Hotel and rooms clean and maid visited every day, food was ok but could be cold best food was at the pool snack bar where cooked fresh there was plenty of choice of foods but salad was not fresh it was more like two star hotel is small only on two levels but is in a quiet residential area so no pubs around to visit near by even though we were all inclusive we do like to visit other places. The hotel is about 15 mins walk to the beach front with is all down hill but quite a treck to get back to t... Read more

Went here for my 40th, never been all inclusive before so not quite sure what to expect, from the moment we arrived the staff, amenities and cleanliness was brilliant. Short walk to the centre of Santa Eulalia where there was cafe bars, shops and a beautiful mariner. Beaches are really clean. I would definitely come back. At the end of the day a holiday is what you make it, we went to Ibiza town via the local bus 2‚?¨ each way or the boat was 19‚?¨ return. We also went to the hippy market which ... Read more

Club Siesta, is situated a short walk from the bustling centre of Santa Eulalia, there are both good, and not so good points to be considered, depending on what you are looking for. The main good point is that you can have a quiet, relaxing stay, the trade off for this is that you have approximately a 10 minute walk to the shops, bars etc, if anyone in your party has mobility problems, then this could be an issue. The hotel itself, as other reviews have stated is fairly small, there is a nice po... Read more

had room 128 on the gable end of the hotel, overlooking the marina in the distance had emailed before we went requesting a top floor room but we were quite happy with the one we were given. its a good 15 minute walk down the hill to the beach and town centre which is quite lively then its a sore walk back up to the hotel. hotel is nice and clean, food average, not as good as its sister hotels the seaview and the aura. would return if it wasn't up that hill.

To put this review into context, I am a fifty odd year old bloke who works hard and expects value for money. I have stayed in numerous four and five star hotels all around the main tourist resorts, Canaries, Balearics, Mainland Spain and Greece, the Greek islands, Cuba and Cyprus, I have also been to many european cities, therefore believe I can give a reasonable assessment of a hotel. The Sirenis Club Siesta, is a smaller hotel compared with the typical four and five stars, however do not let ... Read more

Just returned from a visit with my family.Lovely little hotel. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Pepe & Claudine on reception especially. The hotel is in a quiet residential area but is only a 15 minute walk down to the beach and promenade. The walk takes you down by the river, so it's quite a nice walk. It is uphill on way back and in the mid-day sun does take a bit longer. We had a pushchair and managed fine. Hotel is spotless. The rooms are comfortable. The food on all inclusive we couldn... The staff are all work a team to keep the fantastic high standards this hotel has. Very friendly staff, food good but hotel very tired and some details need refinement. The rooms are also very tiny. All same size (unless you take one of the half a dozen suites which have an extra room at an additional 100 euros a night) but these are also offered as FAMILY rooms which is ridiculous. Most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on in almost 50 years of travel..!! Quite a small pool. A good third of the sun loungers were broken. We stayed here mid June. The hotel reception staff were lovely and friendly especially Pepe. Our room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean thank you Andrea. The hotel, bar and pool areas were always clean and tidy. It is all inclusive and there was a good choice of food well cooked and always hot. The dining area always had available clean laid up tables and the staff were very pleasant. Sun beds by the pool were always available so no need to get up at silly o'clock to reserve a bed. It t... Best holiday ever, have to give a big shout out to Monica and Chaca the entertainment team they are the best. Love this place and would recommend to anyone, just a pity I heard its adults only from next year as it really suits family's. Not a long walk into town about 10 mins and the town is lovely. We went to the hippy market which is mental but well worth a visit, lots to see.

I stayed here in June 2016 with one of my friends. We booked this hotel because it was all inclusive, had great reviews, and even though we're both in our early twenties, we wanted to find somewhere nice and relaxed. Overall, really happy with the hotel. Rooms were nice and clean, was always easy to find a sun bed by the pool, and staff were friendly. Slightly disappointing that cocktails weren't included in the all inclusive, and if you did pay for them they were just using the products in all ... Read more

Not a lover of a hotel holiday we thought we would give it a go along with friends. What a marvellous hotel this is. Small but very welcoming and friendly. Exceptionally clean and well run. I don't think the photos do the hotel justice, it is much better in reality. The town centre is just a short walk away so if you tire of the night time entertainment, you can always find somewhere that suits your mood. We would definitely book this hotel again. As a holiday place for a couple this could be almost ideal. 1 draw back on the room was that although you could ask for a double bed they don't have the facility to make the 2 singles into a double (even though the travel agent e-mailed to ask them to do so). In the room if the bathroom had a extractor fan in it then steamed up mirror after a shower & lingering toilet smells would benefit a good finish to the room as an expectation. Basic Sat TV should be a must too. We found that the food was g... Read more

My husband and I spent a fantastic week at the Sernis Hotel Club Siesta early July. We were a little concerned having read some of the negative reviews that were posted on this site, but seriously, I think they've been to a differnt place to where we were. Myself and my partner stayed from the 11th July for a week and I was quite ready to come home by the end of the holiday. The beds are ROCK hard and very uncomfortable, every time anyone shut their room door it was very loud, the food was sub-par but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The entertainment for the kids looked like fun but found the evening entertainment to be quite dull and predictable. If you are looking for 4* quality from your hotel, don't book here.
