I have now got used to having to wait 3 or 4 hours for a room, which is NEVER where requested when booking the holiday!!!!!! I know you are not guaranteed your request, but why take the proverbial (.....). I asked for pool view on top floor (4th), what did we get? 2nd floor overlooking the jungle at the side above the kitchens. I'll say no more!! The food was just the same as the many other years coming here, luke warm or cold and very repetitious. I know your all thinking 'why bother going agai... Read more

My husband and I stayed here with his sister and her husband to celebrate her 40th birthday. We found the hotel to be very clean, spacious and welcoming. Our initial room had the air conditioning unit for the hotel directly above it but we were moved swiftly and courteously. The buffet was varied and of good quality. Staff at this hotel we're outstanding from reception, cleaning staff, poolside and restaurant. I even left a pair of expensive earrings (for my sister in law's birthday) in the safe... Read more

We visited in June 2015 for a week and enjoyed every minute. We only had a standard room which was on the side of the hotel and had a partial sea view but this was lovely and quiet. We had a bit of a problem with the safe when we arrived but reception managed to get this sorted for us within 30 minutes of us checking in. The food was excellent at breakfast, lunch and dinner and the choices were endless. The pool area is lovely and was very busy but we managed to find sunbeds each day. There ... Read more

Stayed at Hotel DC Oct/15 for 10 days and it was top notch the entire time. Staff is very accommodating and very pleasant and they upgraded us to a Master Suite which was amazing. Food and drink was good and plentiful. Always good entertainment and no pressure to participate in activities. Rooms were immaculate and the whole facility was very clean. Fall weather was warm and mostly sunny but pleasant overall. Location is perfect for getting around either by foot or bus. Can't say enough good thi... Read more

Just returned from Palladium Hotel Don Carlos for a 5 night stay with my husband. The hotel and its staff are excellent, the Staff could not have been nicer, they were all extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The evenings entertainment was really good also and food excellent. Have never stayed all inclusive before due to worrying about the quality of food and drink, however, it was very very good. Had a lovely stay.

The top selling point of this hotel is the location, an excellent laid back resort. The small town is a short walk from the hotel and has excellent restaurants and a lovely marina with a few luxury yachts. An adult only hotel is another plus, I stayed in a sea view room and the bay view was very picturesque. Room furnishings were acceptable and the walk in shower was a bonus. The food was a good standard with plenty of choice at each meal time, drinks in the all inclusive package were good qua... Read more

Hotel is situated on a sea front cove position ,having a short pleasant promenade walk into Santa Elulia. Hotel is clean and pleasant, looked after by hard working cleaning staff , our double sea view room was a little small, having no where to put suit cases not having a vanity mirror on a vanity chest was some what awkward when getting ready to go out . Entertainment area didn't have appropriate seating for some of the elderly guests witnessing on a couple of occasions when they raised from in... Read more

Reception and staff really pleasant. Tasteful kitchen and great choice. Important the meals are warm, as you eat at home or restaurant! Wifi is satisfied, but could be better. The only remark, there is an artificial perfume in the hall by a electronic distributor!

This was a great hotel to stay in. It ticked all the boxes for the money you pay. Hotel reception were faultlessly efficient. Bar staff were so hard working & lovely to talk to. Restaurant food was varied & of good quality. Paula, in particular, worked very hard & was keen to please. Hotel room was kept clean & tidy with bottles of water replenished daily. If you get the opportunity, go for a suite, as they were much bigger than the standard double. Entertainment team did their upmost to ke... Read more

As we are getting married May 2016 we thought we would book this hotel to celebrate our honeymoon and reserved the room some time ago. When we made the booking through Booking.com we asked the hotel if there was anything complimentary they could do for a honeymooning couple to help make our stay extra special. As the holiday is now fast approaching we have sent several further emails to the hotel. Even Booking.com sent us a reminder to inform us the hotel had not responded to our orginal reque... Read more

Looking at passed reviews on trip advisor ,I expected better of this hotel. It appeared to have just opened and most of the staff had not got their act together. The soups and starters were very disappointing as was the wine service during lunch and dinner .Its not very good when you get wine with your desert is it ? The beach area was very unkempt with lots of seaweed piled high. The only bright spot was the entertainment team where Yasman was the star .

