Welcomed into Ayre Hotel Friday 29th April. First impressions were excellent, hotel lobby was spotless and staff were very nice. Booked 2 standard double rooms for myself and my mother with bed & breakfast but was given 2 rooms upgrades straight away. At first these 2 upgraded rooms were not on the same floor, but that was quickly resolved and we were both given 2 beautiful large double rooms on the same floor, rooms 501 & 504. Very nice hotel, staff and restaurant [as a note, we thought the Bodega across the street had great local food (tapas) too]. The location is great, a short walk [~200m] from the train station. Bus 32, stop across the street, took us to El Duque [easy walk to Capilla San Jose, Palacio Lebrija, Casa Pilatos, and around Barrio Santa Cruz], and Bus 21, same stop across the street, went down town [Cathedral, etc]. The bus riding was easy, just get on, pay the driver right there, and get off where ... Read more

There is nothing to complain about at this hotel. Everything was as it should be. Just three blocks from El Corte Ingles, and there are a couple of grocery stores a block or so away. Not in the heart of town, but that was fine for my needs.

First impressions of the Ayre Hotel were excellent, hotel lobby was spotless and staff were very nice. Free water in the fridge too which was a big help in the heat of Seville. Stayed here a few weeks back, enjoyed the stay, the hotel is very well located adjacent to the main railway station and close to the airport with easy bus links to the city centre and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It struck me as a mainly commercial hotel although there were some coach tours passing through. We didn't eat there except for tapas at the bar which were ok. We spent 2 nights at the Ayre Hotel in Seville in late May 2016. The hotel is in a good location, almost next door to the city's main train station and only a 20-25 minute walk to the centre which is quite pleasant when the sun is out, though you may not be so keen on it in the peek of the summer heat! The room was clean, comfortable, and although a little worn and dated, it was what we expected paying a fairly low amount for a hotel with the facilities like this one. We didn't have a chance to... Beautiful hotel and of a very high standard. The rooms near the main road can be noisy at nightie especially the annoying beep of the cross walk however you can quickly phase this out. Big rooms. Comfy beds. Big tv. Power shower. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Seville and it's not too far from the airport (10 mins on frequent busses) and 5 minutes away from the seville football stadium.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during our vacation in Sevilla. This is a 5 star quality hotel by all standards. The most convenient part is the location of the hotel. You can take a bus from the airport which will drop you off at a junction which is 2 min walk from the airport. You will get buses right opposite to the hotel to go to city center. The Ayre Hotel Sevilla has very modern decor throughout. The room was good-sized and comfortable. The bed was quite good with comfortable pillows, but there was very dim lighting in the bedroom area. The room was rather warm with little control of the heating/cooling system. The bathroom was large and roomy; but the very modern vanity sink was shallow and somewhat less handy and useful than a more "normal" sink. There was only one small bar of glycerin soap which melted away in only one shower. ... Read more

The only negative point is the bed that was not super comfortable. We could feel the springs through the mattress. For 1 ou 2 night it's fine though. 1st and 2nd floor rooms smell of smoke and are quite dated (eg. Very old bedding). Would recommend staying in a room on the 3rd floor or above - they appeared to be updated and much nicer. Nice hotel. Not in central downtown. Problem is that they turn off the airconditioning in November. Our room was about 73 F (22 C) the entire time and the window did not open enough to provide relief!
