The staff were all helpful, kind, and professional. We had a hiccup with our luggage and the front desk helped us sort it out. As a family of four we stayed in a two bedroom suite, which was clean and spacious. The location was convenient and we never had a wait getting a cab right outside the hotel. Our experience at Barcelo Valencia was excellent.

Everything was great except the bathroom and the main room has no privacy. The light wakes up my daughter when I go to the bathroom. The room is poorly designed. Shower is less than half closed so water fall all over when taking a shower.

Everything was pretty standard here. Rooms are clean, modern, but small. Breakfast was decent and serviceable. Hotel is suitable for tour groups who are just looking to spend a night and move on. I wasn't impressed, but wasn't discontent with my visit. Standard.

We were traveling with a bus tour group and this was our assigned hotel. We were upgraded to a suite with another couple that were friends of ours. It was very spacious, with an extra sitting room, television and bathroom between the 2 large bedrooms with full bathrooms. The hotel was very modern and the only disappointment is that we were staying just one night. The hotel is very close to the City of Arts and Sciences, so you can easily stroll there in a couple of minutes. The view from our... Read more

Location: good Staff: friendly Breakfast: not a lot to chose from Rooms: clean and big enough, but noisy. Bathroom is ok, but really don't know why they want to have an open bathroom, including a toilet with a milk-glass door. Other facilities like the restaurant and gym are ok (nothing special, but it's there if you need it).

The hotel suites were very nicely decorated, the view from the roof terrace is spectacular. The overall location, conveniently across from the City of sciences museums is phenomenal. Kitchen and other amenities were of excellent quality.

This is an hotel where I go very regularly. The price is reasonable with adequately equipped rooms. The location of the hotel is good and 5 minutes taxi takes you to the center of Valencia. I particularly enjoy the breakfast in this hotel, with a large choice of quality food and good coffee. They also have a spa and pool that I never tried so far. I tried several hotels in the area and this modern one does the job very well. Good welcome at the desk as well.

Excellent breakfast! We have been there before, but it was not so good. A friendly waiter told us that resently the chef was changed. The new one is much better. We visited the restaurant and could defently confirm that the food now is much better than before. We could not remember the name of the chef unfortunatly.

I've stayed at Barcelona Valencia a number of times. It is a very pleasant hotel. This time I was not disappointed, it is as good as it has always been. However, I missed the view. In my previous stay, I was fortunate enough to have benefited from a top floor room facing the City of Science and Arts. What a privilege! I love the view, both day and night. This time I was not so lucky (I think it is feasible to pay an extra for these rooms, but I did not ask). I missed it. Who knows next time I'... Read more

Location was key for my visit to Valencia. The marathon starts and ends near this hotel. Although there is no metro stations close, the area is so pleasantly walkable. The hotel is modern, but has a warmth to it that doesn't usually coexist. The room was spacious and bright. The bed was luxurious. A solid sleep with marvelous pillows. Well appointed bathroom. I'll be back. And will seek out other Barcelo properties on my journeys.
