Great little hotel just a few blocks from old town, bordering the park. Breakfast includes croissant, OJ, coffee, toast, cheese, ham & almond cake. Clean and well-kept but not sterile. Turn-down service. Service with a smile. I got a great deal on a compact room - which still came with a small desk.

We have been traveling for 6 days. Each day staying at a different hotel. We cycle, the luggage is there when we arrive .... That was the plan and all has been good. We arrived here on our final day of the Camino. We were exhilarated because it was our finish day but very tired because of the hard cycle of 26 miles ... We have stayed at 6 hotels this week. On arrival it was hello, there are your bags and see you later ... At this hotel, it was good afternoon, how are you? I will put your... Read more

From the minute you step over the threshold every person working in the hotel gives brilliant customer service with a genuine smile, taking an obvious pleasure in their work. The rooms are comfortable and warm. The hotel is centrally located and was the perfect place to stay after a rainy and misty end to our Camino. The breakfast was lovely. The bar and cafeteria were open twenty-four hours including room service. This hotel should teach lessons on excellent customer service and a genuine welco... Read more

Good central location just outside Old Town beside Alameda Park. Family run with very friendly welcome and quiet efficiency throughout our stay (only 1 night prior to walking Camino Finisterre). Room not the biggest but had everything we needed with good bath/shower and comfy bed and was quiet facing the side street. Excellent breakfast in the morning with good fresh coffee and buffet - they also painstakingly boiled 2 eggs for precisely 6 minutes as my wife requested! Recommend highly and woul... Read more

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Antonio who was very insightful and hospitable!!! Clean and located close enough to the compostela. I would stay there again and recommend to any fellow travelers and Camino travelers

We stayed here for one night at the end of our Camino to Santiago de Compostela. The hotel is conveniently located close to the historic centre of Santiago. You can easily access the Cathederal and other places of interest, souvenir shops, restaurants and bars from the hotel. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by the concierge and receptionist. The concierge took the bags to the room which we were glad of given our 24km walk earlier in the day. We didn't eat in the hotel that night but we ha... Read more

We stayed in this hotel before we headed off on our 5 day Camino walk. They were so helpful and friendly. We left our bags there until our return, free of charge. Breakfast was substantial, good value too. They helped us to organise our buses to Sarria, the staff were excellent and couldnt do enough to help us with all our arrangements. Rooms were clean. Good location too, 10 min walk from the Cathedral. I would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is not far from the main church in SDC. About 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. It's a lovely hotel, with a small-ish but well provided room. Breakfast was part of the room price, and it was simple but satisfying. The main compliment I can give is about the staff. They were all lovely, helpful and pleasant - all smiles! Plus they all spoke English - which was a relief to me after a few weeks in country Spain where my very rudimentary Spanish and sign gesticulations was all that ... Read more

The hotel is 5 minutes from the Cathedral, the staff is wonderful, always available for help, information or extra comforts into the room. The chief (maybe the owner?) whose name I can't remember gave us precious suggestions to visit the coast from Muros to Fisterra and Muxia. The room was really nice and comfortable, the hotel is near the park, and the price is excellent related to what we received. Thank you for making the 2 days at your hotel such a relaxing experience in the end of the Santi... Read more

I really liked this 3 star hotel. The service was definitely 5. The reception staff were the best I have encountered in my travels. I asked the reception to get 2 cups of coffee. She makes them And then insists on carrying them To the room. The room was small but charming. It was slightly noisy as lit faced onto a busy street. The small beds were very comfortable and were turned down when we returned in the evening. The breakfast was a tasty continental one served in the small bar area. I would ... Read more

Excellent Hotel with amazing staff. The hotel is a 10min walk from the Cathedral through the old city it is a very nice walk. Lovely room which was tidied twice a day with lots of clean towels especially when I soaked the bathroom. Great breakfast with toasted croissants , fresh orange and good ham and cheese. I stayed here for 2 nights and was made very welcome. On the last morning I found some very good books about the Camino. Thank you so much for such a lovely stay at the end of my Camino.

Highly recommend - the staff went out of their way to accommodate every request - we had a very comfortable room with a fully enclosed small glass balcony with table and chairs where we could relax with a drink! Very central location - close to Cathederal and lovely park. Room was very clean.

Quaint, sparkling clean and quiet. For a modest price this hotel was a great experience in Santiago de Compostela after our Camino walk. The manager and staff were polite, accommodating and attentive. A great location close to restaurants and important locations.

Good location and very friendly staff (who kindly printed our boarding passes for us for free) who speak good English - but a small room - and the air conditioning did not work for us. The first night we didn't really notice (having just completed the Camino Portuguese walk- we could have slept on bricks in a sauna and still have passed out) - but it soon hit us on the second night. I tried to leave the window open - but due to the location in the city centre we were then kept awake all nigh... Read more

This hotel was our last hotel after having walked the Camino from Sarria to Santiago. The reception was efficient and friendly, and everyone spoke excellent English. We ordered drinks that were brought up to our room. The hotel was very helpful and informative about directions to restaurants, chops, etc. Excellent location.

Stayed for a week for a conference. Room was clean and comfortable, but felt a bit dated (even the staff had trouble opening the door with dodgy card-access). Breakfast was an expensive optional extra, which I skipped. Arrived early and was given somewhere to work (much appreciated) and offered a cup of coffee (naively didn't realise this would be charged to my bill!). Perfectly adequate, and only 15 minutes away from the centre of town.

I cannot rate this hotel enough. The staff are exceptional in their jobs, happy to help with any requests and always so happy and friendly, The hotel is situated next to the park which you can walk through to the old town, and just across the road from the more modern shopping area. The rooms are excellent, spotlessly clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel when staying in Santiago de compostella
