I was very happy with my stay in general in this hotel, beautiful and comfy rooms (new hotel). Bed, breakfast and service was excellent. Great view from our room. A little bit far from the center of Valencia, but it was nice to sleep in a quiet environment. Metro station is close by (very convenient) and a shopping center too. Very good restaurants around the hotel to enjoy the Spanish Cuisine! The only little problem was that the extra bed for our daughter was a very bad quality and she ha... Read more

Our experience wasn't great at this hotel. The location wasn't too bad near trams and metros taking you out to the beach or into the city. The room and breakfast were nice enough but I would put this hotel at 3 stars and for pretty much the same price there were better hotels in the area. The reception staff barely spoke English so communication was difficult. There were no tea and coffe facilities in the room and no chance of borrowing an iron. The roof top pool was open but no sun lounger an... Read more

It was good, Simple and very clean. Bed very comfortable, rooms nice and good breakfast. I was on the top, good views and very silent. They gym can be better, and the Pool was good! You can also park the car nearby, there is plenty of space without paying.

Clean comfortable rooms. A good variety provided for breakfast @ 7 EUR. Easy check-in, staff on reception were helpful. lots of bars/restaurants nearby. Great view from rooftop pool. Hop on hop off bus stop close to hotel.

Clean comfortable room with huge bed, spa bath and views over the city to the sea. Incredible vista from the rooftop pool terrace taking in the entire region. Breakfast was of a high standard with a large variety of fruit, cold mrats, cheese and hot buffet standards. Staff always pleasant and respectful. All in all excellent value and can't wait to use another hotel in the group...

The hotel was built next to the big stadium, that has not been finished for unknown to us reasons. It appears that the stadium was planned to make another big statement for the city. Reception staff was friendly and spoke English, gave us a city map and showed the best places to visit and how to get there by public transport. Rooms are located o the higher floors of the hotel building, staring from 15th floor. On floor 23 is a nice gym and sauna, with towels provided, and from there you can... Read more

Close to shops and restaurants. Staff friendly. Exceptional views from roof top pool area. Rooms clean with expected toiletries. Breakfast good value but need a double shot coffee with the machines they use

Staff on reception desk were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was large and very clean. Lovely big bed with very comfy pillows. Stunning views from our room on 22nd floor! Nice location near to cafes and restaurants. Metro and tram close by for visiting the city centre and beaches. Would definitely recommend.

Where this place scores is the metro adjacent, free parking opposite and a great selection of bars and cafes all round. It is a bit odd that hotel doesn't actually start till the fourteenth floor but once you get used to high rise living it's OK. I must admire the Spanish for their ability to build huge underground car parks. The hotel shares an underground parking complex with private parking, Consum and other hotels and it's great to come back after a day exploring and plonk your car under the... Read more

We stayed for 3 nights back in May with my partner. It is an okay hotel little bit out of the town centre but really close to the metro station. The room was clean, the view is really nice from the 23rd floor. The staff is helpful although some of them don't speak english. At breakfast you have plenty stuff to choose from but the quality is not the best. Altogether we would stay again here.

We stayed only for one night in this hotel but two hours after checkin, we asked the guy at the Reception if we could add another night to our booking but unfortunately we couldn't do it as the hotel was fully booked. It's very close to the highway and quite accessible. Staff at reception was quite friendly and helpful and even though I'm still learning Spanish, they appreciated my effort to speak to them in their native tongue (which I enjoyed as well). Room was very clean, tidy and well organi... Read more

Excellent reception staff. Superb value. Location is perfect if you have a car. The hop on hop off tourist bus stops right beside the hotel. The metro stop is also right beside the hotel which brings you into the centre of the city. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby also. The highlight was having lunch by the rooftop pool.

Hotel is easy to find tall building which is located quite far away from the center in a quarter, where many hotels are located. Do not try to walk like myself, just take public transportation. The quarter is cozy with lots of supermarkets, fast food restaurants and the most important free and safe parking place possibilities in the vicinity. Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was more than adequate. I did not use the hotel facilities. Staff was nice, polite and helpful... Read more

Excellent location and more relaxing than staying in the City. The food around this area is also much cheaper and value for money. We would highly recommend John Beer Irish restaurant where they do amazing food (BIG portions!), excellent beer and a very relaxing environment with very friendly staff. The rooms are comfortable and quiet and the receptionists are very helpful. We didn't have the breakfast as there were many places around the hotel to have a late breakfast. Overall a excellent ... The best things about the hotel are the views and the breakfast. The views are stunning and because the hotel starts at the 14th floor of a 23 storey building each floor has great views. There is a rooftop pool and bar that whilst small are still good. The gym is on the 22nd floor and working out whilst looking that the views must be great (I don't work out). The hotel is nice but just a little bit threadbare in parts, nothing serious - just tired. The bath is jacuzzi style. TV only has one Engl... Read more

