This hotel is in the perfect location for access to all points of the city. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The rooftop terrace was just what we needed after a long day. The rooms were a little small but adequate. The cold buffet breakfast was O.K. But would of preferred some hot food. You had to be down handy to get a table as the restaurant area was quite small, but why lie in bed in a lovely city where there is so much to see. We will definitely be going back to Valencia and possibly ... Read more

I stayed here whilst attending a conference in Valencia. It was very easy to get to from the airport tube and close to many other bus/tube stations. The hotel is small but very clean and in a fantastic location!! The staff were all extremely helpful and every single one went out of there way to help in anyway they could. The location next to the town square was fantastic and in the best part of the city! The hotel has a lovely roof terrace that looks over the old town and you can buy wine in t... Read more

Stayed here during the middle of may. Hotel was very clean and we'll kept. Staff were always pleasant to deal with, very friendly and helpful with directions or suggestions. Twin room was spacious for two people with a good sized bathroom and shower. Cleaning staff did a great job each day. Location is very central with less than 5 minute walk to the central market and very close to a shop which was very handy

I spent 4 nights here. It's a 2 stars hotel , no many fridge in the room but with AC and clean. there is practically in downtown with good connection with every touristic area. I think you don't need ticket for metro/bus because in maximum 30 min you can reach almost everything. There are pedestrian area around with many restaurants and Mercadona near hotel. The staff is very helpful. the most unpleasant are walls, its are very thin and you can everything from other rooms and you can't sleep ver... Read more

We love the location and feel of this hotel. The rooms have nice air conditioning and electric fans. The beds themselves are also very comfortable. Bathrooms are small but they will do. The rooftop terrace is a nice touch, with a great view. The staff downstairs was very helpful with maps and recommendations for food and shopping. We originally wanted to stay on the water but staying in the city was a much better choice. You're within great walking distance of several shops and beautiful squares... Read more

Great location.... easy access to main shopping streets, city center, bus stops, etc. Only complaint was the extremely small shower in our specific room (some did have larger) and the custodial workers were quite noisy while in the hallways... appreciative of their hard work, however slightly disruptive when trying to rest/sleep.

I stayed here with my daughter for a few days and the location is absolutely perfect for visiting all the sights. Prior to our trip we had arranged that the hotel whould sort out a shuttle bus from the airport for us as our flight came in quite late at night. The taxi never arrived, we sorted one for ourselves outside at the taxi rank, but the hotel never offered an explanation other than a shrug of shoulders. Our room was on the second floor at the end of the corridor. It didn't overlook an... Read more

If you are wanting a 2* hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff then this is the place to stay in Valencia. This is a 2* hotel so do not expect the luxuries of a higher rated hotel. The rooms aren't big in size and they are simple with a wardrobe and desk only, the walls are thin and you can hear the water systems from surrounding bathrooms - and should you be unfortunate the have a noisy family next door you will hear them quite clearly. However, that said when you are in such... Read more

As a solo traveler I really loved this little place. Right in the old city, perfect for all the attractions. Lots of good places to eat and drink. Great supermarket 2 minutes away. Staff were wonderful and the roof terrace great. I took my breakfast up there and enjoyed the morning sunshine. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Room 111 Let me start with the positives: The hotel is in a great location just off the main town square and within walking distance of all the sights and main metro station (xativa) There is a good continental breakfast buffet consisting of pastries, cold meats, cheese, fruit, cereals, bread, tea and coffee. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to explain directions etc.. A few negatives: Lack of natural light in the room. We had one window but it faced inwards to a c... The location of this hotel is AMAZING! Right in the city centre. Everything you would want to go see in Valencia is right around the corner. The people at the hotel are very nice and speak good English. They were really helpful. They helped us with restaurant reservations and other stuff. The room is also really great. We had a room with a bath (101), which was great. Really big bathroom. Only negative part was that it could get really noisy. You can hear the elevator and people talking while wa... Read more

The hotel was really pleasant, the staff were fantastic; especially the girl who greeted us weary off of the plane on the first night! The only criticism I have is that they did some DIY work on replacing our room door in the middle of the day without letting us know this would be happening. Not a big thing I guess since normally guests would be out of the hotel anyway but maybe would have been nice to get a heads up. The bike hire was easy and reasonable and there was no issue accommodating ... Read more

Great little bargain hotel which is a 2 min walk from Colon metro in one direction and 10 min walk from cathedral in the other. Very convenient. Clean - yes. Safe - yes. Friendly - very. Even the breakfast sets you up for a good start and it's only 7 quid. Easy to get to all sites and beach on metro. Printed out documents for me for a meeting, gave me nice plastic walket....helped me find laundry. Plus a small roof terrace for an evening here in the sun. Top place - made by the staff. The walls ... Read more

This hotel has a great location for visiting the Old Town especially. The staff is friendly. The sunterrace has a great View! We did not have breakfast since you can enjoy that in Valencia for as little as ?1,80 (tostada, coffee, zumo de naranja). The beds are good. It did seem like our neighbours were in our room. But after OnE night, you get used to it.
