This was honestly the worst place we have ever been, this was mine & my husbands first family holiday with our daughter that is 2 years old, I wouldn't recommend anyone with young children to go here! We arrived in our accommodation that at a first glance was modern clean & tidy only to discover little tiny bugs running around all the surfaces which we couldn't get rid of, we had to store the kettle in the bathroom sink just so they wouldn't get inside! We read in the welcome book that the roo... Read more

Just returned from a weeks holiday and can honestly say we have no complaints. We travelled with a 3 year old who has had a fantastic time. The rooms are extremely spacey, modern with a walk in shower. They have a hairdryer, large mirrored wardrobes and air con in the bedroom. They also have a microwave, fridge and kettle in the room although we didn't use this! We didn't really use the tv as we were only in the room in the night. The rooms were cleaned most days with clean towels given dai... Read more

Just returned from a 5 night stay at this hotel and would not recommend it if you would like good customer service and do not want to be charged for everything. My fiance and I just returned from a stay here for my birthday and from the outset they asked for 26 euros for a safe, 10 euros for a TV remote and air conditioner remote and 10 euros per towel hire which is disgusting. My fiance was in correspondence with the hotel prior to arrange a birthday surprise, which the hotel agreed to and on... Read more

I will never go on an all inclusive holiday again. The service was impersonal at the PlayaBlanca Hotel Paradise, Lanzarote, Canary Islands. 1. The quality and choice of food was poor. The layout of the dining room was confusing. If they could have had a selection of cooked meats chicken, beef, lamb instead of pork all the time. 2. Accommodation. Our apartment overlooked the cesspit so you can imagine the smell from mid morning onwards. The rooms were ok lovely and clean. Staff helpful. The... Read more

The dyno park was fab for the kids 2, we didn't have any issues at all. There was a free bus down 2 the stunning Dorada beach. The marina was beautiful and the markets was nice there 2, no rif raf about no dodgy people selling crap. We have never been here before and we as a family of 4 really enjoyed this clean and polite island... Read more

We went with our kids aged 8, 9 and 10 and had a great time. After reading the reviews we were a bit pessimistic but there was no need at all. Food was actually quite good for an all inclusive although we did eat out twice as we were already out and about. The rooms are lovely and spacious although we were in room 520 right by the evening entertainment so it was quite noisy but not until too late in the night. The waterpark could do with a bit of updating but the kids went there once and enjoye... Read more
