Went here for my 40th, never been all inclusive before so not quite sure what to expect, from the moment we arrived the staff, amenities and cleanliness was brilliant. Short walk to the centre of Santa Eulalia where there was cafe bars, shops and a beautiful mariner. Beaches are really clean. I would definitely come back. At the end of the day a holiday is what you make it, we went to Ibiza town via the local bus 2‚?¨ each way or the boat was 19‚?¨ return. We also went to the hippy market which ... Read more

Club Siesta, is situated a short walk from the bustling centre of Santa Eulalia, there are both good, and not so good points to be considered, depending on what you are looking for. The main good point is that you can have a quiet, relaxing stay, the trade off for this is that you have approximately a 10 minute walk to the shops, bars etc, if anyone in your party has mobility problems, then this could be an issue. The hotel itself, as other reviews have stated is fairly small, there is a nice po... Read more

had room 128 on the gable end of the hotel, overlooking the marina in the distance had emailed before we went requesting a top floor room but we were quite happy with the one we were given. its a good 15 minute walk down the hill to the beach and town centre which is quite lively then its a sore walk back up to the hotel. hotel is nice and clean, food average, not as good as its sister hotels the seaview and the aura. would return if it wasn't up that hill.

To put this review into context, I am a fifty odd year old bloke who works hard and expects value for money. I have stayed in numerous four and five star hotels all around the main tourist resorts, Canaries, Balearics, Mainland Spain and Greece, the Greek islands, Cuba and Cyprus, I have also been to many european cities, therefore believe I can give a reasonable assessment of a hotel. The Sirenis Club Siesta, is a smaller hotel compared with the typical four and five stars, however do not let ... Read more

Just returned from a visit with my family.Lovely little hotel. Staff couldn't do enough for you. Pepe & Claudine on reception especially. The hotel is in a quiet residential area but is only a 15 minute walk down to the beach and promenade. The walk takes you down by the river, so it's quite a nice walk. It is uphill on way back and in the mid-day sun does take a bit longer. We had a pushchair and managed fine. Hotel is spotless. The rooms are comfortable. The food on all inclusive we couldn... Very friendly staff, food good but hotel very tired and some details need refinement. The rooms are also very tiny. All same size (unless you take one of the half a dozen suites which have an extra room at an additional 100 euros a night) but these are also offered as FAMILY rooms which is ridiculous. Most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on in almost 50 years of travel..!! Quite a small pool. A good third of the sun loungers were broken. I stayed here in June 2016 with one of my friends. We booked this hotel because it was all inclusive, had great reviews, and even though we're both in our early twenties, we wanted to find somewhere nice and relaxed. I don't think the photos do the hotel justice, it is much better in reality. As a holiday place for a couple this could be almost ideal. 1 draw back on the room was that although you could ask for a double bed they don't have the facility to make the 2 singles into a double (even though the travel agent e-mailed to ask them to do so). In the room if the bathroom had a extractor fan in it then steamed up mirror after a shower & lingering toilet smells would benefit a good finish to the room as an expectation. Just returned from a weeks holiday at this hotel with some positives and a couple of low points. Firstly I emailed the hotel before my visit and asked for some room requirements which they happily accommodated which was brilliant. All staff were friendly and helpful and did their best. Pepe is extremely pleasant is an asset to the hotel. The bar area is modern and spacious and the drinks and hot snacks (on all inclusive) were great. The rooms were light and clean and cleaning staff were friend... Read more

Just returned from this hotel. It's a nice hotel but nothing special. Rooms very basic and dated but cleaned to a high standard everyday. Food was OK sometimes better than others but always found something to eat. Pool area OK but sunbeds in poor condition and crammed in so no space. Evening entertainment was very poor Would probably not return unless major improvements are made

Visited in September with my sister for a girls break away, on arrival was disappointed with the initial look of the hotel however on entering reception a much better impression was given, the communal areas are modern and clean unfortunately the rooms needs improvement and modernisation. Food buffet style and always a good variety. The evening entertainment was not to our taste but others seemed to enjoy. The 5 min walk to the beach is okay but uphill on the return journey, lovely beach area a... Read more

Staff friendly and helpful. Food OK. Bedrooms WiFi and TVs need updating. Beds uncomfortable. Our view was of a building site across the road and we could not change rooms. Plenty of hot water although the bathrooms need updating and cleaning up. Think bottled water should be provided for rooms and they should have kettles in rooms.

Having a wedding abroad was always going to be tricky, and biggest challenge was finding accommodation to allow our guests options to stay near us. When we were recommended this place by a Travel Counsellor and were told the price for all inclusive it made it a no-brainer. So much so that 2/3 of our guests also ended up with rooms here! Location was perfect, short walk from the beach, town and a decent enough pool that you didn't need to leave. All staff were friendly and helpful. Entertainment... Read more

The hotel is great for relaxing in. Food very good, drinks excellent. To get San Miguel on draught is a fantastic offering at an all-inclusive. My only criticism is that the customer service can be a little surly at times. I totally understand that serving fairly basic drinks to people day after day might not be the most fulfilling job in the world, but it could be done with a smile

The hotel we stayed in was very pleasant the staff and the reception staff were spot on we had no problems the only thing I will say is the entertainment on a night was very poor there was a lot of people playing cards in the dark.it would of been nice if tee candles were on as it was very cosy on a night...I'll be returning in the near future as what I have heard it's an all adults hotel in 2017.

