This was a lovely hotel, but it is set in the most beautiful setting. There are stunning attractions within a 5 minute walk. Rooms were nice and well equipped and very reasonably priced. Staff could not have been more helpful and met several couples who have been many times.

The staff are quite genuine and helpful, the room was clean, air conditioned and comfortable and the whole place was very nice to stay in. The hotel is extremely well priced and very convenient for the town centre.

Very comfortable stay. Helpful reception staff. Delicious food at the restaurant and served by a professional waiter, sorry that I forget his name. Room is spacious, comfortable bed. If I ever come back to Toledo, would like to stay here again.

This hotel is affordable and the lobby is nice and its close to several sites. The rooms are a little generic, however. If I had to choose again I'd go for a little more charm, but it's definitely a good value. The staff was excellent and the breakfast offered many options.

For me this was one of our top two stays in Spain it is in the old Jewish quarter best staff best food of our entire trip the staff really could not do enough for us. There is underground parking at the hotel but ensure to book it ahead of time. We struck lucky with a free upgrade to a superior room and I would suggest upgrading if you can. Extremely clean hotel on the outskirts of the centre. Toledo is amazing but very hard work if you are unfit or have mobility issues use cabs where possible... Read more

Second time in this hotel, it's nicely located and everything works. Nothing spectacular but sometimes that's exactly what you want when traveling for business. You know what you get, everything works, no surprises, breakfast is decent, car park is neat (although very small) and rooms are spacious. I'd probably go here again, just to be sure what's there waiting for me!

We have just returned from a amazing long weekend in Toledo at San Juan de los Reyes for a family wedding , the hotel is perfectly placed for exploring this beautiful city, the hotel is magnificent, and the staff were amazing, the service is faultless ! we stupidly left a bag of jewellery, the staff found it, contacted me and have mailed it to me free of charge despite my offer of payment ! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough ! If you want Toledo on your doorstep, with a beautiful hotel ... Read more

Booked for one night on the basis of favourable Trip Advisor reviews. Clean, comfortable, quiet location. Friendly capable service. Location is OK. Nothing is far away in Toledo. OK wifi. Good AC. Good breakfast. Despite the origins of the structure, the room layout and furnishings were typical of any chain hotel. A little worn. Overall, good value. .

We were there for two nights (most tourists only spend the day here) and are glad we stayed at the San Juan de los Reyes. For first time guests, couldn't be happier with the location, near everything, but quiet at the same time. Nice outdoor restaurant right across the street. The breakfast buffet was great with many Spanish choices. Room was clean and large enough for the two of us. Overall highly recommended, plus it comes at a good price!

We stayed two days in Toledo, and were very happy with this hotel. Lovely big room, airconditioning (a must in the Toledo heat), and very close to all the main museums and churches. The bus stop was right outside, which made heading up the hill much easier on our second day!

In July 2016 we stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Our twin bed room seemed a small but it was clean and functional. The beds were a bit firm but pillows quite good. The air conditioning in the room worked very well, a must as it was around 40°C when we were there. Nice bright and clean bathroom with a spa bath /shower. The most elaborate toiletry range I have ever encountered at any tourist class hotel over all the years - everything from a bath sponge to cologne. Pity the rooms were not soun... Read more

Great hotel with kind staff. The hotel is very clean. I was especially impressed when they let us check out a few hours late without a charge. Definitely a nice hotel near everything in historic Toledo.

We've just finished a short tour of Toledo, Seville and Granada and can honestly say this was the nicest hotel we stayed in. The staff are lovely and so helpful - we arrived late at night and they just sent us straight to our room so we could do the check in the next day. The included breakfast was excellent. We asked for and received a lovely quiet room on the top floor. No problem parking and - oh yes - a brilliant location close to everything yet easily accessible! Very happy!

A Charming property in a charming town. Perfect base for a 1 day exploration of Toledo. Many options to visit Toledo on day trips from Madrid but we really enjoyed the place in the evening as well. I highlight of our two weeks in Spain.

Our room on the second floor overlooked a quiet lane. It was roomy, spotless and quiet. The air conditioning was very efficient and a blessing in weather of over 40 degrees centigrade. The bathroom was also a good size, well equipped and everything worked. Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant very good with menu choices more imaginative than most places we have eaten at in Spain. Service was a little slow though. A great option for tired travellers. Free Wifi was good. Location very near ... Read more

A well-located hotel in a great location. Our room was clean and well air-conditioned. After a long hot day in Toledo, it was very welcoming. Parking was easy to get to in the middle of very narrow streets. The staff was most helpful and very responsive. Breakfast was very fresh and delicious.

The location is great, within walking distance of everything you may want to see in Toledo. Really quiet, great restaurants around. We request a balcony, and we got it, but the view is not the best. Definitively a place you want to return to. Don't bother to rent a car, you can take a taxi if you need to.

We stayed here for 1 week and we not disappointed. It is in the quiet area of Toldeo but within a 5 minute walk to the busier areas. The room was spacious and very clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent with lots to choose from. The staff were very helpful and polite. If staying in Toledo I would highly recommend a stay here.

Great location, helpful staff, and decent rooms. Breakfast is less than expected but still of good quality. The hotel is close to all historical places. Don't miss the walk to the view point over the hill to see Toledo. Try also the mazapan sweets it is one of the best.

Located right on the edge of where everything is happening. 5 minute walk to most places with plenty to see on the way. Room was nice and clean and well airconditioned. Breakfast was good without going over the top. Parking was a blessing as we had a hire car and there's not much else with very narrow streets.

The hotel is located in a great location in Toledo as everything to see is nearby. We found the room decor to be rather old fashioned, but the room was absolutely spotless. We stayed in room 209 which was quite large but had absolutely no view. Part of the ceiling in the room was slanted and there was a sun roof/window with a shade. The bathroom was quite large and was very clean. The restaurant in the hotel is very good but a little pricey. If you are driving, be sure to ask about parking.... Read more
