Lovely holiday, spotless hotel, pleasant obliging staff, food was very good, enough choice to please everyone, nice room on the ground floor, view not very good, but didn't spend much time there, otherwise very comfortable. Usually some entertainment in the evening, enjoyed in the al fresco, with good waiter service and drinks. I would recommend for people who like a good hotel, good food, and nice surroundings, and in fact the hotel was very quiet even at night!

Stayed here with family and friends. It was the last 2 weeks of the season in October and felt like a private members club as there were only about 30 guests. Hotel was very clean, staff really friendly and helpful. Food very good and varied. Snack bar by the pool was great, offering toasties, pizza, burgers etc always served with a smile by the lovely Pepita. Entertainment was organised by Chukaluka, usual daytime things, bowling, mini golf, archery etc and in the evenings live music, quizzes e... Read more

This hotel looks disappointing when you are dropped off from the airport but, believe me, it's the best in good food drink service comfort and surroundings. The rooms are spotless, spacious and comfortable, the dining room is the best I ve visited for years. Salads and pre cooked food is varied and well presented and chefs stand by to cook fresh meat fish and omelettes. The pool area is very clean and there are plenty of sun beds. I went with girlfriends and have rebooked with my fella. There ar... Read more

Me and my girlfriend stayed here in May, the staff are brilliant and can't seem to do enough for you, the selection of food is very good also. We went all inclusive so you get your breakfast, lunch and dinner and a hot snack bar by the pool most of the day with all your drinks obviously so it is very good for the price you pay to stay here. There is a couple of downsides to the place, the bar is very small and they can't take the entertainment outside as the locals moan about the noise (a staff ... Read more

A great time here, hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas and is beautifully maintained throughout. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and cleaned daily, towels replaced daily if needed to be. Staff are smartly dressed and very pleasant and helpful at all times. Food is fresh, good quality and there's plenty to choose from at all meal times. Restaurant is nicely laid out and you choose where to sit rather than being restricted to the same table. There is a great lounge bar and other areas off fo... Read more

First things first, this in my opinion is not a 4* hotel. The hotel is let down by a few things that could be put right quite easily. In the dining room there are not enough utensils for serving the food, for example having to use the same tongs or spoons to handle fish and meat. Because (I assume early in the season and lack of staff) the food was not replenished quickly enough. The main thing is the food is not hot enough so having to wait for fresh items adds to the problem. The hotel is nice ... Read more

Nice small hotel, food ok, not very hot. Rooms very clean and room cleaners lovely. Bar staff seemed lacking in personality and enthusiasm. Nice walk down to beach where everything you need is there. Cocktails not great, one all inclusive one each day. Mojitos not included ! Not what you would expect in 4 star hotel. Our friends had no hot water before 5 or 6pm in their room, (number 5). Had to find and carry our chairs to put at our table in bar in the evening, thats if we were lucky e... Read more