So having been sold something completely different we arrive at the Hotel. First impressions remained the same throughout that the staff are friendly but it needs a real refurbishment and some TLC. The food was just terrible. We complained on day one that it was tepid. The chef just shrugged. We told the rep who didn't disagree that the food was bad and offered to pay for a meal out. Which we gratefully accepted but paying for one when we ate out every night didn't really make much of a differen... Read more

Have just retuned yesterday from holiday in hotel club siesta. The hotel is small and friendly. The reception, and dining room staff were very polite and attentive. It had a high standard of cleanliness both in the public areas and rooms. Fresh towels were supplied each day and the room left spotless. The food is buffet style and there was lots of fruit, salads, and a wide variety to suit all palates. The pastels were excellent. Visited here with my wife and hotel is a ten minute walk to the beach/town. Not a big hill as others stated in previous reviews. Food was ok always something to eat. All inclusive should be : all inclusive" not just 1 cocktail of the day.activities are not worth mentioning apart from" utter chaos ".staff are all great and always smiling. Guy in pool cafe and bar staff work hard to keep guests happy. Met a few crazy card playing scottish folks :) would def return .

Your holiday is guaranteed successful from the minute you get to reception. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Restaurant food is varied and copious and the bar is well stocked. The pool and poolside is just right, plenty of space for all, whether you are a quiet reader or an ambitious water player.

This is the first time we have stayed in a 'non beach front' hotel. We checked in early hours of the morning with the night porter, every where looks worse in the dark on arrival. It would of been nice to be able to purchase bottled water not matter what the hour. We went to the room and had a tree right in front of our balcony, bearing in mind we are used to clear sea views, having been upset about this on arrival it later became 'our tree' that featured in our pictures. The Hotel is lovely and... Read more

Lovely hotel, not on the beach but only a 5 - 10 min walk. Stayed 4-11 May so early in the season (weather was not good). Food, bar and all the staff excellent. Could not fault it. Santa Eulalia is lovely. Spent a lovely night in Ibiza Town hotel will arrange taxi for you.

An excellent small friendly hotel with exceptional wonderful staff. Good daytime activities but mostly poor evening entertainment. Very clean and comfortable rooms although a bit of updating would be nice. Excellent food (always on the cold side) and excellent food choice. Not a lot for children especially older ones and a little bit of a walk into Santa Eulalia although this did not bother us as it was a lovely walk. Might be a bit daunting for some elderly or infirm people. Overall an excellen... Read more

Visited the Sirenis Club Siesta at the end of September along with my husband. Pepe greeted us at reception with his lovely smile and friendly attitude. All the staff work hard and are friendly and helpful. There was a good variety of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner although I agree with some of the other comments made in previous reviews that the food sometimes could have been hotter. We booked an all inclusive holiday here for my wife baby and me for a week. When we arrived at the hotel we were happy with the greetings etc When we arrived in the room I thought that I would put some stuff in the safe and hook up to wifi to let family members know we arrived safely, I looked at the safe and it was key operated with no key in sight so I went to reception to ask about the safe and wifi, I was told that the safe was an extra cost of 15 Euro for the week and the wifi was an extra... Spent 1 week at this hotel. Came home totally relaxed. Can't fault anything, rooms, food, drink all good. Relaxed feel and friendly atmosphere between guests especially around the pool. Nice walk to the beach - a little up hill on the way back but nothing too strenuous. Had a late flight back and were given a room to shower and change in with fresh towels at no extra charge. Very impressed with the packed lunch that can be ordered the night before. All food good but breakfast was exceptio... Read more

The hotel was clean, but tired, and gave good value for the money paid. The staff were on the whole friendly and helpful. The food was good but not exceptional, but you cannot please everyone. The entertainment was not to our liking but others enjoyed it. On the whole we had a good holiday although the weather wasn't great on the second week (nothing to do with the hotel). Just arrived back, even though very near the end of the Ibiza Summer season, the holiday was brilliant. The Sirenis Hotel Club Siesta, Santa Eulalia del Rio, Ibiza, Spain is simply fantastic. Absolutely brilliant, friendly, helpful staff & service 1st class, wonderful food in abundance. Great pool & garden. Room & all areas of hotel kept absolutely spotlessly clean. Will definitely be back to Club Siesta Hotel.

Arrived at the hotel at 9.15pm to find the restaurant was closed, although they had put plated food in our room. Bingo was being played in the bar area so we went out and found a pleasant little bar. Room- room was comfortable with a balcony looking over back of hotel and the view of a building site over the road. After 4-5 days we notice the bathroom was not being cleaned my hair was on the floor all the time we were there. We had quite a collection of dirty glasses in our room over 4 days. ... Read more

Going back to the Sirenis this month was like coming home. The rooms were big and the disabled bathroom was suitable for me ( although the shower would have been better for my wife if it extended higher) we were on the ground floor (by choice) the veranda doors opened out onto the garden at the back of the hotel. To be honest it is not the best view in the world but we didn't come on holiday to sit on a veranda. Once again the staff were superb. It was amazing the reception we got from what we ... Read more

Rated as 4* by firstchoice and Thompson which is ridiculous as the hotels lack of facilities barely scrapes a 3* star. The pool is too small, the food was cold and there wasn't a lot of choice. The night time entertainment was the worst I have ever encountered and I have been to Butlins! I was so close to getting a flight home to end our suffering on this holiday from hell. We decided to stay after getting buses to lots of different places around the island. We spent over ‚?¨1000 on eating o... Read more