We stayed in this hotel for four nights. The room was lovely and spotless, and the views are also great. Although a bit far from the city centre, the metro station and bus stop are a 2 minute walk away and the transport system is very efficient. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Although I did not like the breakfast since the bread and pastries tasted like they were frozen and then defrosted, my boyfriend didn't mind it. Also, the pool is quite small, however this was not an issue for us... Read more

The Eurostars Valencia hotel is located two minutes walk from Beniferri metro station. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfy and the common areas of the hotel are well appointed. All of the staff I met were pleasant, helpfull and polite. The buffet breakfast was good with a fair selection to choose from. Although the coffee was from a machine, it was very acceptable. There are several bars, restaurants and supermarkets in the streets nearby the hotel. The small rooftop pool and sundeck underst... Read more

Very clean and well equipped hotel; excellent rooms and bathrooms, friendly and efficient service, really nice pool deck, free wifi and free parking outside, very reasonable rates. Highly recommended, but slightly away from the centre, so you would need to sort out transport arrangements if you do not have a car.

Hotel with many rooms per floor, but very comfortable for two/three days stay. Is situated quite far from center and beaches, but metro station is two blocks away. Anyhow a car is needed and easy to move to different places in and out in Valencia. You can park outside and is free. Nearby is the new stadium for Valencia football team (still at work) and you have a great view from higher floors. Also two blocks away from hotel, you find 'El Corte Ingles' Outlet store and supermarket. It's a good p... Read more

It is a great hotel with good service and very well equipped. Beds are very comfortable. Showers work really well with plenty of hot water. Breakfast buffet has good variety. The location is near Metro (underground), Taxi stops and Valenbisi (public bicycle service), however it is far from the beach and from touristic places.

Spacious, and comfortable. Very helpful staff. The car park is underground, to the right of the hotel entrance, and is shared with a supermarket. However, the hotel's private section is behind a large white shutter right by the exit barrier. You have to use the intercom on the wall to get them to open it for you. It's just a short walk to the Metro station by the big roundabout, which is in Zone A, and about 20 minutes from the city centre.

The Hotel looks amazing from the outside, you will get disappointed as soon as you come in to the reception area. It is small but the staff is nice and helpful. Once you get to your floor you will encounter an narrow and dark carpet corridor. Once you passed the awful corridor, you will be surprised with actually a decent room. It is a regular size, wood floors and the decoration is modern. Clean, even though you can tell is old, the room is well kept. Parking is inside of a public parking, you ... Read more

Overall, really liked this place and for a European hotel, it had many amenities I like in American hotels. The hotel itself is very modern, clean and well appointed. I was surprised by the large rooms and bathrooms. Having the bike rentals on property was a real bonus as the city center is just a quick bike ride away (or the subway is around the corner too). There were however a few things I would have liked to make this get another star. First, no iron was available from the front desk... Read more

This hotel was exactly what we were looking for when we went to Valencia for a one week break in October: nice room and bed, nice breakfast if you wanted to, clean, friendly staff and at a convenient location. We have rented a couple of bikes most days (the hotel rents them out, normal ones or electric bikes) and then it really is about 10/15 mins to get to the city center. If you don't want to rent hotel bikes, there is a city bike station just around the corner from the hotel or, if you don't ... Read more

Overall this underperforms. The room had floor boards which were lifting. The air conditioner sounded like a tractor when on full fan. Ther is no iron in the the room nor tea-making facilitates. The bath-shower is very high off the ground so getting out is hazardous. The breakfast was ordinary and the milk was long-life. Breakfast only starts at 8 AM on weekend. This means that attendees at a local conference missed out as the conference started at 8 AM. The corridor to the rooms was dark and s... Read more

Great rooms, comfortable beds and great + cheap breakfast. The hotel was also located only 200m walking from metro station from which you reach the city centre in 5 min. I also appreciated a lot that the hotel offered an own private parking in the building. Close to the hotel there are also a lot of restaurants I would immediately go back if I would return to Valencia

Hotel is located just opposite what is going to be the new Mestalla football stadium and perfect for visiting the city centre. A beautiful hotel with big, spacious rooms. The highlight for me had to be the spa bath in the room! Absolutely amazing! Huge bed too which we didn't want to get out of! The hotel is near some restaurants if you don't want to eat in the hotel. Overall a great stay and we'd love to come back.

We have just arrived and have been unpleasantly surprised by strange odor in the room.
