We stayed in Hotel La Vila for three nights in early May 2016 (I just wish it could have been longer) in a beautiful, clean & well furnished room overlooking the garden. The food served in the Hotel (including the individually cooked breakfast) was delicious and the staff are charming and professional. I definitely want to go back as soon as possible. Jane, Blackrock, Co. Dublin

Just at the main square in Sóller. Nicely decorated old style. Big rooms and toilets. Only 8 rooms. Excellent breakfast. Try the sangria. Had room 8 with tremendous view over the garden towards Port Sóller. No sound from the square. Big beds. Very pleasant hosts.

The penthouse was clearly a Malloquin family home, with a range of dark oak stained furniture. Two large and one good size bedroom, each with twin beds. A Large bathroom, with a large window, a great balcony overlooking the main square and the mountains beyond, which whet the appetite for the excellent range of walks. You are deep in the Tramuntana mountains, where each morning at breakfast on the square you will see departing walkers. Also, a large fridge to keep your drinks cold. The breakfast... Read more

Superb Boutique hotel with friendly and helpful receptionist / waitress. We will stay again as perfect way to visit the town.Just understand that there is no lift...this was no problem for us as the character of the hotel is preserved with a wonderful open stairway. Great breakfast menu...served with a smile

My partner and I travelled to Soller on the wooden train from Palma. We found Hotel La Vila just a two minute stroll from the station. The hotel is small (8 rooms) and perfectly situated right in the main square. Our room overlooked the square - great for people watching - and was comfortable and well equipped and the air con was effective and quiet. The room became remarkably quiet after 11pm until 7am. At other times there was the general noise of people enjoying themselves eating and chatting... Read more

Tiny hotel on the main square in Soller. Lots of charm. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful! They were happy to hold our luggage, to give trave advise, to make change for us, and to even teach us a little Spanish! We had a great experience here. And it's an excellent location. They gave us the room we requested, which had a view of the square and church. We did not find noise to be an issue at all (as some other reviewers have commented). The hotel's breakfast is giv... We have eaten twice at the restaurant but in the garden area at the back. Beautiful. The food and service was excellent both visits. The building itself is fantastic inside with ornate ceilings and a staircase you could use on a film setting. Well worth a visit.

Small and lovely hotel just in the vivid city center of Sóller ran by very charming staff. Rooms are pretty and tidy with comfortable beds. A decent breakfast with delicious coffee was served on the terrace infront of the main entrance. It is definitely a good place to stay a couple of days...

This was our second stay at the lovely Hotel Vila; three nights at the end of June 2016. Soller and its surrounds is such a wonderful place to visit and this Hotel is, for us, the perfect place to stay!

Staff always nice and chatty.we did not know their was a garden at the back .Will try this next time we go to Soller. Soller this end seems to go quiet about 10.30 11.00. great place to sit and have a drink.and watch the world going by.

14 of us oldies stayed at C'al Bisbe which we have enjoyed in the past but we dined twice at La Vila and in future I would certainly stay there as well. The delightful garden where we ate is behind the hotel and enclosed by lots of trees and shrubs so it's very peaceful despite being only a few yards from the town square , first class chef , interesting menu, charming waitresses who put up with much English banter, thoroughly recommended .

Located at the Sóller square you find this boutique hotel with a restaurant. My review is for the restaurant only! You can choose to sit at the square or, and many people don't know this is an option, in the hotel's cosy little courtyard. We opted for the square this time because it was hot and there was no breeze in the courtyard. The children were very happy with the chicken nuggets and the burger and all adults were satisfied too. I had the Pasta "La Vila" which is a variation of pasta car... Read more

Had a lovely 4 days here in the studio apartment. Did not realise that the studio is not in the main hotel but further along in the square with views into the hills. Needed to climb three flights but well worth the view and privacy it afforded. Also lovely and quite. No noise from the square. Really big bed and double shower which was lovely. Also a great breakfast searved out in the square. Staff were lovely and remembered our preferences ect. Great value for money. And great location.

We were staying in a house in Soller, but took my mother to Hotel La Vila for dinner on her birthday. As others have said, the garden at the back is lush, elegant and peaceful. The meal was delicious and the staff charming. They went out of their way to make my mother feel special. She was delighted with the whole experience, as were we.

We stayed in the hotel's large three bed apartment a few meters from the main hotel on the central square. It was three flights of stairs up (no lift!) but they did offer to help us carry some of our bags. I booked with the hotel and it cost us ?195 for 4 of us including breakfast for one night. For the area, that's about average price from what I found online. Our hotel apartment was clean, nicely furnished with old wooden cupboards and very conveniently situated for our 2 day visit to So... Read more

We had a great stay at Hotel La Vila in Soller! The hotel is in a beautiful old building, the service is excellent and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is served in the little square in front of the hotel with a gorgeous view of the church of Soller and the mountains surrounding the town. At night there is live music here and plenty of good restaurants to go for dinner near by. The charming, old fashioned train to Palma and tram that goes down to Port de Soller is just a few minutes wal... Read more

Great little Art Deco traditional Spanish town house hotel. Very Traditional in style, eight bedrooms with a lovely restaurant and garden. We had breakfast in the square opposite, which was very good. The rooms are good with air conditioning. The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly. Will be going back in September if we can get a room?

Our family of four (children 5 and 8), stayed one night in lovely Sóller and Hotel La Vila. The place is located in the central square of the city, with small cafés and restaurants all over and the team passing by. It has a very nice old interior, and is still clean and tidy. Nice staff and good food in the attic. If your going to Sóller you should definitely consider this hotel.

This is a lovely hotel in the centre of Soller, a delightful town in Majorca. The hotel has only 8 bedrooms and has a small and friendly feel. The staff are good; but a particular mention for Sylvie and Patricia who are the " power house" behind the hotels success, ;nothing is too much trouble for them and they could not be more efficient. Basically, they run the hotel. Definitely worth a visit; but please ask if there are any events on in the square as it is exceptionally noisy if you are at ... Read more

Attractive building in centre of Soller - we stayed 3 nights. Lovely breakfast served in pretty square with views of church and mountains. However wish we had asked for bedroom at rear of building as early morning cleaning of streets woke us up.

We had a very nice lunch and a professional and kind service by the waiter Daniel. The view over the harbour, the mountains behind and the picturesque town made the choice. And then the rest was on top. Jørn&Inger, Denmark