This is a very pleasant hotel. We stayed in May this year when the weather was cool, but because the hotel relies upon a very inconsistent method of heating ie the sun and the sun didn't shine, the hotel was quite cold and many guests complained, requiring additional covering for their beds. The swimming pool was'freezing'.

We arrived on May 1st for a four night break and were surprised at how quiet the hotel was until we were told that this was the opening day of the season. This gave it the feel of an exclusive club for a few days while it gradually filled with guests. This is a very well presented hotel, modernist public areas, very comfortable rooms with brilliant showers, outstanding food and drinks and excellent staff. We stayed on an AI basis and the house wine was very good plus some premium brand spirits a... Read more

We stayed here for 5 nights in May. The hotel had not long opened for the season but it was still pretty busy. We managed to upgrade our room for a fee as the room we were given was pretty small and the view was blocked out. The room we upgraded to was amazing. There was a hot tub on the big balcony and 2 sun loungers. The only down fall was it it was main balconies that everyone at the pool could see so wasn't that private. The food was nice, lots of choice. Was fine for being there 5 days but ... Read more

The area is beautiful it has to be said the staff friendly and attentive to your every needs. The place is adult only and I have to say that is a blessing the only parts I can criticise is the beds in the rooms. They are torture, I have never in my life slept on such a hard bed it would be more comfortable to sleep on the granite floor. If it wasn't for the day beds I would have died of exhaustion. Also the pool is unquestionably freezing cold, the hint is nobody is in it ! Bloody good reason it... Read more

This was our very first time in Ibiza and chose The Palladium Don Carlos due to the adult only concept and the positive reviews on trip advisor. We arrived in the evening of the 8th May, booked in with a juice on offer at this time. We had booked a Master Suite with a sea view to which no offer was made for any help with our cases to our room.Which in a 4 star superior hotel I would have thought should be part of the service. Our Master Suite was of a good size but extremely cold as though it h... Read more

The hotel was open plan style- very minimal and bare and extremely draughty and cold. There were no comfortable settees, chairs or adequate tables in lounge area. The bucket style chairs were so low it was hard getting down to sit in them and much harder getting up out of them. For evening entertainment the seating was so inadequate that plastic pool chairs and tables were brought in from outside. The entertainment was very poor for 4* superior hotel. The bedrooms were extremely cold with n... Read more

Chose this hotel as we stayed in their sister hotel in Cala Llonga last year which was excellent. We had a suite with large terrace and jaccuzi whereby at Cala Llonga we had a Hot Tub. Big difference! However enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds, huge rooms, fabulous sea views and peaceful location. Food was good, quaffable wine and mostly branded drinks. We are normally indifferent about entertainment but we made an exception to watch daily as so so professional. We found all of the staff very g... Read more

We stayed for a week at this hotel in May 2016, In our opinion this is a lovely hotel, the staff were very polite and helpful, we did have an issue with our room but this was sorted very efficiently by the reception staff. Stayed here last week and had a fantastic time, the minute you walk in the reception the cleanliness hits you, smells gorgeous. The receptionists who greeted us were very welcoming, straight to a lovely buffet lunch, which was the start of many great meals, if you're looking for the full works for breakfast every day, this is the hotel for you. Just spent a week at this hotel, travelling with Thomson. There were six in our party and we all rated it first class. It's a bit of a walk from the resort centre but worth it. The hotel staff were efficient, helpful and friendly , nothing was too much trouble. They provided, pool towels, fridge, safe, water, tea and coffee in the room and wonderful food. The location is lovely with Santa Eulalia town a ten minute walk away. This is an adult only hotel which is very modern, clean and fresh. I agree with another reviewer that the beds were very hard though, two singles zipped up to make a double, and although we were promised a seaview it was a side room. The website stated that all rooms had a hydra-massage bathtubs but we only had a walk in shower with water than could jet out everywhere which was pretty impractical. It was very cold in the ev...
