Perfect position, great staff, but awfull view ona wall from our room. Website advertises only the top range rooms, with terrace, view, etc, but if you take a standard no way. Frankly speaking far too expensive. Missing kettle. Every morning we were woken up by the cleaning ladies shouting and laughing in the corridors, not ok for a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is very pretty, down a narrow cobbled street, so make to reserve parking if you need it. The staff were helpful. The hotel was quite noisy, but probably anywhere central and popular would be at the weekends. Our bathroom smelt a bit, but as we travelled through Spain, I think this is a general problem so probably not unique to the hotel. Sadly we were there during torrential rain, but the roof garden and outdoor restaurant seating looked lovely and i'm sure would be gorgeous in the ... Read more

This is the mail i sent to Vincci group :Checked in on 11th May stayed for 4 nights. Our entire experience with the Vincci La Rabida in Seville left a very bad memory and a ruined holiday. We were celebrating. For this reason we chose to spend much more than we would normally on what we thought was a beautiful hotel with luxury rooms and a roof terrace (the main reason for booking). We booked a double room. When we checked in we were given a twin. We requested a double from reception and then ... Read more

This is high living: a gorgeous hotel in the centre of Seville, arranged three arcaded stories high round a cenrtal covered courtyard, very like the riads you find in Morocco. Very stylish: we had two nights and I wanted to stay longer.

A very good hotel with character and friendly staff, very central and with a very good standard of restaurant catering. Family came to stay with us from Portugal whilst we were with you and we thoroughly enjoyed being together in such a lovely atmospheric and pleasant hotel. We took away very happy memories.

The location is perfect. Within easy walking distance of the main attractions. Avoid the Hop on Hop off bus. It is unnecessary and a waste of time. The breakfast is good the the courtyard is beautiful.

Upon entering the hotel things looked promising but our room (321) was very disappointing. The layout of the passageways was rather confusing. One of the lifts has a sign for reception, but when the lift opens you are in a corridor, then you have to use the stairs then you can find reception. Our room looked out onto a drab wall. The bathroom kept making a strange noise and was rather shabby. The breakfasts made up for some of the shortfalls but I thought it was a little on the expensive side. U... Read more

Pleasant hotel, helpful staff, rooms clean and comfortable but bathrooms in need of a revamp. Breakfast good, dinner in hotel restaurant had a great vibe but food was expensive. Parking available. Room was quiet but no view although it did look over a courtyard with awnings and pretty flower pots

The hotel is in a great location but the rooms are very small and need to be updates. The roof top restaurant and bar are lovely and the views are amazing. I just got a standard rooms and they are not great. I am In the room juts myself and there are two single bed. I think there should be a king size bed in a single room. Other then that the hotel is lovely and it is walking distance to the shops and the cathedral. The view I have from my room is really bad.

We had an enjoyable stay at the Vincci in Seville. Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. Room was fine, just as you would expect from a standard hotel. We appreciated being able to get extra pillows from their "pillow menu". Room was a little noisy though and they started cleaning the hall and rooms around us at about 9am in the morning- ok not that early but it's a holiday and things don't get going until a bit later in Spain so we were hoping for a sleep in.

The location is good and the public areas excellent, the bedrooms are reasonable but could do with updating and a better colour scheme. The breakfast was good, the bar/eating area on the roof looks fantastic, but to hot to eat when we where there.

Stayed here for 1 night. Was offered an upgrade for ?60 to a suite with an enormous terrace and incredible views of the cathedral . Well worth it as it was a great place to come back to in between our sightseeing. Great breakfast, lovely old building right in the heart of the city

Stayed in room 404 which is a comfortably large room and bath. The significant drawback to this hotel is its lack of air conditioning. Outside temps were in the high 20c low 30c range and the room wasn't much cooler. The first night I complained to the front desk the gentleman who came up stood under the small ceiling vent that was expelling slightly cool air and pronounced it working. I tried to explain that it had been 2 hours since I powered on the room and there was no significant cooling. ... Read more

Room was adequate, bathroom small, or perhaps just too much in it. Tea available in room but unfortunately no coffee. The view of cathedral and not into courtyard was worth the extra 20 Euros. Arrival by car was easy, as parking kept at door till we unloaded luggage, then car whisked off by a valet to car garage. Excellent The location of hotel was good, easy to walk to centre , river, and Jewish Quarter. The lounge was cool and inviting.

Good loacation. 15 minutes walk everywhere in the old section of the city. Perfect service. Staffs are always smiling. Strongly recomandable rooftop restaurant which has good views. Hotel has no parking lot. But public parking lot is near the hotel which is 10 minutes walk.

This hotel is in a great location only a few minutes from The Cathedral and The Alcazar. It has a beautiful outdoor courtyard for breakfast and evening drinks . It also has a lovely rooftop restaurant with wonderful views of Seville. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable and the reception staff were most helpful. Good choice of food for breakfast.

The entrance is beautiful. See pictures. Charming and friendly young girl at the front desk. Our rom was ok. A little bit worn but the total atmosphere from this place is so much more important. Nice bathroom. The view from the top floor restaurant is supposed to be great. Can be a bit tricky to find. Google will probably lead you into a one-way street. We went in the next road and found it. Free parking on Tuesday (?) in the street was convenient. Price was more than fair. Less than... Read more

perfect hotel for a city trip to Sevilla. Just a 5 minutes walk from the cathedral but absolutely quiet place. The rooms are nice furnished and offered everything needed. The staff was very nice and supportive. BUT the best is the roof top terrace with a stunning view. Enjoy!

We stayed for two nights in this hotel in July-16, on arrival we were greeted by very polite reception staff who spoke excellent English. We paid and extra ?16.50 / day to park the car, there is Valet parking service in this price which is very welcome as the Seville streets are very tight. We were offered the option to upgrade our room for a balcony and Cathedral view for an additional ?20 / night, although the room was not very large the view was great (Room 411). We have just come back from wonderful stay at La Rabida. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were given an excellent room ( after being offered an upgrade at a very reasonable price) which included its own patio. The hotel is very elegant. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. The room cleaning service is also excellent with great attention to detail. This hotel is located down a rather nondescript lane about 10 minutes walk to the cathedral. They offer parking (paid) so we were glad to get rid of the car and spend our time in Seville walking everywhere. The Foyer is very impressive - Riad style and reminiscent of our stay in Marrakech. that is however where the magic ends. The rooms are old fashioned, the bathrooms cramped and in dire need of renovation, the airconditioning inadequate to cope with the 40C heat. We even requested an electric ... Read more

Really nice Hotel in Arenal area which is walking distance to everything and everywhere. It has a nice outside patio for drinks and Breakfast. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but maybe a bit whimsy On the downside was the fact that Hotel is made up of 2 buildings so we had to walk quite a distance to our room.

This is a really nice hotel - slightly Moorish style, with period accents, but up to date, clean and comfortable. Great beds. We were looking for quiet and parking, and booked a deluxe room in this hotel, which is situated very close to the centre of everything. (Do take a map if you go out though - not all of the streets go in the direction you expect, and I got totally lost). We were on the fourth floor, with a room that faced into the interior courtyard. It was quiet, cool and comfort... Read more
