This hotel is situated close to the biopark and easy to get to from the airport by metro. Very nice staff, clean modern rooms with a fantastic "rain"shower. Free WiFi which works very well. The food they serve (and the drinks) are very good. The old town is close to the hotel. 15 minute walk.

Very nice hotel close to the city center of Valencia, close to the green area around Valencia, only few kilometers from the beach. Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean room. Breakfast was perfect. We would recommend this hotel to couples, friends and families travelling to Valencia.

When we first got there we were greeted by the receptionist who answered every question we had and even gave a few good suggestions. The bed was massive! The room was so clean and spacey had a fridge and a tv but not a lot of English channels but that didn't bother us! The photo of a red light is actually a heat lamp for when you come out of the shower. You can get fresh towels everyday if you leave them on the floor. The location was good, right across the road from a shopping centre with loads... Read more

We have recently returned from a five day break in the lovely city of valencia. We stayed at the Hotel Kramer near Turia metro. The metro takes you straight from the airport into the heart of the city. The lady at the kiosk gave us one rechargeable card to use between us ( just tap it twice). i think the fare plus cost of the card to the centre was less than 8 euros for the both of us. To get to the hotel we changed at angel guimera and one stop thereafter to Turia. The Hotel is less than a ... Read more

We had a very nice stay. Everyone was very friendly. We wanted a bed for our baby, and it was in the room when we arrived. Also everything was clean. We found a good parking space near the hotel for free. I will come again.

What can I say, well it's your standard franchise business hotel. Room - nice modern decor and very clean. You don't have to pay for the safe which is good. The TV only has business English channels about the news and stock market and you're not able to change the source to connect a USB or anything. The bed we had was queen sized which was great. Loads of room. The bathroom is small but nice shower and also very clean. Staff - the reception staff were very helpful and could tell us exactly wha... Read more

Just returned from a weeks stay at the hotel Kramer,in Valencia. The hotel is nicely situated in the Campanar area of the city,a stones throw from the beautiful Turia( a dry river valley turned into a beautiful leisure area running for about 6 kilometres through the city)and the metro station which bears the same name. The rooms and facilties are on par with a comfortable "Premier Inn" but is smaller.A small reception area and off this on the ground floor is a small bar area, which doubles up as t... Only stayed one night but it was perfect.. Clean & tidy rooms, very modern design, lovely little cafe onsite, great staff.. Location is ideal to go out for dinner and do a little shopping.. Parking is extra and quite expense unless you mange to find one on the street which is free.. We managed to find a spot just outside which was lucky so did help with this review to be honest.. Would go back but will budget for the car park so not to disappoint myself..

Hotel located nearby a big shopping mall, there is a metro station. Also, bus is an alternative method to connect the hotel and city center which is really convenient. Highly recommend this hotel to all of you.

Nice hotel for a citytrip to Valencia. Walk to Placa de la Virgen in about 15 to 20 minutes. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. We arived early. We left our luggage in the hotel and around 12:00 we got our room. The staff takes time to tell you all about the highlights in Valencia. We rented bikes (?12 a day per bike) for three days. You're in Turia Parc within 2 minutes and from there you can ride everywhere. We went to the beach twice. A 40 minute biketrip with at least 30 minutes t... Read more

Only booked one night through Dial a Flight, who recommended it central to an appointment I had in Valencia The hotel was lovely, rooms clean and modern, staff very helpful. It is an idea location, opposite a shopping centre, and a very short walk through to the green park 'El carme' ? That takes you through to a beautiful old city with stunning buildings and tapas bars / restaurants. The following day we hired push bikes and cycled through the beautiful parks to the beach - 20 minutes wit... Read more

If I would not give an "excellent" review, my wife would kill me. So, about the hotel. It has only 3 stars but we were very happy for choosing it. The staff is very friendly, they gave us a room on the top floor like we asked. The room was clean and modern, the view beautiful. Other pro's : -close to metro -after three disappointing meals at three different restaurants we decided to eat at the hotel, only to find out that the food from Kramer is much better! -close to the park -close to ci... Rooms are good sized and well equipped. Breakfast is somewhat limited in choice but very tasty and enough for the avarage eater ..and served with a smile! Tip: if you want a breakfast item that's not mentioned just ask. Most things are available but there's no witten menu. The same restaurant/bar is also open in the afternoon... Read more

Hotel Kramer is a very nice hotel, most definitely if you want to visit many authentic places. The hotel is near the old town of El Carmen, which is a great place for sightseeing. The hotel is next to el corte ingles which is a big shopping centre. The hotel itself looks modern and clean. The staff is always nice and polite and are almost fluent at English (you wont find many people in Spain who speak English, so this is a big plus). The beds seem a little hard, but the soft pillows and blanke... Read more

Nice, clean unit. Helpful staff. Nice restaurant (Kramer Bar) in hotel. Located near old town Valencia, although staff recommended we go to a restaurant that had gone out of business. Took is awhile to figure out the AC, but once we did it was quite comfortable. We would stay here again, for sure.

We stayed for about a week in Valencia and were very pleased with all the hotel services. Good, clean and modern rooms, nice and helpful staff and excellent location. Only downside was the neighbors in the room next door, we had to listen to some loud noises day and night for a couple of days.. As it was probably just "bad luck" this time, we would for sure stay again in this hotel if we stayed in Valencia again!

Staff was great at making recommendations, giving directions, arranging taxis, holding luggage. Check-in and check-out were efficient. Pull out bed was comfortable for two adults, but sagged towards middle pushing you together. I never did figure out how to push the bed back in. This was a great hotel to stay in. We came here after having issues where we were staying on this particular trip and came here last minute. They were accommodating and we had no issues checking in. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean and very nice. This is also located very close to two separate metro stations, making it very easy to get around. I honestly can't recommend this hotel enough for people looking for a place to stay.

It is a good Hotel nearby metro Station, therefore good to reach from the airport. It also good to explore the City. You reach center within a 20 minutes walk or by bus/metro. But there are some negative points for this Hotel as well. It is nearby a main street and the most rooms are heading in this direction, therefore it is really loud during the whole day, especially in the morning hours. Breakfast is nothing special. But the coffee served there is real coffee and not from any machine. Alltog... Read more

We stayed two days at the Kramer hotel. Overall impression of the room was positive, although it was pretty small. Our room had modern decoration, it was tidy and had a very wide bed. We enjoyed very good WiFi reception and the room had a large flatscreen TV, but unfortunately the TV doesn't have a USB port so you can't watch photos or video from a USB stick. This is a fantastic, no frills hotel. Staff, both on reception and in the Kram Bar, are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. The location is excellent as only a twenty minute walk through the park to the Old Town. Also, about 10 minutes to walk to the bus station so, for us, was really convenient. Will definitely stay here on our next visit to this beautiful city.
