Hotel perfectly positioned twix 'kiss me quick land' and old town, on the beach. Went for b & b thankfully as the choice of restaurants in the town is amazing. Had 4th floor low numbered room facing pool and sea, perfect. Comfortable and modern suite - newly decorated and furnished. Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. Bathroom with his'nhers sinks, robes and slippers. Lots of wardrobe space. All very clean. Safe (15E per week with 10E deposit returnable). 2 lifts a long wa... Read more

Nice accommodation and facilities, excellent breakfast. Only downside was building work extremely close to our room which started at 7.30 am. To be fair to Jet 2 holidays they did pre warn us by emails a few weeks before so we could have changed our booking but we stuck with it but didn't realise the noise was so close!

Just returned from 1 week stay at suite fariones and had a really good holiday. Building work going on but did not spoil anything for us. There was more noise from people wheeling their cases in and out. Staff were great, room was lovely. view from balcony was like a scene from the carribbean. Plenty of sunloungers unfortunately sometimes had to move them to catch the sun. I will be returning in May.

The hotel was adequate, not the best i've stayed in but not the worst either. The problem with the hotel is that its like staying in the middle of a building site.Just a few yards below is the sister hotel which is having major renovation work and the other side is another site with big plant machinery. The noise is relentless for 10 hours a day.According to the locals this will be ongoing for 18 months.

Booked under recommendation from friends unfortunately when we arrived we weren't put in the newly refurbished part of hotel (that we had paid for upgrade) but after 12hours and persistence we were eventually moved. Our 2 eldest boys had room next to ours so was ideal keep eye on them we overlooked the pool beach views amazing. Breakfast outside was a joy every morning, the food was of a high standard. The shop inside was sooo handy for grabbing essentials and not overpriced. Usual complaint not... Read more

My husband and I have just come back from a two week holiday at the Fariones Playa. As others have mentioned, the hotel is in a fantastic location, with both the promenade and harbour within walking distance. The hotel itself is kept very clean and we had one of the refurbished rooms which had plenty of room and was fitted out to a very high/modern standard. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did not wish to get involved with the ‚??reserving a sunbed round the pool saga‚?? as to be honest ... Read more

The name hotel should be removed from their title. It is not a hotel, and certainly not a 4 star hotel. Most of the staff could barely speak any language, and most spoke only Spanish. The reception staff, except for two, were highly unprofessional and unpleasant. Their hotel only has 2 elevators for such an expansive facility. We had quite a walk to even get to the room.
