caribbean - he's spent more time in Asia - so it was with hope in our hearts that we decided on St Lucia and more importantly, The Landings. The Landings is a beautiful elegant resort with a marina, situated in a quiet area just 5-10mn of Gros Islet and Rodney Bay, and next door to one of the Sandal hotels. Nothing hasn't already been said other than that the beach is beautiful, clean, comfortable, safe and that the water is crystal clear with a slow slope, which is good for children in particular. The Landings is in the North West of the Island around a 1 1/2 hours taxi ride from the Airport. This is a scenic drive to say the least. Once again had a great time at The Landings. The staff are exceptionally charming and it was pleasing to meet the new Chef who has changed the menus which are much improved. Fine dining at The Palms was excellent. Aquarobics is always fun and we played tennis, made use of the 3 pools as well as the private beach. The new spa manager has made several improvements. The place is well maintained with beautiful lush landscaping. We'll be back again soon!

This resort was very beautiful. Scenery was amazing. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Couldn't ask for better customer service. The food was decent and there was no entertainment at the resort. Hence the four start rating.
