Hotel was nice- location was awful, like a 35 minute walk to the center. Also stayed during Santa Semana so the price was sky high (had barely any options). Definitely not worth the price. Doesn't even include breakfast or anything. Would never stay here again.

My husband, daughter, and I spent one night in Seville during a ten day visit to Spain. We are dedicated to Marriott properties (Platinum Elite Reward and Presidential Level Destination program members) so we chose this hotel as it is endorsed by Marriott and participates in the Marriott Rewards program. It was the worst hotel experience we have ever had. When arriving by car, we had some difficulty locating the parking garage. My husband dropped me off at the door to ask for directions and I wa... This hotel is just located outside THE city center. The reception was a catastrohy. THE boy couldn't speak any English and couldn't find even my reservation.Another girl i think Marta helped HIM out directly but she wasnt a too happy person. THE rooms were old fashioned but THE beds were very good.Thats why i gave 2 instead of 1.They didnt even know about THE marriott program.Second time in 10 years i had An experience like this of a marriott Chain.

I have no complaints...booked this hotel with Marriott reward points so the stay is free! Its about a good 30 minute stroll to the start of the centre, more like 40 to the old city. Rooms are clean, breakfast is basic (and a bit pricey if you have to pay at ‚?¨17), nice simple terrace area on top with pool with seats (no drinks service unless you phone). As someone who stays in 100s of Marriotts this was good without being great.

With my Marriott status we were able to be upgraded to two suites on the 3rd floor which were very nice - especially 302 with the multiple patios and views along the street. Nice bathrooms with shower and tubs as well. The free breakfast was a good start, but often understaffed with all the tour groups and business guests trying to get an early start. If you want an egg option, there are choices but you will need to grab a staff person to place the order. Easy to catch a cab into the central c... Read more

Attractive historical type building. No easy access to hotel with no check-in parking. Facilities on inside are clean and well maintained but exterior has chunks of plaster missing and facade cracking in places. At check-in on a late Friday afternoon inquired as to occupancy level. Was told hotel only 1/2 full. As gold member expected standard upgrade perks. Clerk very reluctant to offer any "freebies". When I asked for name of moderately priced "good" restaurant in area was told that there are... Read more

As a frequent business traveler I usually choose Marriott and this recent trip to Sevilla was no different. I never stayed at an AC property before. The hotel was decent and overall in good shape. The staff was friendly and helpful and the restaurant was good. Two problems, one is mold on the bathtub tiles (how much does it take to spray some bleach on this?) and the second was a creaky uncomfortable bed that was a mattress on a metal frame. For the price of 89 euro it is fine. There... Read more

I am Marriott Gold, and usually have a B+ or better experience with even the most basic Marriott hotels. My wife, who is not super picky, called this place a dump. Don't know if it was just this hotel, or AC Hotels, or whatever, but this hotel was gross and in disrepair. This hotel is outside city center with a minimum 30 minute walk to anything of note, other than the large park. The maintenance here is bad, as several recent reviews have noted. We had the added nastiness of being in a room tha... Read more

Almost everything you'd expect from a top-class hotel. The staff were friendly, breakfasts were good, especially the tortillas, cooked to order plus a neat room service menu. However it would have been nice to have access to free drinking water and tea/coffee-making facilities. A readily accessible PowerPoint would also have been appreciated- I had to move the mini-bar fridge out of the way.

Marriott, what happened? Or should I say, AC Hotels what happened? From the terribly uncomfortable and way too noisy bed to the one towel for two guests (even after I specifically requested extra towels), this could be a boutique hotel that would actually justify its prices. Disappointing breakfast that doesn't get restocked, customer service that left me on the front desk for 15 minutes with no one responding, and non existent internet that even a Marriott rewards member should be provided but ... My husband and I stayed here for a week and used Sevilla as a home based while we toured other nearby cities. This was the third AC Hotel we stayed in and it was a typical AC Hotel. Some minor repairs were needed. The room was kept very clean and the staff were very friendly. We didn't have any problems. For those that are sightseeing, it was a close walk into the historic district. I noted that many reviews said it was far, but for us it was not bad. Close to a mile. There is also a bus stop ri... We stayed here a few days not only to see Seville but as a stop for Granada. The hotel is about 30 minute walk from center of town or 10 minute taxi ride. The cost was very reasonable, and the staff was absolutely amazing. The staff were friendly, helpful and always ready to help. If there was a con was the pool was like a large bath tub, but we are from Miami so didn't stay here for the pool. The rooms are clean and decent size for Europe. Recommend if traveling with family.

We had a nice stay in this Hotel. It is located a bit far from the centre. But it was not a problem for us. We like staying in a quiet hotels and we like to walk. For those who do not like to walk there is a bus station in front of the Hotel. As an AC HOTEL it has everything you expect from Ac Hotels.

The hotel is somewhat out of the way so if you're looking to be able to walk to the main tourist area this is not a great choice. However I do like that it was somewhat removed and by that i mean a 5 min or so cab ride to the city center. There were more business folks which for my taste makes for a better, calmer experience as its generally quieter and the folks a bit more well behaved. The rooms are clean, fairly recent furniture. The bathrooms also clean and comfortable, no complaints. The G... Read more

This hotel is close to many things. It is located in a quiet neighborhood 20 minutes walk away from Plaza de Espana. The hotel itself has a gym and a restaurant. The rooms and the building itself are nicely decorated. It also has a pretty strong wifi connection.

The hotel is in a restored Spanish building which is quite pretty from the outside. Inside it is very modern and quite adequate. Service is friendly but there is no bellhop so be prepared to handle your own luggage which can be an effort. We had a good burger for lunch in the cafe. Our stay was on a cold, rainy day. The room was very cold and when I called down to learn how to get some heat, I was told there was. NO heat. Don't know why. Get an extra blanket. Luckily, we only stayed one ni... Read more

Lovely old building with renovated modern rooms. The hallways are oddly dark and a bit shabby but the rest of the hotel is very well maintained. Rooms have a small fridge but no coffee machine. There is coffee and a pastry available in the lobby in the morning if you need to leave early. The on-site restaurant only serves a buffet breakfast which is fairly expensive (18 Euros) but has a great selection. Also note the restaurant keeps traditional Spanish hours so it is closed from about 4 - 8:30 ... Read more
