We stayed at this hotel for three nights on a city break in valencia. The spacious reception area was pristine and staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast room with lots of choice. Small bar area with drinks and snacks and alcoholic beverages very reasonably priced which is unusual for a hotel. Nice clean room with goid size bathroom. We had a problem with the shower and advised reception and a maintenance man came up within ten minutes and fixed it so very impressed.

The rooms are super spacious, clean and include many facilities! The hotel is in a perfect location and almost near to everything in Valencia! Highly recommended to stay at this hotel as it is near to the train station and Valencia's old city center!

After reading some of the reviews on Trip Advisor beforehand, we were a bit dubious about our stay. However, we absolutely loved it and would recommend it to couples and families. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome and receptionists all spoke excellent English. They were incredibly helpful and recommended a great bar where watched the Champions League Final! The bar was called 'Liverpool' and it has a great atmosphere - the locals are so friendly. The hotel is definitely in a great locatio... Read more

Yes - this hotel is nice. Bedrooms are spacious and spotless clean. However, some of the staff were most unhelpful. When we asked for additional milk for our bedroom cuppas - it was dreadful. They counted out two?! When I asked for more for the morning they said - you have had two!? I have been a hotelier in a previous life - I know how much those tiny milk cartons cost. The hotel should have had a higher rating - but I am sorry I like my tea!

If you want a comfortable , nice hotel at a decent price, then Senator Parque Central Valencia could be one of your choices. Well located, not far from the city center - about 15 m inutes walking along the Cadiz street, you will find this hotel that is a good value for money. The rooms are very large, bright and well kept, the restaurant for breakfast makes you feel welcomed and if you want, you can even go to the gym from the third floor. Even if it is a big hotel, 192 rooms, you won't feel it... Read more

Very warm days (30 C) and air conditioning not working in the hotel and couldn't see any effort to fix it. Poor breakfast for a pretending 4 star hotel. During breakfast time successive service breakdowns in the juice machine, coffee machine, replacement of food, etc due to lack of personnel. Poor housekeeping.

I have stayed here several times now and really like the hotel. It's in a central location, and is not too far from the beach or the centre of town. You can catch a bus from nearby in either direction, and there's always taxis waiting outside if you're in a hurry. It's a large, clean hotel, with plenty of space. It's a shame that they don't have a pool, but despite this I still choose to stay here because of the friendly staff and comfy rooms.

Nice place to stay, even it does not have swimming pool it has a good location, it is about 15 walking from the center. Very closer there are many places to go for a drink or eat. The beach is not so close, but renting a bike would be a good option! The bus stop also close the hotel but be sure of ask for good directions so you know which bus to take.

The hotel is more for business trips rather than for tourists, who wants to explore the city. The hotel is good and the rooms are clean but it is not located in a walking distance to the city centre although the railway station is close enough. The breakfast was ok but there were no fresh vegetables at all. Our fridge was out of order and no one came to repair it(asked 3 times for that) Overall it is a good hotel with big, clean rooms and a nice view over a big boulevard.

We stayed here over the weekend is a huge hotel, nothing fancy, but is clean, well situated with regards to places you want to see in Valencia. Breakfast options are few and the wi-fi is not good at all. We only stayed here because they had a very good offer for this weekend. The room was cleaned everyday, tv had channels from Spain, Italy and Germany, they also have a safe in the room.

Excelent hotel with very friendly staff! The rooms are big and clean, and also the bathrooms. In the morning they have a very good coffee with croissant at the hotel restaurant. The hotel is 20-30min walking to the city centre and aproximate 1hour to the beach! Loved it!

The staff seems at 3* stars quality, i found an AMAZING reception called Lucia she was fantastic a nd very kind, I asked at other guy a raccomandation for a good restaurant and he was so vain , and he told me to go on the center and to found, not very professional. The Senator Parque Hotel was a step up compared with our hotel in Madrid. Modern, large foyer /reception . Rooms more than satisfactory with AC and good quality bathrooms. Very good décor. House phone + wall safe. We faced the Plaza Manuel Sanchis Guarner but no real inconvenience at all. Breakfast was part of the deal and it was first class with waiter service for the hot food. WiFi adequate but could pay premium to get upgrade. Recommended despite not being dead centre to the City but withi... Read more

Where to start: The reception staff was very professional, spoke English very well and was helpful with our questions and requests. They will even let you store a rented bike in a locked room so that is a very big plus. The room itself was excellent: big room, equipped with small fridge, free bottled water apparently, ice bucket and free ice machine on 4th floor if you fancy a sangria or champagne in the room. The bathroom is huge and clean. The room was cleaned and tidied up every day. It is no... Read more

Fabulous hotel where all the staff were friendly, efficient, polite and extremely helpful. First class. The room was large with plenty of space and was kept immaculate and spotless clean by the room attendant. The hotel was situated between the old town and the port and transport to these places was very close to the hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights and found the staff very hepful and accommodating, particularly the restaurant manager (Miguel) who was very efficient and attentive. Breakfast buffet is extensive and special requests were catered for. The rooms are good sized & are cleaned to a high standard each day. Only ten minutes walk from the city centre, the hotel is ideally situated as bus stops to the centre and beaches are just outside the door (?1.50 each way). We highly recommend this cl... Read more

We had a large well appointed room on the 7th floor, had all the usual amenities including minibar ( reasonably priced ). Buffet breakfast was good - if you want the 'full english' just ask, they will cook it for you at no extra charge. Not far from the station - 6 euros by taxi, also not too far from the airport - 17 euros by taxi. The local bus service is very good ( every 10 minutes to town centre, costs 1.5 euros, takes less than 10 minutes, town centre is the first bustop after the bullring... Read more

We arrived late at night (around 23:00) by train at Joaquin Sorolla station. There is no walkable connection (although we took the shady pedestrian bridge a bit further out), so a cab is recommended to get to the hotel. We asked at the reception where to find some food, and the person behind the counter pointed us to the wrong direction, with no specific address or suggestion (not what you want late at night). We spent 15 minutes walking (at 11 PM) in the wrong direction, untill we opened Tripad... Read more

Staying in this hotel supposably 4 star Is really disappointing. You would think 4 star would give you good service so you feel welcomed. I could say very few and I mean 2 staffs were actually nice. Smiled and greeted me and my partner. But the rest were acting like they hated their life. Especially the female staffs were incredibly rude. Just a blank hollow stare no good morning or how may I help you. Just a hand out to get our room card or waiting for a response. The staff even chuck the card ... Read more

We stayed 7 nights at this spacious hotel with large rooms with comfortable king size beds and good size bathroom with powerful shower and plenty of hot water at any time of day it also has a very good air-con system ( which we needed at 40C) and even with the busy roads outside its nice and quiet and it's very clean with good bed sheets and towels. very large rooms for a city hotel, very clean and quite quiet. Was a shame on 4 occasions we had to ask for towels because they would only leave one bath and one hand which wasnt suitable for a couple. Good air con in the room. Had to pay to get our outward bound boarding passes printed off which we have never done before in a city hotel, a bit mean. Quite a walk into the centre but straight forward if a little drain smelly.

On arrival staff could have been more friendly..the lady receptionist was very uniformative when question asked regarding beach and road to walk to the centre. Rooms spacious...fridge to fill with our shop brought goodies. Bathroom excellent except towel quality was not 4 star. Tea and coffee in room. A bit far from main town after a full day out. The area around the hotel had bars and restaurants much cheaper than old town..

Usually when I write a hotel review I find it fairly easy to be complimentary with few criticisms but although this hotel is an impressive looking building and has nicely appointed rooms it does fall down in certain areas. Basically it is more a business person's hotel than a tourist hotel because it is pretty basic in the reception area (very few leaflets), no decent restaurant and is a long walk from the city centre. I had to change rooms because I couldn't sleep because of the traffic noise... Read more

The room was clean but quite basic. Not many wardrobe hangers. A kettle but the sachets were never replenished. Also, the wi-fi wasn't very good at all. You had an option to pay for a better service. All in all it's difficult to believe it's a 4 star hotel apart from in the price.

This is a plain and impersonal modern hotel on a very busy intersection where noise can be a problem, although double-glazing and quiet air conditioning help to offset this. It is situated a mile or so from the city centre and unless one is ready to take taxis everywhere there is a lengthy walk (albeit on the flat) to restaurants and tourist attractions. Rooms are large and functional but clean (and a bonus for British visitors is the provision of a kettle for tea-making). The hotel has no faci... Read more

Basic hotel, bad WiFi, don't expect a gym or a sauna room to be available. I would rate it a 2* max. Free bottle of water in what is advertised as a free mini bar, non alcoholic drinks only, another lie, it is for the 1st night only !! Do not believe the Hotels hype.

The hotel was not 4 star. On arrival you walk into a tired reception and are greeted by unhelpful staff. Then to the rooms . An empty minibar, free water provided but only on the first say, limited tea and coffee, poor quality towels. Then to the facilities gym and spa closed, no room service. Anything you wanted you called but had to fetch yourself. 2 star max experience.
